100% do not shop here. I've been here plenty of times; like a lot but the last year it has been horrible. More specifically within the last two months. It's like they're hiring just anyone & I understand because everywhere is short staffed, but this is ridiculous. It's like the mice are working harder than the employees. The last 3 times I've went there I've encountered mice, at least today it was dead. (Or at least playing dead) The first time I was doing an online return and I saw it run from behind something and right next to the women who was helping me. I am petrified of rodents so I asked if she could hurry because of the mouse. Then she got scared herself and man, I was just ready to get out of the live Tom & Jerry movie The next time I went, I saw one running along the candy by the registers. (Left my cart right there and walked out) The next time I went there was one dead in the hangers Not to mention the workers act as if they're doing you a favor by having them check out your items. There were at least 20 people working on the floor and only ONE person on the register. There's groups of people talking, laughing, pretending to work, etc while the store is filthy and there's people in line. They don't honor the prices, even if something is where it shows a price they just deem it " a customer must've did that" as if customers are supposed to know that. I will say online returns and pickup are extremely easy here. (There's an older black woman with a ponytail who's really nice and efficient) Ryan needs some integrity & customer service training prior to running a store. He had the opportunity to diffuse a situation as well as make it right, and chose not to. He won't last running a store like that read more

I went here to buy work shoes, had my grandmothers kohl's card with me. the lady at the register asked if i'd like to sign up for one, i said no thanks. i pulled the card out and she rudely said "you just said you didn't have one". no, i said i didn't want to sign up for one. she then says to me that i can't use the kohls card because it is not my card and i need to sign up for one myself. proceeded to stand there for 3 minutes telling me to sign up myself i'll get 35% off and all this other stuff. i've used this kohls card multiple times before and have never been told this. so i don't know if it's because she's old and miserable or if it's some new rule, but either way they are getting money so i don't know why it mattered. read more

I have frequented Kohl's in the past for many of my shopping needs. However, 9/11/21 I went shopping with my daughters 15 and 9. As we were leaving we did our usual run to the Jewelry and Personal Care Departments so that they could choose an item. An associate by the name of Elana or Helena, in the Jewelry Department approached my 15 year old daughter and told her to stop touching the earrings, and then told her that she cleared an entire section that was empty when we walked up. I told her that, "I don't mind you speaking to my daughter, but your tone is rude and she barely touched the carousel." The associate came in on me with an even harsher tone. I asked, "how many customers were here before us," approximately four, "did you tell them to stop touching the jewelry?" She kept going and I told her to walk away and leave us alone. She kept going until I literally had to raise my voice before she walked to get a manager. I waited and it wasn't until we left to go to the checkout that she returned and started talking to another employee about us touching the merchandise. That is when I asked for a manager, Laurie, who I thought was graciously listening until I guess, I directly addressed the associate. When Laurie the manager, then started to accost me and asked me to only speak to her, the associate started up. That is when Laurie, the manager, replied that, "I guess that it did get heated." I understand that it was a difficult situation, and I can't say that I could even fault the manager at that point. I was however, flabbergasted and ended up leaving our merchandise. I am not sure if the associate was having a bad day. I do know that in my line of work, I would not ever speak to a parent or child the way that we were spoken to. Hence, I will go back to my online shopping. Unfortunately, this ends my shopping at this establishment. I know that I am just one shopper of many, so it may not even matter.... I hope that the response is not the same when I reach out to the Corporate Offices. read more

I love Kohls! It's such a great department store. It's in a great location, too. Very easy to get to and it's close to a bunch of very cool other stores like Ikea, BJ's Bobs Stores and Boston Interiors. Let's not forget there is an Olive Garden literally in the Parking lot of this place. So I go in looking for a duvet cover that I really liked on their website. Their website had about 25 duvet covers that were really nice. So I take a stroll on down on a the Saturday before Thanksgiving. It's 6 a.m I'll beat the crowds! I'm loving it! No one is there I get in there I have the whole place to myself. Literally..I DID! I couldn't even find a sales person to help me! That's the downside about this place. Not only that..but they didn't have one freaking duvet cover..NOT ONE! But, they still get the 4 stars because this place is always really clean and neat for a place where you don't see a freaking sales person..who the hell cleans this place if there is no one around? Hmmm..This is one for X-files. read more

Kohl's: Come for the sales, stay for the sales. Went here to get the boyfriend some house decor and he ended up saving more than he spent. I've been here a few times, usually for clothes or house stuff, and I have generally been pretty successful in finding things. It's sort of like a more organized Marshall's or TJ Maxx, but with more consistent merchandise. read more

