Recently I had a negative experience with one of the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. It was bad enough that I contacted customer service, who in turn contacted the manager. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a carefully-worded apology from the manager, promising to raise my concerns with the pharmacy staff. Based on the response from management it is my impression that this experience was not the norm and that the issue was in fact handled. Also based on this response, it is my feeling that the store is generally well-run. Nothing is perfect but responsive management is a very good sign. Overall the staff treat customers well and customer concerns are taken seriously. You can't really ask for more than that and so I will continue to patronize this store. read more

Bad experience at Fedex drop off with Rachel and Kim at this walgreens. They tried to deny my package even though it didn't go against any of the posted safety policies and I had used this Fedex for similar packages before. Rachel tried to claim that since she had worked there for 29yrs she would "know" about what was allowed and what wasn't. We went over the policy hanging on the wall together rule by rule twice, and when it was clear that my item was allowed, she tried to say the printed policy they had was "clearly outdated" and needed to be replaced. They eventually shipped my package, but they also tried to deny another customer from shipping their package, until eventually realizing they were wrong there too. read more

Terrible terrible service!! They mess up my prescription EVERY SINGLE WEEK!! And it is not a medication I can go with out. It is 100% on their end. They offer no solutions no compassion and no effort! Just attitude. The tech yesterday said he couldn't fill it up til today and the assistant tonight said she can't fill it until tomorrow!! Super super frustrated and im so unbelievably disappointed in whomever hires very unqualified and impersonal staff. Zero stars for the walgreens on main street in nashua nh!!!!!! I tried not leaving any stars because they dont deserve any but unfortunately I can't post this review unless I give them a star....do better pharmacy!!!!!! read more

Terrible service. I waited in line for 5 minutes for them to come to the window. I then tell them I have 3 scripts waiting. They can only find 2 in the bin and are supposed to be closing for lunch RIGHT NOW and can't take 2 seconds to look for my 3rd script. Really??? read more

seems as if there is zero urgency ever filling prescriptions and even less customer care on the phones. definitely recommend using a different pharmacy if you can read more

After trying to transfer my prescriptions on Walgreen's online transfer site from CVS (due to a change in my insurance) I waited for 2, 3 and 4 days and called on each day for status. I was constantly transferred back to the "Transfer Prescription" line and then into the local store queue (Main Street Walgreens). Every person was cordial EXCEPT the pharmacy staff on Main Street. I was admittedly frustrated but the tech staff and pharmacist lacked any level of empathy. After having called 5 times I was very frustrated and asked the tech if she could make my transfer now, to which she responded, "No I can't because I am on the phone with you". I was beyond upset by this snarky response and asked to speak to her manager, and the pharmacist got on the phone and defended her position. So sad to see no acknowledgment of my position or the #1 point that the customer is always right. So so sad that I need to start over now somewhere else. Shame on you Walgreens. read more

Not 24 hour pharmacy. Had cancer patient in car to pick up a phoned in prescription for narcotic drugs. They had the prescription but told me the pharmacist was going to lunch in 5 minutes and would not be filled until his return. I had asked about their express pick up. Sorry is all she could say. Not fair to the patient. I guess the pharmacy came out to find me and called the patient and apologized. We were already home so I have to pick up tomorrow. read more

Pharmacy ALERT! If you are have a prescription filled or refilled, it is a must that you check everything you got and ensure the prescription is correct. I has a script refilled there three days ago. It was for 90 tablets. I pick it up get back home and the bottle only contained 5. Nowhere on the bottle did it say partial or any note to such. I called and was told the whole entire script was filled for 90. So needless to say, I had to go back to get the other 85. To continue with how bad this location is. I go in two days later with a script to be filled. I was asked how soon would I like it. I said three or four hours. I didn't have time to pick it up that day so I go back that next. Guess what. It isn't ready yet. Not because they didn't have it in stock buy because they didn't fill it. So, if using this location be very careful of what you are getting and the amount because as I stated above, they can't count and obviously they have no concept of time. read more

