Amazing pizza, got it delivered to our hotel. Jalapeno poppers were very tasty. The price was inline with the quality, would definitely reorder again. read more

Been going here for years, usually pretty good food. Ordered a "Roast Beef" sub, and while it was huge... apparently whoever made it, took the meat from the wrong container, as it was RAW meat! I love rare beef, but not RAW beef. This was not ever remotely cooked. I assume it was beef to make steak and cheese or steak bombs...but it was NOT roast beef. read more

I ordered a sandwich on Syrian bread and the bread was very undercooked. When I cut the sandwich, the dough was still wet and stretchy. I give 2 stars only because the food that I dumped out of the awful bread was pretty good. The bread went in the trash. read more

Must haves here are their pizza, homemade chicken fingers, homemade onion rings, homemade chicken and rice soup and the ultimate veggie sandwich. One of our favorite sub shops. Wish their Lawrence location was still open. read more

Well this was my fav place to go for pizza but today I got charged for something where I wasn't charged previously, so I guess they are off my list and I will go to my other two spots, which would be my 3rd and 4th favs. I usually order the same thing, a small Romanos Deluxe, WITHOUT Hamburg. Usually it is not a problem, but I have had instances there the receipt said NO Hamburg, yet it had Hamburg - I lived with it but the taste is different. Last month I ordered my usual and she asked instead of Hamburg, would I like something else in place of it? I asked if there was an extra charge and that was a No, so yes, I would like black olives. No problem, pizza cost the same. Today, knowing that I could get olives vs. Hamburg, I ordered the same thing and asked for the substitution. Not a problem, but the cost was more than usual - and I noted that and he said that they price had gone up. When I got home, I can see that I was charged for the Olives (there was no hamburg, so they got that right). So this time I was charged. I dont want to have to keep asking whether I will get charged for that change. The Hamburg costs more than the Olives...I had been ordering the Deluxe w/o Hamburg for years and was thrilled I could get Olives instead. The price of the pizza, with this change, has gotten to be too high and I resent the fact that I have to pay more at times depending on who takes the order. So I will be getting my pizzas now from two diff place in Methuen, which is actually far closer than driving up into NH for a pizza. :-( read more

Ordered fish and chips dinner fish fries and onion rings...picked it up and they put the dinner in a PIZZA BOX!!!! Just threw it all in a pizza box! At least 20 packages of ketchup thrown on top of the food in a crappy pizza box ..quite the presentation..really 20.00 for this ? Btw the fries fish and rings were pretty close to horrible...what was I thinking???? I called them after I got it home and they couldn't have cared less....never ever again!!!!!!! read more

Romano's Pizza - Took a few bites of fish but this is the 20.00 dollar mess I brought home...bon appetit! It appears they don't care - Pizza Near Me - Salem, New Hampshire

I just got a chicken cutlet sub with Sauce....when i Picked it up I was shocked at the $15+ cost....it was terrible....chicken was crispy and dry....First time I had a bad sub there and will be my last....for such a high price, quality has gone down. read more

Super price and delicious pizza - especially on Monday and Tuesday when it's only 8.99$!!!

Wow! I can't believe I just went to this great pizza joint yesterday, like where the heck have I been lol. The service is on point and I thought it would take 20-30 min for two large pizza's but it was less than that. They have a lot of different pizza's but we ordered half cheese and half Florentine. Cheese- daughter loved it and said it was very cheesy and not a lot of red sauce which is always good for older people like myself who be getting heart burn from too much red sauce lol. I did try the cheese and it has a nice sweetish savory taste to the pizza sauce. Very yummy! Florentine- has ample chicken and spinach. My wife really enjoyed it as well everything went well together. I'll definitely be back again to try other pizza's and dessert. They have a nice selection of desserts. So if you're around the Salem area be sure to try this pizza spot out. read more

Love the food and service of this local pizza chain found around the northeast section of New England

Great pizza and sub shop. The house dressing is a must have for any order. Love the wrap selection and the fries are perfect!

On the way home from Woodbury Middle and needed some dinner. Ordered a ton of food--giant steak and cheese, supreme pizza, onion rings, roast beef sandwich, panini. Everything was delish and ready in 15 minutes! Great food and great service! Will be back when in the area! read more

Romano's pizza is fantastic! I'm a giant fan of green pepper and onion pizza; theirs is excellent. The plain cheese is great, too. This is my only go-to place for pizza, surpassing my childhood favorite, Papa Gino's (prices are ridiculous). read more

When I think of salads, the last place I would think of is Romanos. I was in the area, called it in 30 mins before I'd be there. What a surprise! The Cobb salad was jammed packed with all the goodies and the house dressing is awesome. Definitely a full meal & I'll be ordering again. Great job! read more

Haven't been in a while so I had to stop while I was in the area. Got an order of fries and a sub...awesome as usual! read more

This is our go-to for subs and pizza (and there are many in the Salem, NH area. Friendly and courteous service from a hardworking staff. Though we usually pick up our order, the staff is always welcoming and pleasant, even when they are very busy. We've never had a bad experience in over 25+ years. read more

Very friendly and fast service. Pizza and other options for dinner cooked to order. We are posting some photos of menu at the time of our visit. If you can't find something delicious it's impossible! Haha. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on our way to Romano's and it was hot and fresh when we arrived. Thank you so much. Our family of 6 really enjoyed it even the 3 year old. We hope you choose to visit. It's a few minutes from Canobie Lake Park. Take your family. You will be so happy you did. (Seating was available. 2- 6 tops, 6 good sized booths and 2-2tops read more

The pizza is great and the service is second to none. We ordered on a Friday during the busy time of day. They told us 15 minutes, we got there in 9 minutes and they just were just boxing it up. read more

Honestly, I don't think I have had anything bad from them. No matter what I've ordered..it was GREAT! Keep up the good food :))))))))

Great pizza deal on Monday and Tuesdays, popped in on a random day for lunch and solid hot sandwich lunch. Seems like a great local place.

