In response to the owner's review, why would I trust you to fix a mistake when your employees clearly couldn't get it right and denied any wrongdoing in the first place? I politely requested a refund because I clearly had to go somewhere else and pay for the same service again, and your employee flatly refused. After a decade of bringing my clothes here, I feel that flat refusal was poor customer service. Your employee could clearly see that the two pants were different lengths and therefore should've acknowledged their mistake. read more

Picked up my silk wedding dress, had many pulls and dirty hem which I noticed after taking it to my car. Brought it back inside, and the man at the counter got mad at me for some reason and had the audacity to say he saw me drag it on the ground outside which could not be farther from the truth. So now my dress is in much worse shape than I dropped it off the day before my wedding. Refused to fix it day of. Awful experience, go elsewhere for anything important. read more

I'm so glad I found this place. I've been taking my cleaning here for a couple of months now. Seems like a family business, which I'd much rather support than a corporate chain. Really nice, friendly people. I drop my clothes off in the overnight bin and they're always ready the next afternoon. Great work at good prices and they are the first to really understand what "light starch" in my shirts means. Every other place I've ever been, light starch means cardboard shirts, which I can't stand. I'm surprise there's bad reviews here but in my own experience was great. I don't do much dry clean stuff but whenever I have to I come here . Got my wedding dress and other dress hem here plus dry clean with no issue and the price is really reasonable my husband also sent his suit, shirt, pants here came out great . I also try other place (independent) on Hancock st got rip off dry clean bill for 4 dress 1 jacket cost me little over $200 like are you serious it was my fault that I didn't ask for the price before walk away. read more

The shop doesn't smell great, probably on account of the dry cleaning chemicals, but my clothes come back clean and fresh, and that's what I'm looking for. love the drive-up window. that's where the romance ends. not thrilled about the way you identify shirts from one customer (they write a number in ink on the inside of the collar - you really should have told me that before you wrote on my shirts). hate the bleach stains on my shirts. i brought them in blue, i got them back with polka-dotted sleeves. still have not been able to replace that minty green brooks brother's shirt you GAVE AWAY to someone else and NEVER GOT BACK despite two months of promises. i mean, come on, i returned his crappy van heusen polyester/non-iron p.o.s. you couldn't just hold onto that until he brought my flavor in? what about the next time he came in with stuff? what about calling him since you organize by phone number? what efforts, exactly, did you make billings cleaners? what really did it was, after two months of promising to get my shirt back and not doing so, you never even offered to pay for it or give me any sort of rebate on my dry-cleaning. just, "sorry, we gave your shirt to someone else who had a similar number and an identical size and he's not giving it back. your total this week is $35." really? he's "not giving it back?" may i have $50 worth of his clothes then? come to think of it, he wears van heusen. i don't even want it. oh, and if you're the a$$hole walking around in my minty shirt with the number 400 in the collar, i will find you and i know you're not any bigger than me. . . . read more

This place is terrible. $48.00 spent on dry cleaning 3 pairs of pants, a skirt and two shirts, and it all came back looking pretty much the same as when I brought it in -- except on hangers. They also PINNED my silk skirt to the hanger and wrote in ink on the inside of everything. I would never, never return to this place again. A complete waste of money. read more

I just moved to Quincy and needed my suits/shirts looking good for work. I dropped off two white dress shirts for cleaning and two pairs of pants (one needed to be hemmed and the other needed a button sewn on). One of the shirts had a huge stain on the inside of the sleeve when I got it back and they didn't even sew the button on my pants. I'm not sure how you screw up a white shirt. Clearly I will need to find a more professional and reliable place to take my clothes. read more

I love the staff and the owner. The location is great and the drive-up window works well for me. I have not had any bad experiences with them. I am sure like any business, there are isolated events. You cannot be perfect every time. All I know is that they have been in business for many years and I have gone to them for many years and they have been great to me.
