When you finally give up on consigning, as I did, and ask very politely for the funds from your last sale, expect to receive nothing. Because "you don't have enough in your account so you'll have to ask the owner". Ask the owner for the funds from my own consigned items, but "it's unlikely he'll make an exception"? It's an interesting business model, I grant you that! For me, another hard lesson learned! If you're shopping for bargains, it will only benefit you. I found a pair of shoes that were already on sale for a great price. When I got to the checkout counter, I had the good fortune of interacting with a truly lovely saleswoman. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. She greeted us with a genuinely warm smile, and was even nice enough to ask me if I was a student, which got me another 15% off the already discounted price! This level of customer service is what has brought me back to this location when I want something new from Madewell. Five stars.

They have plenty of sales going on, bicycles standard and electronic assisted, survival gear, clothing from all sorts of brands, boots and hiking gear, camping gear, lanterns, knives, paddles, water shoes, and also have deals on traded in gear. Nice experience. Love walking around and looking at stuff i probably don't need but it's a cool tool or utility purposed item.