Pizza was delicious, service fast and friendly. We took a recommendation from a local while visiting the area and glad we did!

Every monday i go here and i get a large cheese pizza. Very good service and i will keep going here. quick time for take-out and i eat like 3-4 slices every time! read more

Love the food there! Always friendly staff. Can't beat the Mon- Tues special for $7.99 (without tax) for a large cheese pizza!

Always delivers a GREAT PIZZA! We love the option of Sicilian Pizza. The Romano's Deluxe always with fresh ingredients.

I basically only ever get the 20" italian sub from Romano's, and I am never disappointed. This this is comically, ridiculously huge and I love it. Taste-wise, meats are good, veggies are good, I wish they had slightly better oil but overall, it's very satisfying. Price is a bit high at $17, but, you are essentially getting two subs, so it doesn't seem too bad. I've tried their pizza and thought it was good. I'm planning on getting a whole pie at some point. It's become a tradition of mine to always stop by here when I'm up in Salem, and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. read more

It's my second time having their pizza. It's a dive with a few seats and a good menu ranging pizza to sandwiches. We stopped by to take out and they were fast. Ordered and was out on the way home in 8 minutes. Had the chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza. Now my new favorite with their cheese steak pizza in a close second. read more

I really enjoy there pizza at this place it has never let me down. Talking about the their steak and cheese sub is a totally different realm of existence. This thing came straight from the underworld looking like dog food and soggy bread. Keep in mind I picked it up 10 minutes after ordering for pick up. Don't know how this thing was so wet. Just very disappointed that I wasted 20 bucks on this, ending up just tossing it out the window. read more

I recently moved back to the area and was disappointed to see Sals gone. I was looking for something comparable and this was not it. Okay for a quick bite but nothing special. People seem to like it though. read more

Pizza is thin crust and floppy like NY style and because Monday night, only 7.99 for a large cheese - they let us swap out Alfredo for the red sauce. We got the 20 inch steak and cheese... I think would be good to ask them to cut into 3 pieces for a regular portion. Flavor is good, lots of meat and they will dress it up any way you like. Place is run by several big guys - when I walked in the door, I thought. If they make the food the way they like to eat, I expect they will make hearty portions of good food... and they do. There are a couple seats if you need a place to quickly stop and eat... more of a pizza take out type atmosphere, not date night. Prices are affordable. Menu is huge. read more

Good food but service is awful! I have been ordering delivery from Romano's Pizza in Salem, NH 1-5 times a week for the past 2 years (yes, I eat too much pizza and subs). There is one female who works the counter and takes phone orders. She purposely is incompetent! She plays this game where I have to repeat my phone number, spelling of my first and last name etc... I usually end up frustrated that I have to go through this only with her as I order several times per week, I've spent over $2,000K there over the past 2 years and will NEVER spend another dime there. Romano's treat your loyal customers better! I'm not sure of this individuals name but she took my call today (Sunday 1-12 at 4:00. This is being done on purpose! read more

Decent food but they are so inconsistent. It's frustrating to order the same thing every time and inevitably get something different. I order a steak and cheese with hot pepper relish and mayo. 2 out of 5 times I will get it the proper way. Mayo and hots on the bread. Every other time I get banana peppers(totally different) or hots mixed in with the meat on the grill(makes the whole sandwich taste like hot vinegar and practically inedible). Not sure if it's the cooks or the cashiers that need training, but I live 2 miles away and need to find a spot at which I know what I'm going to get. read more

Always loved Romano's Pizza. Went here recently and my gf ordered a couple slices. Was looking forward to introducing her to the best pizza in the Merrimack valley, when the dude running the register separated her pizza with the hands that he had just used to take the money and make change with. Still a fan, but they definitely need to train their staff better and adhere to safe food handling practices, but what do I know? I'm just a doctor. read more

A solid local pizza place. Food and service are generally good. One of our go to takeout places. Can get very busy.

Huge menu. Great subs and sides. Best pizza in southern New Hampshire. They also have poutine. Great pizza deals during the week.

This is a good pizza place and the subs are also good they are coming out with new things on the menu all the time one of the things I just tried was there Sweet chili wings they are one of the best I have ever had this makes them one of the top 3 pizza places in Salem bon appétit read more

I give the food an A+ for everything. Pizza is great but my favorite are the subs available. The size of the small is what most sub/ pizza shops sell as large. Their large subs are approximately 20 inches long and very high quality. Service is very fast with fresh food. They have a couple of tables to eat but the bulk of the business is take out. There are closer shops like this by my house but I will take the extra time for quality and quantity. read more

By far the best Italian pizza around. This is our go to spot in the area and we've tried them all. Extensive menu and something for everyone. Our three favorites are the Ramanos special, Hawaiian and Big Mac pizza for something different. Their subs are massive in size, as a large will feed two people easily. read more

This has become our go to pizza/sub shop. They are consistently good. The pies are crispy crust with sauce that is not too muc nor too sweet. A nice ratio to cheese:toppings:sauce. Their subs are trash and flavor. They are stuffed but not overly so you are going to throw out half the filling. Be warned....it can be quite busy at times. read more
