Pizza was fantastic! Ordered a large "Chicken Broccoli Bianco" while passing through. Pizza was well done, but not burnt, toppings portions were good, and crust was excellent. Hot and crispy, with great flavor! Little on the expensive side. Will definitely be back to try a traditional pie and other menu items. read more

The Pizza is a far cry from what it use to be as are the steak subs. Deleos was always a bit pricier but never minded paying for quality products, now it's just horrible! Lack luster paper thin pizza with subpar toppings, what you get of them, and a snippy gal when you order as well.. We use to love it there and the owner was super nice, now it's pricey and the food is gross. 1st image is what the pizza use to look like, the rest are we we just got the other day, pictures speak volumes! read more

My go to for pizza! If you enjoy thin crust pizza made from quality cheese and perfected dough, DeLeo's is it! By far the best pizza north of East Boston/Revere - read more

Dear DeLeos, We buy your pizzas ALL of the time. We are local and like to support local businesses. Tonight was a Hugh disappointment. The female taking the order call was horrible. The small Delizia we ordered (a pie we get a lot) was less than the usual quality. Most of the pie was just sauce and mozzarella. We had 3 pieces with the sausage and ricotta we paid a good amount for. WTF!!!!!! read more

Just paid over $19 for a wrap, chips and a drink. Smallest wrap I've ever seen and barely any chicken in it. That was robbery.

Pizzas are good. The last few times I've ordered the subs theyve forgotten things on it. Today on top of forgetting the grilled vegetables they went light on lettuce and tomato and the bread was falling apart. The cheese was all on the paper they put on it. Last time I do subs there. read more

DeLeo's Pizza - This is supposed to be a grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, cheese and grilled peppers and onions sub - Pizza Near Me - Merrimac, Massachusetts

Hands down. I've been buying pizzas all over town. This pizza is by far the best. Big sign telling folks there is an up charge of 4% if they use a card. A lot of processors gouge small places with fees. If you try and spend $32 it's an extra $1.28 so whoever complain about that gotta get some help. Always courteous always open. read more

DeLeo's Pizza - The king of pizza. Straight cheese. - Pizza Near Me - Merrimac, Massachusetts

Delicious and fast! Gobbled it up and back on the road to our destination. Definitely would stop again!

I ordered some takeout from this DeLeo's location very recently. DeLeo's has another location in Groveland. They offer pizza, calzones, subs, salads, burgers, chicken fingers, chicken tips, and steak tips. I saw the cook in the kitchen cutting up steaks! The menu can be seen at http://www.deleospizza.com The place has a takeout counter with a row of table seating along the wall to the right and a small bar area with TV to left which serves beer and mixed drinks including martinis and mojitos. Brick oven pizza is advertised on the sign out front and on the menus, but there appeared to be new conventional pizza ovens in use at this location. I asked about the new ovens and I was told the pizzas were not baking correctly before using the brick oven. Anyways, I ordered the Bianco ($8.99 for a 12" pizza) which is a white pizza topped with provolone, romano, mozzarella, ricotta, olive oil and lots of garlic. Though I'm still not sure if the oven was lined with bricks, the Bianco pizza tasted pretty good and very garlicky with a thin and very firm chewy crust. I love ricotta cheese on pizzas and in calzones! Mangia! NOTE: Cash Only read more

It's fine. Probably the best pizza in the area, but there's not much competition. Sauce is nice, dough is nice, cheese is nice if a little sparse. Could've done e with a minute or two more in the oven as the crust was quite pale and pepperoni hasn't really crisped up . No delivery. 4% surcharge to use credit card. read more

4% up charge for credit transactions is illegal in mass. And not disclosed until pickup time.

I paid $15 for 2 pieces of chicken fingers on a chicken parm , ridiculous... very disappointed with the servings . I wouldn't recommend this restaurant that doesn't live in Merrimac! read more

My son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren live in nearby Merrimac. Since DeLeo's is close by, we gave it a try. We ordered a large combination pizza and a large cheese and bacon pizza. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff. Both of the pies were ready, so we took them back to the house to eat. The pizzas were well cooked and very tasty. read more

Came here on a drive up to Maine for a quick bite to eat. My friends and I got a large pepperoni pizza and some garlic bread to share. Our order came out pretty fast, about 10 minutes for the garlic bread and about another 5 minutes for our pizza. The garlic bread was a little disappointing and not a lot of flavor. The pizza was delicious, all three of us ate the entire pizza it hit the spot perfectly. Would come back if in the area for the pizza but not the garlic bread. They also have a bar on the left side which was cool, we didn't go on that side though since we stopped for a quick bite to eat. Staff was friendly and the place itself was very clean with plenty of room. read more

Fabulous pizza and subs! Great service too! Enjoy take out and in restaurant service! Great for family quick eat and always delish!

