The waitress was amazing, I cant imagine subjecting my employees to a half menu then executing it so poorly. So - restaurants are allowed to have bad nights, I get it. We eat out a lot. But we ask to see the manager. Jim comes over with a chip on his shoulder from the start. We explain we were disappointed in the fact the half the menu was unavailable, he starts rolling his eyes. Like a 14 year old teenager. So disrespectful. Then we call out all the issues, his response "everyone is entitled to their own opinions"... OK. Insane. Two people sent email to to the website which advertises a fast response. Nothing Today I commented on a facebook post and they deleted my comment and blocked me. Obviously they don't want feedback. Obviously they don't care they lost a repeat customer. Obviously they don't care that this is what spawns a bad review.