Unreal. I called them today to find out if they had a product in stock for a homebound relative in Nashua (I live in New Jersey). I was transferred back and forth from Customer Service to the Pharmacy and one other person who kept asking me to hold for 24 minutes and 9 seconds. Normally I would have said forget it and hung up, but my relative needs this wound care product ASAP and I had already lined someone up who could get to this Walgreen's and bring it to him if it was in stock. All I needed to know was 1) is it in stock, and if it is 2) what is the price. At the 17 minute mark, when I was transferred back to customer service (again) and asked if I would like a flu shot for the umpteenth time, I thought I was going to lose it, but I stayed calm and explained AGAIN what I needed. The person I was connected to 7 minutes later was apologetic and said he would tell the manager, but seriously, what good will that do me at this point? I'm already out close to a half hour of my time for nothing. No, I would not recommend going here even if it were the last pharmacy on the entire East Coast. read more

I've never been to New Hampshire in my life . I live in Houston Texas. But this pharmacy called me this morning saying I have to pick up a prescription at 12. Lol. read more

The Walgreen's on Main street is my pharmacy. It's a 24 hour pharmacy. So it's got that going for it. The snack selection is decent, and of course that's what you look for in a drug store. The rest of the place is clean and bright. I'm sure if I ever needed anything else they had to offer, I'd be all over it. read more

The store is ok. However i do a lot of business with the pharmacy and have done so since I moved here 12 years ago. And i have to say I am so frustrated with the incompetemce of this pharmacy. Its absolutely ridiculous. Drive thru window is never less than 30 mins wait. As well as the line inside. And whenever the pharmacy staff has to do something that requires extra steps or phone calls. They have no care for anyone at all, they will get to it when they can. I waited 21 days last year for my daughters prior authorization. Now we are going on vacation and I have requested my sons medication to be filled 4 days early and I called Dr and Insurance company. Had everything done so they wouldnt have to go out of their way to accomidate. I called them at 1pm to verify all requests and authorizations were recieved they told me yes i could come pick it up tonight. I get there after work and she, the se staff I spoke with at 1pm, says the dr didnt write on tje prescription that it was ok to fill early. I called earlier to verify that all information was recieved. She had 4.5 hoyrs before I actualky arrived to pick it up and she had no cares in the world. Tomorrow is Friday and Dr offices are closed on Fridays. i was tols that the pharmacy manager would try to call in the morning. Try?? Ya thats not happening. I will never come to this pharmacy again. I've reached mg threshold of incompetence with this pharmmacy. read more

This is a very slow and very poorly staffed Walgreens. I would recommend a different chain or location. Based on my experience of several trips. read more

Not really impressed. Every time I come in, there's always long lines, ONE cashier and they're super slow. I've gotten so annoyed by going in here about 3x and having it be that way that I've decided to go up the street to Rite Aid instead. Never has any long lines and the staff there is friendly and fast. read more

Best Pharmacy in Nashua. Pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgable. Very highly recommend this walgreens to all my friends.

every time i call to place a prescription i end up waiting at least 15 minutes on hold. today was the pits, i have been waiting 35 minutes "there are 2 customers ahead of me". when i started out i had been waiting 16 minutes and there was 1 customer ahead me but they decided to disconnect me so i needed to place another call, i called back immediately, this time there were 3 calls ahead of me. i have been on hold 21 mins and finally, i talked to a technician and placed my order. supposedly 2 technicians called out today. so we have a skeleton staff attending to the drive through and phones. just another day at the office! read more

i went to my pcp who is across the street from this pharmacy. for convenience, it went here to get my antibiotic rx filled (and a diflucan just in case i neede it). i stated i would be waiting for my rx and would be walking around the store since the waiting area was quite dirty and had several people waiting in there. they said it would be about 20-30 minutes.after walking around for an hour and half, i finally got back in line to check the status of my rx. i am told that it is out of stock and they should get it in in a few days. really, an antibiotic in a few days ? i would like to treat my strep throat asap. obviously they should have told me it was out of stock when i checked in and gave them the rx and all of my information. additionally, why didnt they just call me back to the counter and let me know it was not available ? when i said i wanted the script back, the girl rolled her eyes and went to talk to the pharmacist like i was crazy for not waiting a few days to treat strep throat. then she expected me to pick up the diflucan without the antibiotic prescription. (why would i need it if i didnt have a reaction to the antibiotic). obviously she had no clue as to the medications she was supposed to be dealing with. in addition to the unprofessionalism and immaturity of trying to talk to the pharmacist like i cant see and hear them behind the counter. do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. any other pharmacy. there are several withing walking distance from this one and i would absolutely reccomend the walk :( read more
