Yo, chat - I think I may have found a new pizza favorite. Well...*I* may have. Wifey? Probably not so much. Lemme explain.. When ordering this impromptu, she didn't seem quite as elated about the pizza as I was. Something about the sauce needing more salt or whatever. Mind you, my wife is a sodium fiend. If I didn't know better, I'd swear her sodium levels were hella low or something. But no--she just naturally craves salt for some reason. I, on the other hand, couldn't complain much. According to their site, plus the various images I found, OakCraft cooks their pizzas over a wood fire. And boy does it taste like it! It's basically the next best thing to brick oven pizza. All I know is...it gives the crust a nice smoky flavor my palate finds most divine! This may be the first place where I like both the pepperoni and cheese pizzas equally. Overall, 9 out of 10 for me. And ordering couldn't be more convenient. You can order directly from their site (pickup or take-away) or even right here on Yelp. The only reason I can't give them top marks is because wifey claims their sauce could use more flavor. While I *almost* agree, I can hardly say that's much of a deal breaker. I really love their pizza (such good crust!) and also their online ordering system. I like being able to choose EXACTLY what I want. Also they have tons of choices (crust, sauce, cheese) and SO many toppings. I always get takeout but the shop looks pleasant and if I were out and about I'd definitely be okay eating there. read more

Solid Neapolitan / stone oven / Wood fire pizza. Thin, light, crispy, and chewy crust. The build your own pizza lets you choose ingredients down the line "subway style". Pizzas come out fast (about 3-5 minutes). Cute little place with a relaxed classy vibe. Would be a good place to get some work done on a laptop while grabbing lunch. the pizza was delicious- loved everything from crust to sauce to cheese. my complaint was in the service area. I ordered 2 large pizzas and one order of cheesy garlic bread.!the pizzas came out and were boxed. sat on counter. 15 minutes later the counter person asked me for what was I waiting- I said " my cheesy garlic bread". then they started the bread- my pizzas sat in their boxes on the counter for 20 minutes. read more

We were in Nashua today and picked OakCraft based on their Google review. Outstanding pizza and done so quickly. Nice thin, sturdy crust with beautiful char from the wood fired oven. Any toppings are available. I had one of their specials with vodka sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil and prosciutto. I opted to leave the peas off. Companion had and onion and mushroom pizza. The pizzas are a nice size. If you're not too hungry, one may be enough for two people but do yourself a favor and order two so there may be something to take home! read more

The 3 pizzas order were being finished as I arrived. The basil for the pizza looked dead and I requested fresh basil. The tomatoe sauce had no taste and the cheese topping was skimpy. The crust had no taste either. The pizzas themselves, for a 6 inch pie was very pricey. read more

I enjoyed my first delivery order from OakCraft a couple of weeks ago. The meatballs and sauce are really good - eapecially the sauce, which is super fresh tasting and they give you a lot of it. I boiled up a serving of spaghetti and made it a meal. The BYO pizza is also very good. I wasnt sure about the hot honey drizzle but it works. The pizzas are small but the crust, sauce and toppings are quality. The price might give you a bit of sticker shock but again, it's a quality pizza. I did not like the Whoopie Pie though. The filling is sugary sweet, way too sweet, and I have a serious sweet tooth. I definitely wont get that again. Everything was packaged well and arrived hot (as far as delivery goes anyway). Overall very solid and I look forward to trying other pizzas. read more

I'm happy to see a location where you can get good pizza has opened in Nashua. For a large town or small city you would think that there would be a ton of places to choose from and I guess there are a lot of pizza places but most are not so great (unless you love Greek pizza which I do not...yuck). I waited a couple of weeks after they opened before I ordered from them because brand new restaurants often need to work the kinks worked out and hit their stride. I was happy to see that they had online ordering available and delivery. Yaaaay! We got our two pizzas delivered pretty quickly (within about 30 minutes or so). The first pizza we ordered was a pesto, chicken, caramelized onion, garlic & spinach pizza. It had good flavor but my fiancé and didn't end up finishing this pizza because it was SO greasy. I don't blame the restaurant though. I chose the toppings and I think the pesto, caramelized onions and cheese were just an overwhelmingly oily combination. If I ordered it again I'd probably do regular onions and have them go light on the cheese. Our second pizza was a meatball and sausage pizza which was excellent! They didn't skimp on toppings and the meatballs & sausage both had good flavor. The sauce was balanced and wasn't to herby, chunky or sweet. I do wish the crust has been crispier. When I think of wood fired pizza I envision a thin, crispy crust with decent chew to it. This crust was a little thicker than expected and had a doughy, chewiness. I couldn't really tell it was wood fired. Overall I enjoyed the food from here. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. read more

