Long review but a must read : I've been coming to this place for about 13 years, the food's always been pretty good but the pizza's been mediocre, but I went the other day and my wife got chicken broccoli Alfredo which comes with the side salad for about $15, the side salad has cucumber peppers and tomatoes, my wife does not like tomatoes and peppers so I said just lettuce and cucumber will be fine, and I got a chicken cutlet sub extra pickles, I went to pick it up and pay and I noticed the girl behind the counter was punching in the food very fast, as usual, but I noticed two one dollar charges, so I asked what the $2 charges were, she looked nervous for a second (like she was caught) and she explained the owner wanted to charge for the salad and the extra pickles, which I wasn't informed ahead of time that those would be xrra charges, but I let it go, (EVEN THOUGH THE FOOD IS VERY EXPENSIVE ANYWAYS AND THE PRICES KEEP GOING UP CONSTANTLY THERE) I got home opened up the salad and it was a little bit of lettuce with two thin cucumbers, so they charged me a dollar to not put items on the salad. Makes no sense, I open my sub and there was like six thin little pickles on there, so I called and talked to the owner, he could care less, we talked for a few minutes debating it which I told him I was in the business and I know about food cost, so he told me well then I should know that paying for extra doesn't mean how much I'm going to get extra, which I proceed to say so if u put one slice of pickle on there then I'm paying a dollar for it, I informed him that I've been going there for 13 years and some weeks three times a week, he could care less! when he decided to ask the the person who made the sub how many pickles they put in it, which is pathetic, that's when I said it's okay I'm not going to go there anymore, and he was totally fine with it, who knows how long they've been charging me extra and other people in the area, VERY SHADY PRACTICE!, if you're in the Hudson NH area try Royal Pizza and seafood, they're honest and the food is really good, and cheaper, you'll never go back to Wally's again, I know I never will read more

I ordered dinner takeout from Wally's Pizza recently. I ordered an Eggplant Parmesan Dinner With Ziti ($7.75) with melted cheese (add $0.50), $8.99 total, served with a side salad and garlic bread. which was very hot and ready in 10 minutes after ordering. The good sized dinner (baked in a rectangular foil container) was layered with firm ziti, breaded eggplant slices, chunky tomato sauce and plenty of melted mozzarella cheese on top. The dinner was very good and the sauce was excellent. The side salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, tomato, green pepper, mixed with creamy Italian dressing. The baked buttered garlic bread (cut from a sub roll) was pretty good. I would definitely order another Eggplant Parmesan Dinner from Wally's Pizza! NOTE: Parking in front of Wally's Pizza is very tight and limited. There is additional parking along the side of the building and in the back too. read more

The chicken parm is homemade and excellent! The menu is ridiculously long. These guys and gals work there buts off in the back to get the orders out quickly! Nasty. Dried and leftover that they took an old cheese pizza and scattered some bacon on it. How do I know? Bebause the toppings weren't bake into the pizza but just laying on top. My wife and I have been to Wally's about a handful of trips. The pizza is above average, but not really unique in style or flavor. I love syrian bread so......I've tried the steak and cheese, which is great.....and the American also good. Their subs are fresh, tasty and reasonably fast in service. We always eat in and the eating area is clean enough. The bathroom accomodations on the other hand...... Wow! It's real difficult just to get there because it is so narrow, with pizza boxes enroute. Anyway....always a good food experience so far. My wife has tried the Haddock sub and liked that also. We will continue to explore other menu items in the near future. Wally's staff is also quite friendly and they do offer a decent rewards program, which gives you 6 bucks off of your sixth trip there. read more

They really do have the best steak &a cheese subs I've ever had! Absolutely no fatty/stringy steak. If you order with onions and peppers, they use both green and red peppers which is a huge plus for me, since I love red peppers. Their buffalo fingers are great, pizza is also pretty tasty. I have been living in Hudson for 4 years and have never had a bad meal from Wally's! My nephew comes to visit me just to order the chicken parm sub. I don't know if it is directly related to the fact that I live 5 minutes away, but delivery service is incredibly fast and cheese on pizza will still burn your mouth on arrival! I love this family owned place. The people are really friendly and always say thank you when you order which I think is a big deal. It seems like they remember everyone. My fiancé and I can't get enough of the steak and cheese calzone. We get it with peppers, mushrooms and onions... Amazing! Steak is not tough and fatty like some other places. I have not had anything on the menu that I can complain about. Complaint reviews are so easy to write. Hudson is loaded with pizza / sub shops, I think first and foremost it is the Used car capital of the world shops though. Finding a good pizza shop is a tough market in this town but this one is a keeper. The pizza's have good flavor and good cheese. They can't make a sub as well as Cahills but they are better than some of the other sub places. I have a friend in Windham and this is their favorite goto out of town place for pizza and subs. The pizza is fairly thined crust and although I love a good thick pan pizza crust I still like Wally's pizza's. There pricing is still reasonable by comparison. read more

Recently got pizza from here. At Wally's the sauce was average for the area and the cheese/toppings average for the area. Unfortunately, the bar isn't very high for pizza in the Nashua/Hudson area.
