Purchased a pair of custom fit trousers from Avard's. Lovely gentleman, excellent service, and generous attention.

They also have other popular stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nike, and Boss. The outlets are the place to go for the best deals. For the negatives, the food court is pretty sad, it only has a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant, and chicken restaurant, and a small Indian restaurant. We got food from the chicken restaurant and it was disappointing. Also, it was a hot day and there's not too much shade besides going into the stores or the food court. Overall, I like the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets more in terms of their layout and larger store selection, but would recommend going here if you plan on making large purchases to save on the tax.

There is a large selection of big names here including Nike, Calvin Klein, and Le Creuset to name a few. We found some great bargains at Nike and also found some great kitchen items at Le Creuset. There is a Lindt store here too for all your chocolate needs! We definitely paid that a visit also. I was also surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff were at the various stores. The staff at Le Creuset really seemed to understand their products very well. We did not eat here, but there is a small food court. Restrooms were quite clean and well-kept. Overall this was a great shopping experience!

They've upped the customer inconvenience by changing the checkout process to a cattle shoot through an impulse purchase chasm. See, Kohl's just so happens to be one of those places that features a "floating" Amazon return desk. Only this one used to be located in the center toward the back of the store. They have since moved it to the back left corner of the store for some reason. I dunno, perhaps they figured it'd be easier to find this way. At any rate, if you're making an Amazon return, simply follow the golden signs. As for the store itself, eh...look, I gotta be real here. It looks wicked depressing between the lack of customers and lame wardrobe selection. Perhaps it's simply not for me. But once again, I am left wondering how places like this still manage to exist with the likes of Amazon and other online ordering alternatives. All I'm saying is if you're going to be a brick-n-mortar business in the year 2023+, be sure to offer an incomparable selection of merch and maybe even a little ambiance whilst you're at it. Kohl's is just another department store really. I just come here for the Amazon returns. Still, it's a service accommodated by them, so it counts for something. I'm giving Kohl's 3 golden Amazon signs pointing the way toward consumer retribution out of 5.

They never try to swindle or oversell. They will pull apart every shirt in that store for you to try on if you asked them to with a smile. These folks are professional. Is it different than the old "John Farley's", yes of course it is, it's under new ownership. I had not been shopping at J.F. for an incredibly long time, so I was not a yeas-long customer before they closed as many were, but I've had really great experiences at both. J.F. was a bit larger, and seemed to concentrate more on tailored suits and tuxedos than off-the-rack sport wear, outer, and casual, but Farley's still does tailored suits and still uses some of the same manufacturers. This means that if I need to replace a pair of pants on my charcoal suit which I bought at J.F. four or five years ago, I can. they have a lot of variety and carry a wide range of sizes across all of their brands, and they know which brands run small and which run large and will tell you! I'm a big, somewhat strangely proportioned dude, and yet just about every time I go here I manage to find something that I can wear comfortably. I remember on time we were talking about different manufacturers sizing and to prove the point they had me try on a Peter Millar XXL shirt and a Rodd & Gunn XXL. Millar fits me quite well, still a tad snug in the shoulders but fine. The Rodd and Gunn however wouldn't even come close to buttoning, there was about a 3 inch gap between the buttons and the holes! They predicted as much. So if you have a question about a brand, they will know the answer. They also carry 34 Heritage jeans, which are one of the only brand of jeans I wear for general use. The bottom line is that this is a top notch shop with top notch employees. It may not be quite as formal as J.F. and the below reviewer's situation is unfortunate, but when a business closes, gift certificates are no longer valid. It's a risk one takes with buying/giving them. If J.F. had sold the gift certificates after they had planned to close, they should have informed the person buying them that they needed to be used by a certain date and wrote that on the certificate. You can't really expect a store to give away free merchandise because someone sat on a gift for a long time or the former store failed to inform the purchaser of a potential close. I also know for a fact that John Farley informed people of their closing far in advance because every time iId go in to buy something for months before closing I was reminded at check-out.

Though the Brits are catching up…read moreto us Yanks when it comes to fatness (statistics back that up) Barbour still fits a size smaller in my opinion than US sizing. But, its high quality stuff and many pieces have that fantastic classy yet sensible country style that I love. Having said that, such style comes at a cost. Your average jacket or coat retails for $300 - $650 at Barbour. What I love about this store is that they carry current stuff at a small 15-20% discount generally. However, they have several rqcks in the back of the store with Barbour's famous 'Oddiments' ... past-season or catalog returns at 70% off. I bought a $550 retail down puffer jacket for a little over $150 from this rack. The lady happens to wear size 6 US (which dishearteningly is a size UK 10) and that happens to be Barbour's Sample size (men's is Medium) and they had a whole giant rack of Samples at 50% off. The store is laid out very well and the staff is helpful. I LOVE their approach! When I walked in, one of the women staffers said, 'Welcome to Barbour. We want to give you space to do your thing but we aren't ignoring you. Let us know if you need anything.' I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! Nothing worse than when some salesperson follows you around telling you that you look good in everything you try on, even if it fits you like a sausage casing. I ended up buying more than I should here. But ... at a huge savings. Barbour outlets are few and far between. NH has 2, including the factory clearance center in Milford, NH which is 20 minutes away. This is more of a warehouse because it is attached to the place Barbour does all the rewaxing and alterations on items in North America. So they often have racks of somewhat damaged items at 70% off and special sales where jackets are $30. The outlet in Merrimack is classier and more of a traditional store, whereas the clearance factory outlet in Milford is more of a warehouse sale. If you are shopping in northern MA/southern NH, it's a great outlet mall to walk around and this store is always worth a stop when I am in the area.
