So, my little family has been ordering from this place profusely for weeks now. Yet I'm only now beginning to understand why. And whilst my wife initially presumed I would not enjoy this place much (honestly, shame on her for thinking this), I can assure you NOTHING could be further from the truth. CAVA is what happens when healthy food actually tastes good! It's proof that "healthy" doesn't have to mean "flavorless." But really...the thing that gives this place an edge is the high level of customization they offer its customers. Take a look at their menu and you'll see a generously vast list of ingredients. I guarantee that nearly anyone will find something to their liking, then build the gyro or bowl of their dreams. A word of caution to anyone who orders the former though: it's messy. Like....wicked messy! But, oh SO worth it! I took the liberty of ordering a custom pita wrap consisting of the following: chicken shawarma, crazy feta spread, tomatoes and onions, shredded Romaine lettuce, topped off with a delicious garlic dressing. And this thing did NOT disappoint! Like I said though, it was messy. It only took me getting one bite in before I noticed the garlic dressing making a hasty exit out the backside of my wrap. I find it's best to fold the bottom part of the paper closed before indulging. Otherwise, you'll end up with a puddle of sauce on your table like I did. Whoops! The interior format of the place is pretty straightforward. If you're ordering take-away in advance via their website or app (highly recommended, btw), the pick up area is located on the left-hand side of the order lane. Another caveat to heed is that you'll want to set up a rewards account prior to placing an order. So far as I can tell, this is the only way you'll be allowed to complete an online order. I have a feeling I will be earning some reward points with this place real soon. Because it's conveniently close to my house and I WILL be returning here often. A few other meats I'd like to try are their steak and grilled chicken options. I'll have to experiment a bit with different spreads and dressings and whatnot. But I definitely discovered a favorite that is the shawarma. And with that, I'm giving CAVA in Nashua 5 messy, but tasty as all get out shawarma wraps out of 5. read more

I've been going to the CAVA in Nashua, NH since the day it opened, and it has become one of my go-to spots for lunch or dinner. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. I stopped by CAVA in Nashua recently for their community day event, located on Amherst Street on the former Grand Buffet site, across the street from Five Guys. This is the first location in New Hampshire with the next closest locations in MA in Chelmsford, North Andover and Woburn. CAVA is not affiliated with Cava Restaurant in Portsmouth. This CAVA in Nashua officially opened on Friday June 27, 2025. My Metrowest (MA) gal pal absolutely loves CAVA and insists on stopping at CAVA for quick Mediterranean bowls. I've enjoyed the Chicken and Steak Bowls at the Woburn and Framingham locations and now I can get it in Nashua! There was a line to get inside for the invite event. Once at the counter, I ordered a made to order BYO Grain Bowl with saffron basmati rice, half grilled steak, half grilled vegetables, tzatziki, harissa, crazy feta, romaine lettuce, feta, corn, tomato cucumber salad, corn, yogurt dill dressing and balsamic date dressing and a side of warm pita bread. My bowl was made to order down the line by different staff towards the register. The numerous staff on duty made the process smooth. There is inside table seating, self serve drinks station, and outside patio seating in front of the building. The NH Food Bank also had a table to accept donations. I enjoyed my very filling and tasty grain bowl with a few refills on their self serve house made juices and teas. They also have self serve Maine Root fountain sodas. I can definitely see CAVA opening more locations in NH. Salem, Londonderry, Bedford, Concord, and someplace on the Seacoast would be great spots for a CAVA. read more

The long wait is over, Nashua! Thursday June 26th was CAVA's Community Day and they absolutely nailed it. Free food for those who signed up, with donations going to the NH Food Bank -- and CAVA is matching every dollar. That's how you make a meaningful entrance! I ordered the Spicy Lamb Avocado Greens Bowl and I'm officially obsessed. The lamb was juicy and full of bold, smoky heat -- perfectly balanced with creamy avocado, zesty pickled onions, crisp cucumbers, and a drizzle of spicy harissa. Add some hummus and garlic dressing? I finally tried Cava for the first time and it was amazing!! The harissa honey chicken was really tender and lemon herb tahini was delicious. As someone who loves Mediterranean food I can't wait to come back and try something else. Something that stuck out to me was the customer service. The woman working this evening and Brian were really friendly and explained all the ingredients and filling options as I went down the line. The restaurant had only been open about 2 weeks when a friend and I went on a weeknight. I had the Greek chicken pita and I loved it. The bread was fantastic, much better than most pita and the chicken and vegetables were fresh and delicious. To drink, I had the blueberry lavender tea. Great location and service all around. The food is amazing, service is always quick, and the staff are genuinely pleasant. Their pita chips are insanely good, and the cucumber mint lime drink is easily my favorite, though you can't go wrong with any of their fresh drinks! Very clean and cozy on the inside too. Wow!! I was in the area for work and stopped here for a late lunch. I've never been to Cava before but my sister has raved about it so I figured I would give it a shot and boy did it not disappoint. The staff were so patient and helpful in helping me build my own bowl. I love Mediterranean food and this exceeded all of my expectations. I forget the name of the girl who helped me ‍ but she was the sweetest! The easiest way I can explain this is a Chipotle reimagined for the better. It is simpler, faster, and the ingredients are all fresh and healthy. I have been twice in the past week. The first time I found it while traveling in the Midwest, it was so good I searched for others and found one near my home. The Woburn Cava never disappoints because they're food is always fresh, warm, and not over saturated with salt. One of the worst falafel in my life. Falafel in pita get soggy within 30 minutes. Greek gyro is better than CAVA.

Food is 10/10 but the lady who serves the bowl with the weird rag on her head has terrible manners and treats you like sub human

Everything, and price was fair. They helped me pick what wasn't spicy and were nice and patient about it.
