We all got their awesome risotto--what I LOVE about OTC is that they will sub in cauliflower rice for the rice in all of their risottos. That means I can order any of them-they have 8 kinds-and by subbing a lower carb food it allows me to enjoy the same things my friends had. I wish more restaurants offered a few things like that--zucchini noodles is another-that opens up the entire pasta section for me (if anyone at OTC is reading this). The whole menu is great, the location is fantastic, right on the Merrimack River, and the new parking garage is right across the street. I highly recommend - we will be going back soon for sure!
