Its clearly cooked on a flat top and comes out spread out 3x the size of the brioche bun it comes on. The outside of it was crispy fried and it tasted like they used egg whites to bind it, similar to meat balls (which is not good for a burger). Their cranberry mayo was too sweet and you had to use a lot of it since the "burger" was dry AF. Its abominable. The booths or banquettes or whatever are too low for the height of the tables and it leaves an adult feeling like they're a child sitting at a table.
