Let's talk turkey : Years ago, I go to his Giovanni's roast beef. You can go see my review for them and then you'll know why we switched. Then we started going to Derry pizza and roast beef. They had the best food. But the quality went down as well, and their price is skyrocketed like way above normal raised prices. So we started going to Blue house and we're happy there. We had a craving for turkey wraps it's our go to sandwich. Nobody opens till 11 but we wanted it at 10 , so I called USA subs that place was always clean , the phone call order was great service, all I have to say is it's a good thing. I love vegetable wraps as well because this clearly was not a turkey wrap that we were charged for I posted a pic. if anybody knows where you can get a good turkey wrap in Derry, New Hampshire please do tell. read more

Worst experience ever!! I was on my way to work my late in the afternoon shift and was super hungry! So I thought I would stop by and grab a quick snack, when I walked in it took about 15 minutes for this cashier to acknowledge me which is totally fine as he probably thought I was deciding my meal. But when I went to order he was very harsh toned and also seemed very out of it. Needless to say he was stoned out of his mind. He was dismissive and undermining the words I was saying to him. I asked the gentlemen his name and he said "what, why do you need that". I expressed to him that It was a question and it was harmless but I could tell he was very annoyed. He ended up telling me his name, Briley. After the order was put in and I had payed for it I could hear him talking rudely about me calling me a bunch of names. I don't think I will be taking my business back there not because the food was bad, it was actually very good, but the rude behavior of one employee really does bring the whole mood down. I hope the managers are aware of such cruel acts and make a strong shift in this man's action.. read more

Disappointed. This was previously one of the best spots to get a sub in NH. They seem to have something against putting any kind of meat on their subs now? I love their ingredients, and the quality was always top notch. But I can't justify dropping $25 on two large subs when there's one slice of turkey per bite. What happened to USA Subs?? Nasty subs. First off, called and was asked to hold.....was hung up on. Called back and ordered a steak and cheese and a honey mustard turkey. Both had extremely stale bread. Asked for no lettuce on the turkey yet it was loaded with lettuce. How hard is it to make what was ordered? USA subs has gone down hill! Customer service is horrible! I ordered two subs and the bread on both subs were stale. One of the subs was tuna and when I ordered it, I asked for "VERY" light on the tuna! My sandwich was packed with so much tuna that the bread couldn't keep up! I wasn't sure about this place after reading reviews but decided to swing in today for lunch. I got a large Steak Bomb with hots and mayo to go. The cashier was very friendly, and my to-go order only took a few minutes. Opened this thing up in the car and it was very large. Great deal for ~$14; two people could split it. My sub was packed with everything and have terrific flavor! I've tried most of the major sub shops in the area and this was one of the best steak and cheeses I've had to-date. I was starving and needed food I choosed USA sub shop I prefer a Mom and Pop shop over Corp type Sub shops. First off I ordered a Large Steak and Cheese with Peppers and Onions Promptness for self Pickup 10 minutes which is probably the normal in most establishments The Steak was VERY crumpled pieces of ground up beef. Very few Onions or Peppers We're on the the sub Cheese was reasonable Honestly it was awful, Trust me I will almost stomach anything when I'm hungry It was so hard to even eat, I honestly tossed half in the garbage.The ingredients appeared OK and Safely Prepared Taste is the Problem in my opinion,Never have I had a worse tasting sandwich Plus it was just under $14 which I'd expect to pay for a tasty Sub This at even half the price would feel unreasonable considering In all fairness. That was my First and Last order there. They've been here for at least 35 years so some people will beg to differ with me. I have had subs at USA subs in the past they were always great I don't know who you had Making subs in the mid afternoon on this day but nobody even finished them they were honestly horrible. When you get them on a good day you can get a decent sandwich. Having grown up working in delis this is as good as it gets around here too which is sad. The place has potential especially with such a prime location. Nonetheless there are three things for any customer to be aware of: 1) Accuracy: expect your order to be screwed up and a battle to prove they got it wrong. Then again when you have an overcrowded homeroom class working behind the counter with no adult supervision it is bound to happen. 2) Maturity: Aforementioned kids need improved and dedicated adult supervision. Consider this: if customer comes back within 30 minutes of collecting an order during rush hour on a Friday night to complain then odds are you got the order wrong. Fix it, refund it, don't fight it or make fun of the customer with one another while they are right there. Management needs to ensure the adults on shift need to set an example versus disappear when these moments happen. 3) Availability: The hours on the door and website are a suggestion and rarely adhered to. This place will close early or lock the doors randomly during the day (acceptable for CVS but not here). Also the phone is turned off and/or goes unanswered with frequency. All that does is drives business elsewhere. In a competitive industry built on thin margins there is probably a few $100/night left on the table (but they can jack up their prices). All said and done it is still a better offering than other places and for those of us that appreciate a good sandwich...well we are held hostage until a better option comes along. read more

