amazing response time. Gets things done quickly especially in an emergency prices are as good or better than any other place in the city workers are polite and looking to help at all times. can't recommend enough read more

In response to the owner's review, why would I trust you to fix a mistake when your employees clearly couldn't get it right and denied any wrongdoing in the first place? I politely requested a refund because I clearly had to go somewhere else and pay for the same service again, and your employee flatly refused. After a decade of bringing my clothes here, I feel that flat refusal was poor customer service. Your employee could clearly see that the two pants were different lengths and therefore should've acknowledged their mistake. read more

Picked up my silk wedding dress, had many pulls and dirty hem which I noticed after taking it to my car. Brought it back inside, and the man at the counter got mad at me for some reason and had the audacity to say he saw me drag it on the ground outside which could not be farther from the truth. So now my dress is in much worse shape than I dropped it off the day before my wedding. Refused to fix it day of. Awful experience, go elsewhere for anything important. read more

Thank you for the services, I have been a customer for 5 years and I have seen the service great before, unfortunately billings changed multiple events of charging extra items, unwilling to give out original receipts, and rude customer services I walked in, and the old man is yelling at two kids who did nothing wrong besides forgetting the receipt read more

Website says open until 6pm. Back to back days arrived at 5:20 and it was closed. There was actually another customer that arrived at the same time and said he did the same thing as me...closed at 5:30pm back to back days when it is advertised as 6pm read more

The store is pretty good. I highly recommend. Dry cleaning mostly 1 daytime, shoes repair maybe longer 1-2wk but they have perfect work. read more

Billings Cleaners - Shoes repair - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Quincy, Massachusetts

I moved to Dorchester about 2 and a half years ago and Billings is the only place I've needed to go to for any sort of dry cleaning, alterations, etc. The staff here is really nice, items are always ready when they say they are going to be, and the prices are fair. I've been about 6-8 times in the last 2 years and I'll probably continue to come here as long as I live in the area. read more

After calling around for quotes I've found Billings Cleaners is the best deal in the area for cleaning/pressing dress clothes. I've been taking my work clothes there every two weeks for the past 6-8 months and have never had an issue with missing, stained, or improperly cleaned clothes. The owner is friendly, and clothes are usually ready for pickup the following day. read more

I'm so glad I found this place. I've been taking my cleaning here for a couple of months now. Seems like a family business, which I'd much rather support than a corporate chain. Really nice, friendly people. I drop my clothes off in the overnight bin and they're always ready the next afternoon. Great work at good prices and they are the first to really understand what "light starch" in my shirts means. Every other place I've ever been, light starch means cardboard shirts, which I can't stand. I dumped Dependable after they destroyed over a dozen of my shirts and I'm really happy that I discovered these folks. Bring your cleaning here. You'll be glad you did. read more

If you're looking a good neighborhood dry cleaner, look no further. These guys are top notch! I needed hangars for a kids consignment sale I was participating in and they provided me with some at no charge. I was so grateful! What service!! read more

I recently moved to the neighborhood and found Billings Cleaners and I will never go anywhere else!!! They are amazing- professional, organized, efficient, and take great care of all my clothing! After the great experiences I've been having I actually don't go to any other cleaners. The manager Kosta is always helpful and friendly.

Solid, polite, helpful. Cleaned and folded curtains, shirt and pants. All better prices than big shops, and it was simple. Plus the drive through to pickup cleaned clothes is wicked awesome. Overall, a great deal for a local, friendly Dry cleaner read more

I was in a jam a couple days ago. I needed a Canada goose dry cleaned. I called another dry cleaner and they said it would be three days. I had a hard time understanding her. When I called Billings I was relieved he could clean it by next day. The man at the counter was kind and informative. And it was very inexpensive! Thanks for a great experience Billings cleaners! read more

I'm in shock this place rating is this low. I've come here to have my flight attendant uniform cleaned, also suits and other cloths, and have always had a great experience. Always professional, good value, and would go here every time over dependable cleaners. Would recommend if you need dry cleaning read more

love the drive-up window. that's where the romance ends. not thrilled about the way you identify shirts from one customer (they write a number in ink on the inside of the collar - you really should have told me that before you wrote on my shirts). hate the bleach stains on my shirts. i brought them in blue, i got them back with polka-dotted sleeves. still have not been able to replace that minty green brooks brother's shirt you GAVE AWAY to someone else and NEVER GOT BACK despite two months of promises. i mean, come on, i returned his crappy van heusen polyester/non-iron p.o.s. you couldn't just hold onto that until he brought my flavor in? what about the next time he came in with stuff? what about calling him since you organize by phone number? what efforts, exactly, did you make billings cleaners? what really did it was, after two months of promising to get my shirt back and not doing so, you never even offered to pay for it or give me any sort of rebate on my dry-cleaning. just, "sorry, we gave your shirt to someone else who had a similar number and an identical size and he's not giving it back. your total this week is $35." really? he's "not giving it back?" may i have $50 worth of his clothes then? come to think of it, he wears van heusen. i don't even want it. oh, and if you're the a$$hole walking around in my minty shirt with the number 400 in the collar, i will find you and i know you're not any bigger than me. . . . read more

I'm surprise there's bad reviews here but in my own experience was great. I don't do much dry clean stuff but whenever I have to I come here . Got my wedding dress and other dress hem here plus dry clean with no issue and the price is really reasonable my husband also sent his suit, shirt, pants here came out great . I also try other place (independent) on Hancock st got rip off dry clean bill for 4 dress 1 jacket cost me little over $200 like are you serious it was my fault that I didn't ask for the price before walk away. read more

I don't do a lot of dry cleaning, but I've had good experience with Billings Cleaners. The shop doesn't smell great, probably on account of the dry cleaning chemicals, but my clothes come back clean and fresh, and that's what I'm looking for. The service is always friendly, fast and professional. read more

This place is terrible. $48.00 spent on dry cleaning 3 pairs of pants, a skirt and two shirts, and it all came back looking pretty much the same as when I brought it in -- except on hangers. They also PINNED my silk skirt to the hanger and wrote in ink on the inside of everything. I would never, never return to this place again. A complete waste of money. read more

One of my favorite shirts had a stain that other cleaners just could not remove...then I brought it to this place and they got it out...thanks! I recommend ths place. read more

I love the staff and the owner. The location is great and the drive-up window works well for me. I have not had any bad experiences with them. I am sure like any business, there are isolated events. You cannot be perfect every time. All I know is that they have been in business for many years and I have gone to them for many years and they have been great to me. Sometimes as clients we only want to document bad experiences and forget to acknowledge a 'job well done'. read more

I just moved to Quincy and needed my suits/shirts looking good for work. I dropped off two white dress shirts for cleaning and two pairs of pants (one needed to be hemmed and the other needed a button sewn on). One of the shirts had a huge stain on the inside of the sleeve when I got it back and they didn't even sew the button on my pants. I'm not sure how you screw up a white shirt. Clearly I will need to find a more professional and reliable place to take my clothes. read more
