Took my grandmother out for lunch and we enjoyed out visit together. Quiet location to eat together with no long lines. We ordered a tuna melt, a portlander, and greek wrap. All came with chips and i really appreciate the employee telling me that before i paid $6.99 for a big bag of Wrap City chips. Those same chips are just 3.99$ at market basket!! The tuna melt was boring visually and my grandmother said it was just ok. She really enjoyed her half of the greek wrap much more with its overflowing feta. Yum. The portlander was very good, its essentially an italian. The price for all 3 sandwiches and drinks was 42$ and ofcourse the payment processing system wants you to add a 20% tip which is annoying for a place with no waiters/waitresses. The sandwiches and wraps are smaller in comparison to basically any other sandwich shop yet cost the same or more as competitors with bigger portions. The employees were all super chill and I'm glad i visited but i think in the future ill stick to just buying their chips at market basket. An Italian there is also bigger and only $5.29. If I'm going to be asked to pay a 20% tip i might as well go to a place with similar lunch costs and a waitress! Id give 3 stars for value but nice employees get a 4 out of me. read more

So happy that there is a Wrap City in Londonderry. I have always been satisfied with the sandwich I order. My personal favorite is the Plymouth County -Thanksgiving in a wrap! Driving through town and stopped in for a quick lunch upon a local recommendation. Found the place and people friendly and clean. Open concept kitchen let's you see how they prep you food and you can mix and match multiple items to your liking. We got the Carolina prime sandwich and a buffalo chicken flatbread. Breakdown: Sandwich: Bread soft and flavorful, pork nicely done with lots of flavor and the right amount of coleslaw. Came with homemade chips. Flatbed: soft flatbread, lots of chicken and cheese and wing sauce. Both really good. I recommend for a casual experienced. read more

I love Wrap City's chicken salad wraps. They are so good. But, my husband came home with our takeout and my order was not what I wanted. I think I got somebody else's order. These guys are the gem of Londonderry for Sandwiches. Hell I'd even go as far as saying, all of southern NH. They really make love to their sauces and meat/bread combinations. I've had about a dozen types and continue to stay loyal to the Miamiwich which is just spectacular with fresh Avocado slices which really compliments the epic sauce and moist pork. I can't highly recommend these guys enough. They are super friendly too and I've never seen a dirty table in the many times I've been. They proudly serve Coke products Highly recommended; Si racha! 6/18/2021 update to my previous review: I can't recommend this place any more. A couple of months ago we ordered (over the phone) two sandwiches for pickup/takeout. When we fetched our order and got home we saw that the sandwiches weren't what we ordered ... yet our name was correct on the slip. Not worth the hassle to return, so we ate what we had. More recently, I waited in the restaurant to pick up two more sandwiches (which they got right!). However, there are three teens (maybe early-20-somethings) working. One is taking orders and making sandwiches. The other ones (a young woman and young man) are horsing around in the back room, play yelling at each other, squealing, etc. You get the idea. Very unprofessional. Unsupervised kids doing whatever they want because the owner isn't around. Making my food. read more

When I first went to wrap city I used to love it, but the last 2 experiences in Londonderry have not been good. The chips in my box were stale the last 2 times. Also, one of the boxes had mostly chip "crumbs" in it. The last chicken sandwich I got had large chunks of chicken that were very rubbery and chewy. Not appetizing at all. I took the chicken out of my sandwich because it was so chewy. The people that work there are very nice, but I hesitate to go back there again. read more

Wrap City has some killer sandwiches, wraps and home made chips! Order ahead for pickup or place an order in person when purchasing food. The staff are all nice and the wraps are toasted and folded perfectly. I always want to like Wrap City more than I actually do. While I appreciate that their menu is fairly large, with diverse flavor combinations, I generally end up feeling pretty neutral about my meal. My boyfriend and I seem to end up here every few months or so due the proximity to a friend's house. I've had the Santa Barbara Ranch Wrap (crispy breaded chicken, lettuce, tomato, onions, American cheese, ranch dressing), and the Bangkok Nights Wrap (Thai spiced chicken, spicy peanut sauce, carrot sticks, lettuce, tomato) a few times each. Decent flavors with both, although, the chicken can occasionally have a burnt flavor to the bread coating. For me, the clear star of Wrap City is their house made potato chips- crispy, crunchy, and a little sweet. Definitely don't miss out on these if you go! Overall, Wrap City is a solid 3 for me. It's nothing to write home about, but decent enough that I don't avoid going. read more

Just okay. After months of driving by I stopped for lunch because I was always a big fan of The Wrap Shak which was there before this place moved in. I was so disappointed with the food. I got the Jersey Greek wrap (grilled chicken and Greek salad in a spinach wrap) the vegetables were fresh but the wrap itself was stale. The chicken was not seasoned all, just plain grilled chicken that was precooked and just warmed on the grill - tasteless and rubbery. The dressing was watered down and sogged up the whole thing. I didn't care for the chips which were seasoned with salt AND sugar. I liked the everything else about them except the sweetness. So two stars for the effort, but I probably won't be back. read more

Went to the new location in north Manchester. They have good ingredients and pretty good food. The only problem was the employees there. They were very rude to my wife and I, and that put a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointed but we will not be going back. read more

I often go to wrap city for a good sandwich but have never been to the Londonderry location. We ordered two sandwiches, one a Buffalo chicken wrap and the other a Santa Barbara ranch. The SBR was mediocre but the Buffalo chicken wrap was inedible. There was hardly any Buffalo sauce and the wrap was mostly huge clumps of blue cheese with minimal other ingredients. Didn't love it, really. But I'll give it at least one more try. Wrap City appears to have business-process problems: We visited at lunch on a Saturday, and it was somewhat busy, not hugely so, but even still they seemed understaffed, and the promised 10-15 minute wait for our order was more like 20-25 minutes. I realize this is not fast food, but more attention needs to be paid, I think, to flow-through and efficiency. Perhaps contributing to the problem is that the menu is too ambitious -- 21 choices of wraps, 19 different sandwiches, 10 salads, and 8 flatbreads. That's a head-spinning amount of choice for the consumer, a lot to keep track of for the employees, and I suspect the restaurant's cost structure is higher as a consequence, which could present challenges to their staying power. Especially for a brand new business, my sense is that a simpler menu would have been a better way to start. Prices are OK, not great. Most wraps and sandwiches are in the $6.99-7.99 range. Add a drink, and you're looking at a $10 lunch. Not outrageous, but a dollar or two more than I like to pay for lunch. I didn't love my wrap (Hidden Valley: Roast Beef, avocado, pepper jack, horseradish, spinach, tomato, ranch dressing on a toasted spincah wrap). There was nothing wrong with it, I just didn't enjoy the mix of flavors and didn't finish it. Others in our group seemed to enjoy their wraps more than I did. Orders are served in a styrofoam container. Since we were dining in this seemed a waste, and not environmentally friendly. The homemade potato chips were terrific, really fresh and tasty. Very much worth trying. I will try again, and perhaps update my review after that visit. read more

Fantastic sandwich shop. We had buffalo chicken wrap, bbq chicken flatbread, cheese flatbread, and spinach avocado salad l. All were delicious.
