Don't go to this pharmacy, they will screw up your prescription every chance they get and blame the doctor's office or you even though they're the ones with access to the system. The pharmacist and Associates there are absolutely unknowledgeable unhelpful extremely rude and none of them communicate none of them know what the other one is saying or doing I'm supposed to have a prescription one day then they tell me it's not ready until two more days later and then all the sudden we have all these other people because he rite aids are all shut down coming over so now none of my prescriptions are getting filled on time or they don't have enough of my medications so I end up going without because they're back ordered the store can't keep up with all these new clients and I've been with them 20 plus years this store is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable I will be changing pharmacies read more

Received a text that my prescription was ready for pick-up. I went there to find there was no pharmacist on duty. This has happened more than once. I am considering changing local pharmacies. It seems that it is unlawful to pick up one's prescription without a registered pharmacist present. Perhaps, this makes sense for "controlled substances." But, I don't understand the rationale behind keeping medications that are an on-going part of a person's care away from them. read more

Always a problem here. Long waits. Bad attitudes. They call to see if I need a script filled. I say yes. Then when I arrive at the time they tell me, their commitment, they tell me it's out of stock until next week. I can have a replacement but insurance will not cover it. Another script is called in. It's supposedly ready at 11:15. I arrive at 11:45. Still not ready. My time is valuable also. If you can't perform to your commitments set the right expectations. I am fine with that. Just don't continually miss what you tell me you can do. While appreciate that they are overworked and over subscribed, they set the expectations and then can't deliver on them. This happens all the time at this store. Not coming back. I will still use Walgreens just not here. read more

2 prescriptions, 2 days apart both called in by my dentist to the 217 DW HWY, NASHUA, NH Walgreens. I had to wait 4 hours for the first one (an antibiotic) to be filled and I was told I would have wait 3-4 hours again for the second prescription (painkiller). I just had major dental surgery and I needed the painkiller prescription badly. I refused to wait a second time and cancelled the first prescription and had both those 2 prescription sent to a different pharmacy that actually fills Called in Pescriptions in a timely manner. This pharmacy should be ashamed making people in distress wait for that long to get their medicine. read more

Great location and store. The service is terrible. Don't try to call the pharmacy, they will just leave you on hold for ever. They close the pharmacy on days that they are supposed to be open but leave the phone lines open with people waiting. They take appointments but have nobody there. Spoke to the regional manager who was full of apologizes but here we are again 1 hour on wait in the phone. Had to go to the store and wait there too. Instead of finishing answering why the phone bots have called to tell me there is something with no explanation holding up my prescription they go work on others. Now, the computer isn't working. Fix your information systems and hire staff. read more

If I could give it a zero I would! The pharmacy is the worst! Closest pharmacy for me so I switched from Rite Aid. They said they wouldn't fill because my doctor was in Massachusetts and that I could wait up to a week until they could communicate with my doctor. I took my business back to Rite Aid. Today I decided to try them again and they would not fill my prescription this time because it was a medication dosage increase and they wanted to speak with the doctor on a Sunday. Great location right off Daniel Webster highway and right near several shopping plazas. It's a perfect stop for that thing you left at home but need for your trip. The staff is actually fairly helpful for a store of this type. Every time I've had a question, they either knew the answer, walked with me to find it, or got someone who did know. It's a far better alternative than the CVS across the street and with far better road access. read more

I used this pharmacy for two years too long. Many incorrect dosages, delays filling prescriptions, and too much hassle. The phone menu alone makes it quicker to drive down and wait in long lines to get an answer. Walgreens is the worst pharmacy! Technicians are clearly very over-worked, under-staffed, and too rushed to be accurate or helpful. read more

I've been here numerous times in 2013 and 2012. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I also received a lot of guidance trying to copy pictures. Good luck getting a prescription filled here without feeling like a drug addict con-man. I came here to get a prescription filled for ADD medication and got interrogated by the pharmacist because my address was in Massachusetts and my doctor is in New Hampshire. After explaining to her that I go to Grad school in Boston but my permanent address (which is on my license) is in New Hampshire, she still did not believe me and told me my story doesn't add up. Nonetheless, I had to wait there for almost 2 hours while the rude pharmacist contacted my Doctor to verify the prescription. I understand the need to make sure people are not forging prescriptions, but I have a history of filling the same prescription at different Walgreens in New Hampshire which they could see. But oh no, because its my first time at this walgreens I must be doing something illegal... Thanks, but no thanks read more

I've never filled a prescription here that hasn't been screwed up. Name, address, thankfully never the dosage...it's bad. Really bad. I've even spelled my address more than twice, in front of the clerk who's writing it down, and it's still spelled wrong. Not too comforting. read more

Well, the store is clean, and the parking lot safer than CVS across the street. However, I'm sick of the freaking pin pads at walgreens! It adds so much time. 1 screen - phone #, 1 screen - donate, 1 screen - proper amount?, 1 screen - swipe, 1 screen - pin, 1 screen - receipt print, 1 screen - cash back?. There are just too many screens, and it's not worth my time if I can take care of a transaction in 2 screens somewhere else. Ive reviewed before, but I have to again. This entire store,especially the pharmacy, is great. They are always so courteous and all go above and beyond. I am in this store several times per week,and compared to the one on Main street it's night and day. All of the pharmacy workers are FANTASTIC!!! read more