Little disappointed in trying to make a payment at the store. The customer service counter told me that i had to stand in this long, long line that is for checking out merchandise in order for me to pay my bill. Customer service is for internet pick up only and the rest go to another department or register. Awefull, never heard such a thing and i am in customer service. read more

I LOVE their large Lauren Conrad selection. My Kohl's back at home (Chicago burbs) doesn't have such a huge section for her. I've been trying to convert my cousin from shopping at TJ Maxx/Marshall's to Kohl's for a year now. The other day she went and was extremely happy with her purchase!! So happy. Kohl's keeps me happy because they always offer discounts and almost always offer Kohl's cash. Which is almost a rip off because it encourages you to buy way more! I gave it 5 stars because of how big it is, and how late it stays open! Midnight on a Sunday?! Yes please!!! read more

The Kohl's location, on Technology Center Drive in Stoughton has gotten better over the years, marginally. My visit, today September 1,2015, was terrible. YET, they are remodeling and somewhat TRYING, that's why the Stoughton location deserves 2 stars (instead of one, which I posted 2 years ago). My cashier, Cindy (who was technically just at the return desk, but at other Kohl's they can do checkout if the checkout line is long), was very friendly and funny. Yet, the checkout area did not have a setup line area like I prefer (why is that the Milford store is the ONLY one to have an actual line!). Also, I just recently shopped the Milford Kohl's (on August 26,2015), and went to a price scanner and needed assistance. Keep in mind, at this store all of the price scanners WORK. Check the picture I posted, there were multiple scanners not working and I pressed the button on one to get customer service. No one showed up for 5 minutes. The loudspeaker kept saying "Housewares please". Yet no one still came. The store also didn't have very good shopping carts (in comparison to the ones at other Kohl's stores), and didn't have up many signs for prices. Basically everything I wanted to buy I had to bring to the one price scanner that actually worked. It was in the Home area. And everything came, which was nice, yet expected, since the regular prices seemed much higher than the prices I pay for items in the other stores (I normally visit Walpole and Milford). Overall, ok in a pinch, or to use Kohl's cash, and may be MUCH better once this ANNOYING renovation is over, yet for me this is just as far as the Milford store on Rt. 109, which is just SO much better. If you can, go to the Walpole Kohl's instead, they are at least a BIT better. read more

I like coming to Kohl's for housewares stuff, I also like the bed linens here & they do carry little knick-knacks from time to time. This location is a totally hit & miss. I hate that is always so messy at this location. I rather travel to the one at the Derby St. Shoppes in Hingham. read more

This is just for Kohls In general. Was told my package would arrive by Saturday and I shouldn't worry come to find out it won't arrive till Monday... was told by 2 customer service agents Saturday. Had I known it wouldn't arrive till Monday I would have changed the shipping or canceled the order all together since it took over 3 days to ship... anything to make a dollar I guess is there motto ... pretty disappointing read more

i do like to pop into kohl's every now and again. positioned somewhere between target and macy's, kohl's has a pretty good selection of just about everything you can use, and a lot of things you can't. often if i can't find something, or find it cheap enough, anywhere else, kohl's will have it. i'll typically grab gym gear, sponges for my foreman grill (yes - they make them; yes - they work; yes - you should get some) and the occasional chuck norris t-shirt (chuck norris doesn't leave messages - he leaves warnings). kohl's sells basically everything. from vacuum cleaners to suits, linens to jewelry, soup to nuts. you can generally get a good deal on stuff that may not be top of the line, but is good enough to fake it. maybe. like their competitors, kohl's has celebrity lines of clothing such as: tony hawk (yes, he's still alive); daisy fuentes (yes, she's still alive); and britney spears (i'm going to say yes, she's still alive - today). you should go and check it out. besides, this weekend is kohl's biggest sale of the season!!! it doesn't matter when you read this, either. their biggest sale is EVERY weekend. while i find that annoying, i'm not going to argue with a $12 t-shirt that rings up at $8. this particular location requires a car to get to, but is close to exit 20 off of route 24. it's generally clean and well organized but, like most discount retailers, does not have staff circulating throughout the floor seeing if you need help. nevertheless, the store isn't massive and the layout allows you to see from section to section pretty well. cool random fact about kohl's - it was started and remains owned by the family of senator herb kohl, senior senator from wisconsin, and current owner of the milwaukee bucks. you'll thank me when that wins you trivial pursuit. read more

