Why is it SO hard to find good pizza in this state?? I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm not suggesting that all NH pizza blows. To the contrary. MOST of the pizza around here is mediocre to pretty dang okay. Aaaand I guess that's sorta the problem so far. Perhaps my kid brain remembers food differently from back in the day. These days, I tend to approach menus at a more cynical perspective. I dunno why, I just....tend to be that way on account of things that have to physically enter my body to sustain life as I know it. So, the best way I can describe this so-called NY style pizza is: brick oven. That's not even a knock on them, btw. But true NY style is a very specific style....and this ain't it. If you know, then you know. Irregardless, this pizza would actually be pretty damn good, if not for the harder-than-tree bark crust. That's right. They manage to screw up the one thing you shouldn't screw up on pizza: the base. To be clear, the "main" part of the pizza is decent. Like...6 out of 10 decent. But the crust is virtually unchewable. That kinda takes me out of the moment. Dunno about you. But I don't like not finishing my pizza. We also tried the wings, which were okay enough. The sauce was somehow both overwhelmingly spicy whilst underwhelming in potency. What I mean by the latter is that it was thinner than chicken broth. So, you had this weird situation where the buffalo sauce was seemingly trying to escape from the wings. The container it came in likely had more flavor on it than the wings did. What a let down. I realize that 3 stars isn't technically bad. But anytime I see the initials "NY" in the title of a pizza parlor, I don't wanna just like the pizza. I wanna love it. Props to them for offering both delivery and pickup service directly from their site though. I can adequately say Mickey's NY Pizza is worth 3 brick oven pizzas with crust harder than granite out of 5. read more

Their pizza is terrible burnt top and bottom and awful taste, we had one bite after scraping the burnt doe off and it ended up in the garbage. The rest was put into a Tupperware container and in the fridge, called, told them I was bringing it back in the mean time my wife got sick from that disgusting bite and was sick for a few days so I didn't make back to the place for a couple of days and when I did they said I'll get my refund with in 4 days back on my CC well that never happened I called and the girl on the phone told me I waited too long (what did they want to resell it) and she hung up on me! I'm 70 yo on a tight budget and $25 was wasted on this garbage I recommend don't eat anything from this disgusting place. I'm for all small business but not here! I've had ordering issues here but that's only because I order so much from Mickeys since they opened. It's a family business and I support family businesses. And thank God it's not one of those wood fired franchises. I'd take Mickey's over all those faux gourmet pizza joints anytime. They also support customers who are down on their luck. This is an unassuming little shop on the roadside of a main drag through town. I'm from New York. Pizza is not New York pizza unless the sauce is flavorful and the cheese is threatening to drip off. That is not this. This pizza is at least NY-style, which makes it more appealing than Greek style or delivery chain style. But that's about it. We got a plain cheese pizza. The pizza was overcooked. People around here seem to like their pizza crust well-done, but that's not how we do it in NY and I don't care for it. The sauce and cheese didn't have much flavor, so all I could really taste were the burnt parts of the crust. My son's favorite food is pizza from NY, and after taking a bite he opted to skip dinner. I did at least eat mine. I'm sure there are palates around here that this pizza would appeal to, and some people seem to like the sandwiches, which we didn't try, but for me it wasn't great and I think the place should be called something else. read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews? I used to go to Hudson House of Pizza for a long time and they changed not for the better... I decided using my GrubHub I would indeed try Mickey's out, got a Large Cheese pizza and a Chicken Kabob Wrap. It was delicious! Sunday, we were cleaning still from New Years and didn't want to cook and make more dishes so I ordered a Beef Tip Salad, and a Pepper Steak sub, large fries. Sub was fantastic and the Salad had literally an entire steak practically cut up and well seasoned, the wrap that came with it made for a great Beef Tip Wrap. I have only ordered from mickey's twice and both times the food was fantastic and the prices were decent. I will order from here again, keep up the quality Mickeys. From a New Customer! read more

Creative and delicious pizzas, I'm a big fan of the baked potato pizza. Nashville hot chicken loaded fry situation is BOMB and reheats well.

So I don't know what some of the others are talking about. So I had the Sicilian pizza with extra cheese and I didn't realize it had some type of honey sauce on it but DAMN was it good! Perfectly cooked and so much flavor it was ridiculous! Then we had a large pep, bacon and sausage and here again cooked best and very good! My first time going here, I delayed for some time as a result of other ratings but I wanted something different sands they delivered on this visit! We will be back! read more

Ordered 2 pizzas via Door Dash for employee appreciation at a local business after seeing ads on social media. One pizza was burnt on the bottom so I called - to make a long story short- I spoke with the owner who told me he already paid Door Dash 30% for the order and although he does delivery direct from his restaurant, he was unwilling to send me another. As a consumer, what Mickey pays a 3rd party is of no concern to me and perhaps do not partner with Door Dash in the future. He then swore at me stating the pizza wasn't burnt and that I could post pictures and reviews across America and to never order from Mickeys Pizza again and then hung up on me. Go in for a couple slices, they've been open for 10 minutes. I asked how long before slices are out, she says about 10 minutes, I said all right so I went back out in my truck and waited 15 minutes. I will tell you their pizza is great and food overall is very good. No masks for anyone inside and that is great as well. I'm an anti masker but please wear gloves. The girl making the pizza had gloves but the kid handling the food putting it in the containers had no gloves touching his phone then handling the food straight into the container. Seems like supervision might be lacking here. Pizza can be overcooked so make sure you ask for it less well done, or it'll be like a rock. I have been very impressed with this restaurant. What brought me in was the fact that they offer Boar's Head Brand deli meats for their sandwiches etc. Ordering the Italian sub... I was impressed that it was full of meat...Alexis w a smile (I think under her mask) said she made it for me, made me smile as well. I was most impressed that they cook their own Boar's Head brand roast beef. Ordering it, It very tender. They packet it full of meat. I requested it be served w bbq sauce. The sauce was amazing. Very neutral flavor...not too spicy...not too bland. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Amazing! Again, the sauce/flavorings very neutral but not bland. The chicken according to one of the waitstaff and the owner Elissar, gave a reaction like they were surprised that I asked if the chicken was brought in frozen...she mentioned that it is fresh and I believe she said the only thing that isn't fresh were the mozzarella sticks. Impressive as well is that they offer free slices to anyone in need. When I was speaking to the very friendly owner, she said she made national headlines regarding that. I felt that wasn't the reason she did it. She mentioned that there were kids looking for food because the school lunch program was shut down. The cheese pizza, custom vegetable pizza (onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives), and the steak bomb pizza were all very good. I would suggest to order it less well done if you don't want a dark crust. Ordering the custom pizza on a late Friday afternoon when I could hear multiple phones ringing...the lady taking my order was very patient and friendly...not rushing at all when I knew they were very busy. read more
