It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing to watch someone in a leadership role behave that way in front of customers. What made it even more confusing was the complete disconnect between appearance and professionalism -- dressed nicely, yet lacking the basic hygiene and courtesy you'd expect from someone working face-to-face with the public.
