The friendly staff member took my order and after a short wait, I was given a neatly packaged small shopping bag. I appreciated the disposable plates and utensils that were included without my asking, and am always iffy about eating on the go. I am not a fan of messy so there is that haha. Let me just say that I was completely satisfied with my gyros as they tasted great. They also added a nice amount of tzatziki sauce just as requested yum. It was delish, so much so that I scarfed it down without taking any pictures. This was indeed an enjoyable late lunch!

I highly recommend the hummus, baba ghanoush, salsa, and grape leaves--they're all fantastic. Be sure to order the lavash bread on the side, as it pairs perfectly with everything. For a main course, the adana lamb kebab is a must-try. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and full of flavor. I only wish I could cook like this--I'd happily eat Mediterranean food every single day!

The best place you'll find downtown. I was told about this place from a coworker. I finally went over and everything he said exceeded my expectations. First I was greeted with a banana milkshake for being a new customer. I was told it would make me happy. It sure did. Then I got falafel for the first time in about 5 years. It was huge, delicious, came with fries and a drink, and the combo only cost me $10. The whole time the owner was chatting me up. It was a great experience. My regret was only having 30 minutes for my break to go there and eat my food. I wish I could have spent more time enjoying my food. Luckily, it is in a good location so if you're in downtown Lowell, you can access it easily. Go say hi, get a banana milkshake, and get some good food. You wont be disappointed. read more

As soon as we walked in we were hit with a mesmerizing smell. The aromas of spices baffled my friend and I. The man treated us like family and was beyond friendly. When we were waiting for our food which only took a few minutes, he spoke to us and gave us two, free, and fresh bananas. Then when he gave us our food he told us his plan for the future and how he wanted to employ students to help them. We were then told that he uses many spices and when we took a bite we were in awe. Just ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub and this was by far one of the best subs i have had in a long time. perfectly made and loaded with steak, onions and peppers. The french fries were perfectly seasoned that i didn't even need salt. Been to this restaurant a number of times and the owner is a wonderful friendly guy and he never disappoints. Great Chicken and pizza and so many side order items it was hard to decide on one. Well worth going to and the prices are great. Highly recommend this restaurant and I will be going there again.. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. First of all, the man who runs it is incredibly nice and gives a free banana milkshake to any first time customer he doesn't recognize. It felt much more common than any other area I've visited. I was in the area two weeks ago and did not get the opportunity to try roast beef, so, I decided I was going to make it happen this visit. I inquired with several locals for recommendations but with the heavy traffic, I did not feel I had enough time to travel to the recommendations. I found Giovannis on Yelp and it was near where I was working and had over three stars. Although the reviews appeared mixed, I decided I would check it out. Located in a small strip mall in South Tewksbury, I arrived a little after noon on a Monday. There was an inflatable character waving people in the front door. Once inside, I could tell Giovanni's is primarily designed for either take-out or delivery. With only two tables inside, someone was already seated at one and I saw a few people waiting in their cars. I went to the counter and let them know I am not from the area and I continued seeing roast beef places, especially offered with pizza and I wanted to see what it was all about. I asked what the most popular roast beef sandwich was. I was quickly told the Super Beef comes on an onion roll and is their most popular roast beef option. I decided to try it and was asked if I wanted BBQ sauce and cheese on it, which were easy yes's! I had a seat and waited for my order. The rest of the menu is much more extensive than I expected. In addition to roast beef and pizza, they also have calzone, salads, wraps, cold sandwiches, cold subs, pasta, chicken, burgers, some seafood, rice bowls and quesadillas. When my order was called, I went to the counter to pick it up and had a seat. The sandwich was wrapped up and looked huge. I unwrapped it and it looked amazing, a bit on the rarer side than I prefer but the temperature of the sandwich was hot and it did look yummy. I proceeded to eat it and the BBQ sauce was dripping everywhere. This is a really sloppy sandwich and the BBQ sauce is definitely on the thinner side. Overall, the sandwich was tasty and I ate it all, but it did not overwhelm me. I still do not understand the significance of roast beef in the area but will Google it to see if I can find an answer. I would consider this a good experience.

The white sauce is delectable. I wish they had in house hot sauce as well. They could do a little better with portions, presentation and quality however.

I ended up getting a #18 everyday special chicken sandwich, which was on a crisp loaf of French bread fresh veggies and sauce, with a bag of fries. It probably took about 7 min to get the food but it was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned. The portions were generous. I'd definitely go here again, and look forward to trying the fried chicken and maybe the Jamaican beef pastry.

I regret not getting the young ladies name who was working with her male coworker this evening…read more(1/15/26) around 6pm. I walked in and placed a to-go order that had some complications due to what was available and she helped me order the next best thing with what was in stock. It was busy with delivery drivers picking up and the phone ringing often with complex inquires about what was gluten free, dairy free, etc. What impressed me was this young lady handled every customer interaction, every phone in order/inquiry, every DoorDash driver, with kindness and respect while still moving at Mach 10 to help her co-worker get those orders completed and ready to go. I really regret not getting her name as her positive attitude while doing her job stood out to me and when I collected my order I asked if she was management. She said she wasn't. I said she should be. If the management reads Yelp reviews you better keep this employee happy and give her room to grow. Her attitude deserves success. Oh and my Gyro was tasty too, glad I found you all.
