The place is order at the counter with separated ordering/pickup counter and register areas. They also offer online ordering and DoorDash delivery. I stopped by Augusta's Tyngsboro for takeout recently. The place has been very busy and have been selling out of food during the grand opening weekend. I was going to order a Large Tuna Sub, but they ran out of large sub rolls and paninis were not yet available. I ordered the 15 Pc Chicken Bites ($16.25 plus tax) which includes choice of 2 dipping sauces. My order was ready fairly quick (under 5 minutes) and I paid for my order at the register near the front doors. I enjoyed the Chicken Bites in the restaurant which offers ample table seating. The Chicken Bites were very tender & hot, coated with a light crispy breading, not too greasy. The Boom Boom sauce and the Marinara sauce were good choices for dipping the chicken bites into. I really enjoyed the Chicken Bites here along my chosen dipping sauces. I will definitely come back here for one of their large subs (tuna or meatball) and the salad bar ($10.99 per pound in 2025).

Also shown in the pictures is a very tasty passionfruit juice. Service was helpful and friendly and the space is large, clean, and conveniently located on Essex Street. Parking is street parking (free on Sundays and holidays, but pretty cheap).

"Mori soňanado" was a Dominican drink I grew up with and brought back memories for sure. Both the wife and I had the featured dish, she went with ham and cheese, while I went all out with the pernil (pork). Which is stuffed with all the trimmings, The place was very clean and the Latin ambience was on point with their menu. If you're interested in great and fast food, please try them out.

A cashier stand, where you order, is to the left of the entrance. Menu boards are located on the wall above the open kitchen. A cooler across from the cashier holds bottled soda, water and tea. The cashier was super personable and answered a couple of silly questions from me. (I always have questions. So many questions!) I had to try the empanadas of course and they offer several varieties. My SO got himself a pepperoni pizza. We both grabbed bottled soda. We had an opportunity to chat a little with the cook too who is also very nice. A parton who is clearly known to the staff came in and had a long, friendly chat with staff while we ate. Just before we left some high school students came in. This is absolutely a neighborhood spot. The pastry on my empanada is very good. Flakey, thin, holds together well. I would have preferred less pastry for the amount of filling. Most bites were air. The ground beef was seasoned well enough but I think I was looking for more spice and maybe a little heat. Still, it was enjoyable. The vegetable empanada was bell peppers, onions and mushrooms with a little bit of cheese. Same result. I was looking for more filling, spice and heat. Don't get me wrong. They are good. I did enjoy them. And for all I know, this is the way abuela makes them. Everyone has their own preferences. This is just me. Take it as you will. My SO enjoyed his pizza. That's all I got from him. It was slightly soupy and not as much crunch as I like. The mashed potatoes seemed like box and the gravy seemed like jarred. Neither one had any substantial flavor. The cutlets were bland. There is parking in the back for a few cars. Her shop is clean and she makes her buns fresh daily every morning for a limited amount that she sells out. The flavors are all amazing and there are additional items she offers as well. I definitely helped clean out her supply and will be back for more of her fresh and tasty steamed buns!