I've come here twice and it's a pretty good kohls. They have a good selection of stuff and it's not ghetto like a few other kohls I've been to. I would be giving them at least 4 stars if it were not for the experience I had today. I went to pay for the items I was buying and I had the displeasure of being rung up by the most obnoxious employee of my life. She was fine until it was time for her to offer us the kohls credit card. We politely said no thank you and she decided to go on for at least 5 minutes about why we need the credit card. What she blabbed about for five minutes made zero sense at all. We both tuned her out and were beyond irritated that we were late and this woman would not shut up. From what I gathered the card is good because "you can buy stuff and pay for it later". She came across so strongly and she was like "this is something for you two to think about at home". She urged us to come back and sign up for the card later. There is nothing that bothers me more than a pushy salesperson. Lastly, she told us to call a number and fill out a survey and in a cutesy voice she said "make sure you give me a good review". I was thinking, "are you really sure you want me to review you?" If I were reviewing the salespersons alone I would give her 1 star but I love kohls and you can find some great deals so I'll be fair by giving them 3 stars. If you're ever at this kohls and see a middle aged blonde short haired woman with a hillbilly accent, run for your life! read more

I like this store. Always well organized and plenty of stock. The reason I am only giving two stars is that of one associate. I believe she works in the juniors department, She is an older woman with short hair. I've been going to this store for as far back as I can remember. I have encountered this woman quite a few times. She is not a very nice lady. She seems to always be in a bad mood. She is very rude. I was shopping a few months ago and was looking through dresses on a rack. This woman reached out in front of me to put something back on the rack. I apologized (don't know why) and she just walked away. She has a way of glaring at you that makes you want to leave that department. Lately, when I go in the store and I see her, it turns my mood upside down. One time I actually left because she was just in one of her moods. I don't think this woman should be working in retail. She does not seem very friendly. read more

I would not recommend this Kohls to anyone! I live less than 3 minutes from this Kohls but I will now drive the 20 minutes to Hingham instead! The staff needs some customer service lessens! I have been a Kohls shopper for years and now have a Kohls charge card. I was checking out here when they ran my card a few times and told me it was being declined, I thought this wasn't right but regardless to speed up the process I just used a different card and went on my way. A few days later I was on my Kohls account and saw over $150 in charges from that day! The cashier ended up charging all of the things she was ringing in before I walked up to my card on top of the items I bought. So not only did I pay for my items twice (once on the Kohls card and again on my other card) but I paid for about $100 of items the cashier rang in! I am beyond unhappy with Kohls, they are also not reimbursing those charges due to "investigating" them which was said to me over a month ago. I love to shop at kohls but the employees there is a definite NO. I've had a few incidents that happened to me with the employees there and I had thought to myself "was it me or was it them?" Tonight, I had an answered and my boyfriend had confirmed it with me that it was them. So I had purchased a Fitbit Alta at kohls just to try it out and see how it is. I end up not using it and basically got bored of it. Common sense, why not return it and get my money back? I had it for two to almost three weeks. Had my receipt in my wallet. Made up my mind and went back to kohls to return it. Okay so here is the funny part. Went to the return window and was helped by this very very rude cashier maybe manager (hopefully she wasn't because that was bad customer servicing) but anyways, I told her that I want to return the fit and she said okay, is it broken or damage? I simply said no it's not I just got bored of it. Then she asked me "what does that have to do with us?" At this point my boyfriend and I just looked at each other shocked. I told her I don't use it so I wanna return it. She said so you used it and now you wanna return it? I said yes. She did the refund and such but was being very rude about it. I was going to look around kohls but after the whole incident, my boyfriend and I was just so upset that we didn't even bother looking around, we just left. One, I had the receipt. Two, the item wasn't damage. SO WHAT WAS THE BIG DEAL? She should have never said that. She asked me a question, I answered it and she got offended, when she shouldn't have been. I love Kohl's and spend plenty of money there in order to keep MVC status over the past 5 years. I normally shop at the Mansfield Crossing or Raynham location, but was on the way home from work and popped into the Stoughton location. I picked out 7 items and headed to the dressing room where the dressing room NAZI, Lynda informed me I could only take in 5 items to the dressing room and proceeded to point to a side wall where a sign was posted. After reading the sign, it was apparent this sign was not only poorly placed where it's hard to see entering the dressing room, but also the way it was worded made it sound like the reason for 5 items was to be fair to other customers who might be waiting for a dressing room. HELLO LYNDA!!! THERE WAS NOT A SOUL IN THE DRESSING ROOM! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME MY 2 ITEMS OVER 5 IS GOING TO CAUSE A PROBLEM IN AN EMPTY DRESSING ROOM? Bad customer service is all I can say. I have never had any other Kohl's (and I have been in plenty!!) tell me I had a limit for what I could take into a dressing room! I believe I will stick with the Mansfield and Raynham locations from now on. read more
