Good, nice register staff. Tasty food! Clean dining. However, I drive a large truck and had to park out back as I've always done there. This time, I had a VERY RUDE letter left on my truck. "Do Not Park Here, next time will be towed." Okay, that's how you speak to your customers? You can't politely ASK me not to park there. You have to threaten to tow my vehicle? Don't worry, there won't be a next time

On the way back to the office, I stopped at Veria Pizza for some dinner takeout, which is located in the former space of Hudson House of Pizza, which moved across the street. Veria Pizza serves up Greek style pizzas, subs, fried seafood (haddock, scallops, whole clams, shrimp), salads, pasta, chicken, charcoal dinners (marinated chicken, steak tips, gyros), side orders, bagged Lays chips, Pepsi cooler drinks, and children's menu, at reasonable prices. It's a very casual order at the counter place with plenty of table seating and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. I got myself a Small Anchovies Pizza ($6.25) and a Chicken Cutlet Parmesan over Spaghetti ($5.75), which was ready in about 20 minutes after placing the order. The pizza was tasty, which was baked in an inch deep pan and had a crispy airy crust with a modest amount of tomato sauce, lots of melted cheese and the right amount of anchovies. The chicken parmesan was a great value for the money and very tasty, which was oven baked in a round foil container and had a thick layer of melted cheese over four soft chicken cutlet tenders from the generous amount of tomato sauce over soft spaghetti and served with garlic bread (from sub rolls). Overall, great job to the new pizza place on this strip! I have to try the charcoal steak tips next time!

I took the kids here for dinner on a Thursday night... WOW! Very impressive selection... they have everything from subs, salads, seafood, grilled options, burgers and some really unique pizza with sweet sauce! The dining room is spacious with a warm environment and the owners go out of their way to make their customers satisfied. My kids loved the food- we'll definitely be back!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME. There where more onions and pickles than roast beef.

Consistently great food and service. Their pizza and calzones are the best around. Amazing crust too.

It is nice to eat quality food especially when the owner takes pride in what he sells. I really like the spinach calzone. Briceida T.

Simple food, nice people, fresh. Love the Italian sub, french fries, chicken wings, steak tips salad, and I've heard the pizzas good.

Royal Pizza & Seafood - A Promising New Spot with Room to Grow…read more I finally had the chance to try Royal Pizza & Seafood, the new establishment that recently took over the old Pizza Hut location. The renovations are well done, and the place has a clean, updated feel with ample seating and a nice bar featuring flatscreen TVs. However, the signage and advertising could use improvement -- you'd likely miss it unless you're local or, like me, drive by daily. My daughter and I stopped in around 1:30 PM. I ordered a spinach and feta calzone, and she got a chicken Caesar wrap. We shared an order of steak fries, which were a bit over-crisped, but all the food came out hot and fresh from the grill and oven. The calzone was delicious, and the wrap, while tasty, could've been wrapped better -- it fell apart after a couple of bites, but the staff was so accommodating -- they actually took it back and re-wrapped it for her in fresh Saran wrap, which we really appreciated. Service was friendly but slow. With only two employees -- one appearing to be the owner and the other the cook -- our food took about 40 minutes, despite no other customers being there. A third staff member arrived about halfway through our wait. We also had to go up to the counter ourselves to pay for the order, which had already been taken. When the food came out, they had forgotten the Caesar dressing and ketchup, but quickly corrected it when we asked. We didn't have time to finish our meals, so we asked for takeout boxes. While the food was solid and the space inviting, this is not a spot for a quick bite -- especially during lunch if you're in a rush. Overall, a nice addition to the area with potential, but better suited for a relaxed visit.

I used to love this place and was a loyal customer for a long time. The food has always been solid,…read moreand I genuinely wanted to keep supporting them. But unfortunately, the last few times I've ordered, my order has been wrong-- receiving a BBQ chicken pizza not a buffalo chicken pizza, getting a calzone instead of a pizza, things like that. I let it slide the first couple of times because I get that mistakes happen. This time, though, I finally decided to speak up and let them know--and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the response. All they offered was $5 off my next order, which felt like a brush-off more than a resolution, especially given the repeated issues. I'm not looking for freebies, just for my order to be right and for the service to reflect that they value their regular customers. I really hope they tighten things up, because I'd love to go back to recommending them the way I used to.
