Trevor and everyone here is awesome the quality of work is impeccable and he always says if you have any issues at all just give us a call and we will do the best we can to resolve it and let me tell you he has never let me down which allows me to feel confident in any work I have done here, heck I literally dropped one of my car off last night and he's adding a remote start for me today. Also they do a lot of different things my mechanic sent me over here when I was having a wiring issue with a headlight in an 05 Focus and they were able to figure it out and have me on my way, also I owned a jeep iykyk the wiring in my jeep door something was off with it idk what it was fully but when I had picked my car up everything was back to working normally and even better than before. The prices here are very good here and fair, even if I could find it cheaper elsewhere I would never recommend doing that because for professional quality and service you need the right place, people, and price and this is just that! I have trusted Cartune's to work on my cars since I was 16 years old (over a decade) and my whole family has since used this company. I drive 30 minutes to drop my car off here and I live in a city and this drive is a few towns over so I have options and will always choose here over all those other options available. Thank you for all the time and effort you guys are always making to keep the customer confident and satisfied with their purchases and never having people feel pressured at all, they will always say don't be afraid to ask questions which I ask a lot of! 10/10 would recommend with confidence! They finished the job, however, comparing the…read morework to my friend's car, (he has the same model, same 35% tint), his shade was slightly darker than mines. He showed me his receipt, from Boomers audio, in NH and confirmed the % tint. However, my receipt from carisma showed no such details apart from the services provided. I went back to carisma to inquire about my tint % and below is are the details from the response(s) I received from the owner: 1. They provided me with 40% tint. When i requested 35% 2. When i asked about why 40%, i was told that my factory windows are by default tinted by 5% so they use 40% for a final tint of 35% 3. After the fact that my tints were not the percentage i requested, ( confirmed with my dealership the windows were NOT tinted 5%), the owner stated that for me to get the darkness what i ORIGINALLY wanted, he would have to charge me the SAME price for the work as well as an additional charge for removal of the wrong tint that they installed!!! A month had not passed, but carisma conveniently states on the receipt , which does not detail the product provided, that refunds on services is contingent on owner approval. So it was obvious that i could not go that route of demanding a refund . It would have been a nice gesture to at least meet me halfway with a reduced cost for the service, considering that their explanation of their tints was given to me after the issue was brought up. I am instead using the money to have the tints service done the right way with honesty and integrity through boomers audio in merrimack, NH. They even offered a reduced quote of services when they heard my story. Hopefully this review can be used as a tool for service improvement for carisma and to ensure that any customer will not have to have the feeling that i had upon purchasing a car service or product. After experiencing inconsistent sound,…read moreweak bass, and speakers that sometimes sounded blown, I recently brought the truck to another professional shop for diagnosis. They found that the amplifier had an internal input-channel failure, the amplifier ground needed to be replaced, and the subwoofer input had been configured to derive its signal from the factory front and rear channels instead of using the dedicated subwoofer RCAs. The sub gain had also been turned nearly all the way up, apparently compensating for bass cancellation and reduced output. The new shop replaced the amplifier, ran a proper dedicated ground, corrected the input configuration, and retuned the system. The speakers I thought were blown now sound fine. I can't prove that the original ground caused the amplifier to fail, so I'm not going to claim that it did. However, I'm disappointed that another shop had to correct the grounding, signal routing, and tuning from the original installation. I'm leaving this review so other customers know exactly what was found and can ask the right questions when having similar work done.

My review to Zaks auto:…read more I brought my vehicle to this shop for an oil change, brake fluid flush, and other maintenance before a Porsche Club of America (PCA) track event. They also performed their complimentary PCA tech inspection, which is advertised as a thorough inspection. I specifically asked that all vehicle fluids be inspected before the event. During the track day, my car suffered a power steering failure that left me stranded. I had to call my regular mechanic to the track to repair the car so I could get it home, resulting in a significant repair bill and a lost track day. They offered no support or reparations. When I first contacted the shop, their response was simply, "You brought the vehicle to a track. We aren't liable." It was only after multiple phone calls that they acknowledged the power steering fluid had appeared discolored while the car was in their shop all day, but they never communicated that to me. I understand that track cars can fail. My issue isn't the failure--it's the lack of communication. I specifically asked for the fluids to be inspected, and the shop later admitted they noticed discolored power steering fluid but chose not to mention it. Had they done so, I would have serviced the system before the event. I've included photos of the power steering fluid taken after the failure and during the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop if you're relying on them to prepare your car for a track event.
