The left sleeves of all the items had so much lint on them. Since they cover the items with a plastic bag, they just have seen all the lint when putting the plastic sheet on and I guess just did nothing? One staff is super nice but another was very cold. The value is great but so far it's been a hit and a miss split 50-50. ----addendum due to owner feedback---- The boy was incredibly nice but the mom could not be bothered. I cannot believe how absolutely perfect the hemming of my charmeuse silk OVER 60 YEARS OLD dress turned out. I also needed it in 2 days. She managed to not only meet this deadline but exceed all expectations. She fixed my dress so I can wear it for a very long time. The sewing is absolutely perfect. The dress was in a delicate state, with parts that were on the verge of deterioration. Honestly, I was concerned about the strain on the aged zipper and the overall fit. Incredibly, she even reinforced those delicate areas, something I wouldn't have dreamt of asking for given the short timeframe. Her dedication and expertise goes beyond the ordinary. I am completely taken aback by the transformation of my dress. It has now become my favorite piece in my wardrobe. Immense gratitude goes to the talented seamstress at One Price for her exceptional craftsmanship. Her work is nothing short of a masterpiece, and I am beyond thankful for the outstanding effort she put into revitalizing my dress.

Wanted in Dry Cleaners: Fast, Inexpensive, Quality Cleaning, and CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more Based on my experience with Artery Cleaners and Launderers, they did not get the memo. It may look like a sweet, cute little family run operation when you see high schoolers and older ladies behind the register, but I warn you: Do not be deceived! All I can say after my experience is that they are DECEPTIVE and RUDE. My fiancee and I recently dropped off 3 jackets to be laundered. We asked that they were pressed(not dry cleaned), and had some alterations issues. On one, a button needed sowing and a sleeve repaired. Another, a two buttons needed to be sewed on. A third, a pocket fixed. We walked through all of the alterations with our cashier, and brought our own buttons. We were then handed a receipt for about $20 dollars. "This place is great!", I though to myself when I saw that. "What a steal!" One week later, our total bill was $60 dollars. $60 dollars! I can understand that, apparently, alterations do not bill at the register. It is annoying, but I can live with the understanding that I will have to argue with you to secure a price in advance from now on, and that my receipt doesn't actually show the truth. It may say alterations, but don't let your eyes fool you. That first receipt is only the cleaning. I can understand issues like that in small business shops. I can also understand $15 for a sleeve repair and $10 for a pocket repair, plus the buttons sewed on. Knowing the time that goes into it, its not a great deal, but as long as it is good work, I can grin and bear it. However, $15 dollars to sew on two buttons that I gave you? $15 dollars for that 5 - 10 minute job? I called their store, upset about the cost after my fiancee picked everything up. I was (and am) ok paying those other costs (although it would have been great if that had been shared beforehand...... which it wasnt). However, I made it clear that I felt the alterations were too high. I was told a manager would call me back. The next day, I had to call back, and was put on the phone with a manager. I explained my point of view and that I felt $15 dollars for sewing on two buttons on one jacket was too high, especially when we provided the buttons. I explained I felt that was a fair refund. The guy seemed to have a mental breakdown at the thought of a $15 refund. He began interrupting and talking over me while I was trying to explain that I wanted I refund for the one jacket. He proceeded to argue with me about how I wasnt willing to pay for good work, about how I wouldn't do work and then not expect to get paid, and how you can't just not pay people for their work. .To which I explained, as an analyst who does 1099 work, I do expect to not get paid for bad work or if I decide to triple bill my client all of the sudden, or bill them an hour for 10 minutes worth of work. The manager argued with me about how I didn't want to pay people for their good work, and how we were told ahead of time the prices (to which I stated that we weren't, and were expecting a bill of about $20 dollars). He sternly demanded to know (again, my problem is mainly this one jacket.....) how much of a refund we wanted. I stated $15 dollars a far price. He demanded to know how I figured that out. When I replied it seemed fair based on market prices, he then proceeded to go back to arguing about not paying people for their good work. Not wanting to waste time, I stated that if it was clear we would not be able to come to an agreement, we can let the market handle things. I mentioned that I would be writing a yelp review and that from now on I would take my business elsewhere, which is only fair. Upon hearing this, he proceeded to yell about how I was threatening him, kept talking over me, and again went back to arguing about not wanting to pay people for their work. After five minutes more of that, I decided he can have his $15 dollars, and hung up. So, long story short, DECEPTIVE PRICING and RUDE MANAGEMENT.

Dropped the jeans off on a Thursday and was told to return on Saturday to pick them up. 12$ was the cost I was quoted. I figured that seemed a bit low, but I left and let the young lady behind the counter do her thing. When I returned to pick up the jeans on Saturday I was greeted by the same woman. She was very pleasant and she remembered my face which was nice. The job that was done on the jeans, however, was not so nice. Whoever altered these pants must have gotten their instructions from a YouTube video. The outer hem of the jeans, where the front and back of the leg comes together on the outside, looked as though a curved line was sewn in and the excess fabric was just lopped off with a pair of pinking shears. Now, I'm not a tailor, but it is my understanding that when tapering jeans you should do so from the INSEAM. Also, it would be nice if the edges of the taper were properly serged instead of just cut to fray with pinking shears. The ankle hem of the both legs was not taken out before this alteration was done and neither the outer leg hem or the ankle hem were finished at all. As a result when you turn up the cuffs of the jean the hem looks sloppy and pulls away from the cuff. This could have been easily remedied if the thread at the bottom of the jeans was removed, unrolled and then re-sewn once the alteration was complete. The jeans are less then two months old and since I roll up the cuffs there is absolutely no wear on the existing hem. This doesn't look like 'expert' tailoring in the slightest. It looks like someone did a rush job. I didn't ask them to do a rush job, nor did I ask them to quote me a low price. I would have gladly paid double or triple what I did and left the jeans for a week or longer in order to have them altered correctly. Now I have to either pay to get this fixed properly or I have to scrap the jeans. I'm disappointed and I hope that there is a way to get this taken care of. In the grand scheme of things it's only a minor inconvenience on my part, but if it were a major article of clothing like a wedding dress or a suit then I'd really be hard pressed to get the situation remedied immediately.

The people have been nice and seem eager to please. Plus - the prices are great! Replaced a zipper, buttons, and hooks on a pair of work pants for about $12 - definitely cheaper than going out and buying a whole new pair! It's a quiet little store, with not the greatest parking situation, but definitely one of my most reliable neighborhood shops.

I suspect the number listed is also her personal phone number. She was very accommodating and very flexible, which was very helpful with my schedule. I came back about a hand full of times for my satin wedding dress, as I had to take in the bust, waist, and hem the dress. I also had her restructure my neck line (strapless) to adjust to my removable sleeves as they were quite long. I initially also had the designer restructure my neck line as I didn't like the pointy edges of my strapless dress and subsequently had the designer round out my line. Christine took it in some more and continued to round them to attach my sleeves so they wouldn't drape down so low on my arms. Although the process was a bit nerve wrecking, she did a wonderful job. She also showed me various bustles and was very knowledgeable. Despite choosing one, she gave me two options when I picked up my final dress, which was very nice. She is very reasonable priced, given that she has low overhead working in a small cramped space of her home. I was quoted elsewhere for about 5x the price. So I was very pleased to say the least.