I like USA Subs. I tend to stop in every so often when I'm in the area. As with most places, there's no value here anymore. Large chicken salad and small American will run you at least $25 with tip. 2 large subs at MB will run you $11 with no tip. Now, there's a difference between the 2, sure, but it's not the BEST I've ever had. As long as you know what your in for it's fine for a sub shop. I called ahead and ordered 2 subs a medium steak and cheese and a large steak and cheese with a small fry expecting to be able to just grab it and go unfortunately that wasn't the case the order was taken wrong over the phone fine no problem I can wait for you to remake the sandwiches that's not that bad then then proceed to give my food to another customer then talk about it in front of me as they then scrambled to make me 2 new subs again in total it took me an hour from placing my phone call to get my food this was the worst service I have ever had at USA I will never come back to this place and I have lived here for 15 years looks like great American subs in Londonderry is the way to go read more

Ok...so I was craving an Italian Sub. I was VERY SPECIFIC in my text message about what I wanted; there was NO WAY to get my order wrong. But as you can clearly see from the photos, they couldn't have gotten it more WRONG. No cheese (asked for mozzarella or provolone) , there is mortadella (asked it be substituted for pepperoni or salami) , the bread is soggy, hardly any hots at all... normally our go to is The Substation; it's a farther drive, but we will stick to them from now on. read more

This is the last time we order from here. Girl who answered the phone today was too preoccupied to pay attention to our order and I had to repeat it multiple times and still didn't get it right. She was rude and very dismissive like we were bothering her to call in a simple tow sandwich order. Then we get there and wait and wait and wait, we had given the name it was under when we first got there, almost 25 mins later we asked what was going on as people all around us that came in after us and placed and received their orders were coming and going, they tell us WHOOPS your order has been sitting ready waiting on the shelf. This place has gone down hill, they used to be good, but not anymore! They screwed up my sub recently and they offered me a replacement sub. Well that was even worse! The bread was stale and it was a seafood salad sub that had no seafood salad on it!!! Just full of vegetables and a big loaf of stale bread. And beware that they close between the hours of 2:00-3:00 now. This place seems to be under new management and has gone downhill, save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Where's the beef (or ham, turkey, etc)? To get right to the point, this place really skimps on what matters..deli meat! Oh, you'll get plenty of fluff - lettuce, tomatoes, onions, whatever you want on it..but that stuff should not comprise 90% of the sandwich! I have been here several times and literally get two to three slices of turkey on my sandwich regardless of who makes it. I can't justify continuing to pay $14+ for a large sub, small bag of chips and a soda at this place..they'd have to cut their prices by 50% and I may have to become a vegetarian..who needs to leave home for a lettuce sandwich? I've never felt so ripped off by a food place or been so angry about the quality of my food. Got a Chicken Parm sub and a Steak Bomb. Steak Bomb was bland as could be and the bread was soaked and soggy with grease. But the Chicken takes the cake. I don't know what the heck it was. If I had to describe it, I would say some sort of foam, like a memory foam mattress, drenched in water until it became a soggy mass and then coated in some sort of soggy, flavorless breading.
