My drink (venti iced ose) with cold foam came to nearly $9.00... It wasn't until I got home that I realized that I was charged for including cold foam. I understand that now more than ever Starbucks needs promotions to get foot traffic up, but at the very least, have staff be aware at all that these promotions exist...I'll be traveling further to get my Starbucks now it seems. I placed my order online, arrived 2-3 minutes early and 1 or 2 drinks came out within 5 minutes. Took an additional 20 minutes for the 2nd drink (iced latte) to come out. I did inquire once just to make sure it wasn't lost. The young man, I think named Aleski was making the majority of the drinks. He was kicking but and deserves a raise! It was him and 4 girls. In addition to making 8 out of 10 drinks, he was training one of the girls. The girls were working hard but not fast. One was so slow (the one not doing drive thru, that was not training). I wanted to jump over the counter and show her how to move. What got to me was I could hear people in the back laughing and one guy came in to dump ice, could see Aleski in the weeds and went back, in the back. Hopefully the guys name is Aleski - tall (to me), thin, short black hair. Even in the weeds, when an elderly man asked him a drawn out question, he was calm and kind. I point this out because I have owned businesses and I know how tough it is to find good employees. I always rewarded them to keep them. Hopefully the manager of this Starbucks does the same. I come to this location all the time and Candy is always so good to me. But today when I went there to order drinks for my employees, I made a mistake on one of the drink and I told the Asian barista that I made a mistake and I need it done a different way, she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty attitude. I even told her i was sorry.... She seems like she was very irritated and annoyed with my mistake. That's no way to treat a customer, especially a regular customer, who owns a business and works in the mall. Management needs to retrain her on her customer service skills. read more

Like previously, this Starbucks is acceptable, but I've encountered a few other customers or should I say "Karen" and "Kevin" who are still so snippy to other customers at this particular location, like their sh!+ doesn't stink. During Covid times, I will try to keep my distance from others, but not limited to NOT holding entrance doors open for others since it is still Covid times and social distancing should be practiced at all times possible. I'll start by saying that I have never ran into anyone with a bad attitude. Generally everyone is nice, my issue is the drinks. Obviously Starbucks is generally overpriced, underpoured, and half ice, but you can imagine how pissed I was to find my drink poured with HALF THE CUP full of foam, the rest ice, and coffee in between. This location has some quality issues, and I have had my drinks come out completely different every time, despite being the same drink. For the record, it's a caramel cloud macchiato. I've gotten it with chunky bits that were terrible too. Whether it's a speed thing, a training thing, or a lazy thing, it should be fixed. Visited the last few weekends and each time the male working the mic at the window has had outstanding customer service. Very friendly and positive. I think today was a different employee than last weekend but he had the same positive attitude as the other employee. Meh. As Starbucks go, this is a standard venue. Crew seemed to be working hard, the offerings were standard, short line, and the place was quite busy. The cashier was particularly helpful in getting through the iphone app trying to figure the difficult features. This was my first time going to this location and i ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino WITHOUT caffeine just milk, extra caramel and extra crunch. What I got was caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with caffeine in it and I'm not supposed to have any caffeine because of my health condition. I had couple of sips, and then realized that there was caffeine in it. Also, they did not give me my extra crunch in caramel, even though I did pay for it. So I went back and I asked for a new one because it has caffeine but also there wasn't extra caramel crunch and it. But when I asked for a new one, since the other one had caffeine in it, they were very disrespectful, and mean just because I asked for my extra crunch and caramel and no caffeine. If you have any allergies or anything, please be careful this place is not the right place for you. I would not recommend this place to anybody, especially if you cannot have a caffeine. read more

If you're looking for fantastic, quick service with great tasting drinks, this is the location for you! I didn't get their name, but the person who took my order and gave me my drink was a sweetheart and couldn't have done a better job. Customer service at this Starbucks has always been amazing, and the staff are so sweet and personable. My only problem is that the drive through line for this location is like entering a portal of never ending hell. This Starbucks (DW hwy off exit 1 in Nashua) is the worst I've ever visited for customer experience. I've been a daily Starbucks customer for 15 years, across 3 states, and I would rate every other 4 or 5. The two others in Nashua (exits 8 and 6) have employees that actually talk with you and seem to like their jobs. Almost always busy (which I have come to expect with any Starbucks), but with the shared parking lot with numerous other businesses that are consistently busy as well & a drive-thru that takes seemingly longer than most other Starbucks, it leaves something to be desired. I was over the moon excited when I learned that a stand-alone Starbucks location would be opening so close to home. Sure, there are the locations in the mall and Barnes & Noble, but with 2 kids, a drive thru just makes life so much easier. The new staff is very friendly, but I do have a couple minor complaints. First, every other Starbucks location will put caramel drizzle up and down the sides of an iced caramel macchiato. The first time I ordered one at this location, it just didn't taste sweet at all. The next time I asked for extra caramel, and the barista still just adds it on top after it's made. Secondly, not a fan of how they put your straw in your drink for you. When I get an iced macchiato I like to shake it all up, rather than drink the milk and then the espresso. I know it's not the ~correct~ way to drink a macchiato, but whatever. Otherwise, this location is amazing. Definitely a huge convenience! read more

I asked one of the workers who the manager was, so that I could complain, and when they told me it was her, I couldn't believe it.
