Even before this pandemic they tried their best to make everything perfect. If I ever had a problem with a drink, I would ask POLITELY if they could tweak it for me. There was so many times where I would go inside and experience a rude customer (entitled old folks) in front of me which is uncalled for because no one deserves to get spoken down to just because they made one tiny mistake or taking 5 extra minutes. The ONLY bad thing is on the weekends (Fri-Sun - before c-19) you had to order on the go as soon as you get into your car because a lot of the times they're so busy that they fall behind on the mobile orders. If you're an older person, in a rush, my advice to you is order ahead of time, show up early (if you hate waiting) and cut them some slack. If you are in a rush, there's a Dunkin Donuts across the street. Don't be rude because they messed up, ask them to fix it without being entitled.
