When they arrived, they were 1/2" shorter than the other shoes I have, thus I couldn't wear them. When I tried to return them to get a larger size, I was told that I would have to pay return shipping, they would only credit me back the shoe purchase price (not original shipping), and then would charge me shipping again on the new pair. I would understand this if I had made an error on the order, but the shoes, even though they're marked the same size, are not the same size. Hitchcock Shoes' fault, they should take accountability. Instead, it cost me $30+ for nothing. I chose not to order a different size, due to their lack of customer service. They won't get any other business from me, and I don't think that they care.

They sell an array of very reasonably priced goods: clothes, outerwear, purses, totes, jewelry, knick-knacks. I think it would be pretty easy to find something pretty and fun for people on the average holiday shopping list. There are plenty of gift ideas for stocking stuffers too as well as items that might be nice as hostess gifts. I bought two "evil eye" necklaces here...one for me and one as a gift. The woman running the store was a sweetheart, chatting with us and offering help. They do gift wrapping here which is a plus.