Online order for a Hot Pep pizza and meatballs for pick up later that day. Food was ready a few minutes following my arrival at the designated time. A bit chaotic behind the counter - my order was placed by the register rather than on the pick-up rack. Luckily I spotted my name on the ticket, grabbed the boxes, and headed home several minutes later. The meatballs were moist and slathered in a well-balanced red sauce that was flavorful. Unfortunately, the Hot Pep pizza was a bit greasy and the crust soft. It's like the pizza dough did not rise. We prefer pizza with a thin crispy crust but that was not our experience. As expected, the pie was a bit spicy and sweet. They had a good variety of pizza options listed on the wall and make the pie while you select toppings. Pizza is good but the wait times are substantial, they say 30 mins wait but it's more like an hour. I went tonite and they had lost my online order which I placed 30 mins prior to getting there and they claimed "we are still working on your order".....30 mins later I see my pizza's being made. Definitely didn't have the poor experience that some of these reviews mention. Pizza (Hawaiian) was very good, not burned , thin crust , fresh ingredients, sweet but not sugary sauce .. idk maybe the cost upsets ppl ‍ that's more of a Brandon issue tho... I think these people are crazy or just don't understand what they are ordering... I will absolutely patronize again! And let's be honest there are not many edible pizza options in Nashua so I'd keep this on the short list if I were you. (My advice is to Stop complaining and go to a sub shop if you want a Greek pizza) read more

Best pizza I've tried in Nashua. Have only lived here a year but Oak Craft is doing it right. Had two Pies delivered; 1) Hot Pep and 1) prosciutto & arugula Nice char on the crust snd you can tell it's been cooked in a wood fired over - extra tasty Nice thin crust Hot pep has pepperoni and hot honey on a spicy red sauce base The prosciutto & arugula is done with fresh mozzarella and olive oil base with the P&A along with a balsamic glaze and shaved Parmesan. Usually with delivery you lose some of the crispness because of steam coming off the food. Pizzas were delivered very quickly and had that nice crisp crust. Definitely will be back and think this is my new go to pizza place. read more

Was very excited to give this a try. We ordered online, and in the 20 minutes it took me to get there, the pizza was ready. Now the troubling and bad news. When I walked in, my first time there, I didn't see the online order pickup area, so I went to the cash register, there were 6 people working and one other customer there. No one greeted me, and left me standing at the register for a short bit. 3 of the team just looked at me, so I just told "them" I was here to pick up and they pointed me to the pick up table. I walked down, grabbed my order, one of the other 3 workers, that were making pizza wished me a good night. I got home, and that is where I noticed all 3 pizza's were burnt, all 3 were burnt across all the bottom of each pie. Super disappointed. MORE disappointed that this was not noticed by the staff, that were not overly busy. I will probably give them one more try, but only get one pizza this time. With minimal traffic in the store, I'd hope part of the process they would go through is a visual inspection of the completed pizza, if they did this, then I would not he writing this review. Got delivery to Milford by Uber eats and it exceeded my expectations. Smaller/personal size but some of the best pizza in the area. Built my own with pesto base, sausage, mushroom, various cheeses... will definitely be doing that again. Their hot honey Hawaiian pizza was good too. Looking forward to trying new combos. We did our first on line order with Oak Craft Pizza recently. Noticed that a 15% gratuity was automatically imbedded in our payment. Pizza was to be ready in 25 minutes at 7:15. Arrived right on time to the restaurant that was not busy . Waited about 5 minutes at the pick up counter and was not acknowledged. The employees were cleaning and socializing with one another. Nothing was in the oven. I saw our slip sitting on the counter and inquired as to how it was doing. I also saw what I believed to be our uncooked pizzas sitting on the counter in the kitchen area. I had to point those out to the employee who was managing the oven. A young woman. without apology said " no big deal " as it takes about three minutes to cook. I left the restaurant about 10 minutes after the order was due to be picked up. I ordered a meatball and onion pizza. Frankly it was awful, due to poor and limited distribution of the toppings. I have included a picture. So in summary, a pre-charge of an undeserved gratuity, dis-interested service for that gratuity, and a very disappointing product will not having us returning to Oakcraft Pizza. Service is fast and staff was pleasant. Bathrooms and restaurant was clean. The food was ok. We ordered the margarita pizza and have had this type of pizza at many restaurants. It was disappointing that so little fresh mozzarella was used. The sauce outplayed the cheese making for a sloppy pizza. They also put hardly any basil on the pizza. We did try the honey toast which was very good. It was priced rather steep for what we got but the toast was a treat. Small Fountain sodas are $3 which which is too high as well. read more

Lived in Salem NH for 30+ years. Have not found a good "thin" crust pizza place yet, until now! Went to Starbucks for coffee near the Tuscan Village Market Basket. I noticed a new pizza place next to the Crumble cookie joint. Figured I'd stop and see if they made thin crust pizza's. Well, in fact thats the only kind of pizza they make. One size. Perfect for 2-3 people. Made to order as you walk down the line. pretty much any topping you could think of available for custom pizzas. I was very surprised when the pizza was ready in about three minutes. Cooked perfect with thin dough, crunchy crust on the bottom and all quality ingredients on top. very very hot. Great quick pizza options. When we went in a staff walked us through the process since we hadn't been there before. We got a Margherita pizza and a Kale Caesar salad. The salad was tasty and the pizza was out quickly and yummy. The staff quickly checked in to see how it was & thanked us for coming on the way out. The only downside could be the small indoor dining space, although it was decorated nicely and clean. I would definitely stop by again, especially for a quick take out when in that area. read more
