But in pants he is struggling with the tightness around his thighs and bottom. It was recommended to try DXL because with larger waist and the tall inseam he might be able to find jeans he can move around in as he works building houses this summer. Instead of being helpful the sales person who was probably 5ft 8in and maybe a waist size of 26 met us with a condescending attitude and told my 15 year old there is no way he has a 38 inseam because basketball players that are 7ft tall have that. My son turned on his heel and left the store. He is struggling to find clothes that fit and instead of being helpful and talking to him the sales person made him feel like crap. The way my son sees it is the sales guy lost a sale by just chasing it deliberately out the door. But as his mom I was pissed. DXL you need to do better and teach your sales people some compassion and how to offer help and suggestions not look at someone and assume how clothes will or won't fit their bodies.
