When I spoke to Nam on the phone, he was very curt and dismissive. Not being very good at conducting phone calls should have been my indication of poor costumer service, but I thought I might visit to see what he has to say since he mentioned that he couldn't assess unless he saw the coat. Within moments of my visit to the store, Nam said he didn't want to take on the job because he was too old and only looking for easy jobs. He doesn't have to take my business, but this was a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend going to Nam unless you want a similar and poor experience. Again, zero stars.

Dependable seems like a very solid dry cleaner. I haven't done a price comparison, but I am sure it is not the cheapest. However, their nighttime drop box is a godsend. I love that I can drop my bag in the middle of the night. They are also open seven days a week which is really helpful. The staff here are pleasant and I have not had any problems with my things being lost or ruined. I don't believe dry cleaners are miracle workers so I would be wary of trusting them with anything really important. One note is that the cost and turnaround time for a comforter is a little absurd. Apparently, they clean them off site and I think I paid $30 for a twin comforter and it took two weeks for it to come back. I think I will take my chances with my washer in the future. Otherwise, a great operation that keeps me looking put together.

I politely requested a refund because I clearly had to go somewhere else and pay for the same service again, and your employee flatly refused. After a decade of bringing my clothes here, I feel that flat refusal was poor customer service. Your employee could clearly see that the two pants were different lengths and therefore should've acknowledged their mistake.