Great neighborhood hidden jewel for outstanding pizza.

Relatively new to town. Always on the hunt for the best pizza around. I figured I would try the New York style pizza. One bite and I was sold. I've had it many times since that first one and it's consistently great quality. I insist you try it. Staff is always friendly and prompt with orders. Never had any issues with anything. Just moved into the area and we ordered takeout from DeLeo's for our first night. We got a mushroom & onion pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken wings. The chicken wings and pizza were great, but we waited too long to eat so the mozzarella sticks we're solid instead of melty. The service was friendly and the location was very convenient. It has been over a year since i wrote my initial review. Things have improved... i think the owner is personally making the pies again. And they are excellent. Cant fake talent. Im so happy with my 2017 pizzas!. Still no delivery. To add that within the borders of merrimac only... i anticipate $$$ for these guys. Best pizza in merrimac circa late 2017. No brick oven pizza, no delivery. Crust is ok, better than merrimac house of pizza (but 3x the price).. Have had turned fresh mozz. Fine for Merrimac but mediocre. We order from there because there aren't really any other options in town. Prices have gone up, paid $15 for a small speciality pie. They haven't updated prices online, so ask for your total before pickup to avoid surprises. Anyone who thinks it is really great NY style hasn't been to NY. But it is acceptably good and better than townie pie. read more

Friendly service, good prices, great pizza and beer! (They have a full service bar) 2 thumbs up or 5 stars Since we were from out of town they even suggested places to stop by and check out nearby which was nice and appreciated. I really enjoy the pizza here. The thin crust is great, has a good choice of toppings and is always cooked well. The subs are decent and seem to have good quality meat. They have some tables here and a tiny bar so, in theory, you could eat here. I have never tried since I live right down the street. The service is okay - the staff is pleasant enough and always helps you right away. I have even walked in and had subs made within a few minutes when they are busy. read more

Five stars so far. Had the new york style, great thin crust with sweet plum tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic. The pizza style has changed slightly since they were in groveland years back, and so far it seems for the positive. Hope to return soon. read more

I am so fortunate to live in a very small rural town and happen to live hundreds of feet away from incredible pizza. The rest is good too, but the pizza is great. Thin crust, cooked straight on the deck oven, dough has a nice chew to it. Quality cheese, you can alway tell the places that use pre shredded garbage. read more

Omg I am so disappointed. I came in for the first time and was going to order some food. Problem came when the woman taking my order was nothing but rude. Never again. Employes need to realize they are the face of the company! read more

Seriously...if you want better pizza with better service go to your local dumpster and trash pick. The female who takes your order, or Miss. Attitude, who thinks her s*+# doesn't stink, was rude and made walking in questionable. She couldn't have cared less about helping new customers and simply seemed irritated that we were even there. THEN, when we asked what IPA's they had, she pointed at a hand written sign on the wall that was difficult to even comprehend. Great, I'll take whatever that scribble says...brat! Last but certainly not least, the pizza tasted as though the cheese was dragged through a herd of farm animals... Gross, my stomach hurts and I only ate about 10 minutes ago. Never again will I pay my hard earned money to this place! Don't waste you time people! read more

We found this place by accident when a place down the street was unexpectedly closed for a vacation. While the inside is nothing to hugely write home about, it's a pizza place, and as long as the food is good, that's all that matters. Well, it was - at least the pizza was! Hot, fresh, and tasty, and not greasy at all! We sat at the bar, and they even had a great selection of mixed drinks, and even had Angry Orchard! Overall a cute, friendly place to get a yummy pizza and a drink, quiet enough to hang and chat. read more

This is the second really bad pizza ..I won't be going back. The dough was literally raw on the inside but the bottom was almost burnt...I threw the whole thing away. Who wants to eat something uncooked...botulism anyone? And if I wanted to cook I would have cooked my own pizza! Gross! I don't know what happened to this place over the past year but they have really gone down hill. The last time I got a sub there I ordered a cheese sub for a grandchild... It had ONE slice of cheese split in half!!! I guess this is my third strike for Deleos. If I want to throw my money away I will buy lottery tickets. Now off we go to grab something to eat someplace else. Ughhhh! read more
