Madewell stores are few and far-between, so seizing the opportunity to actually see, feel and try things on before purchasing rather than wait for UPS to deliver them is ideal. They also make great shoes, belts and accessories, not to mention tops and dresses. I was looking for a particular item... no one even tried to locate the pants ... no one offered me a dressing room with an arm full of items I had to ask. I just found that this store isn't what is considered Chico's standard of customer service.
