Marty (Martinique) was amazing. His charismatic personality made us feel right at home. He anticipated everything we might need even asking if we wanted the blinds pulled down since the sunlight was coming into the dining area. He made us feel completely cared for. He was so kind and patient with my mom who has dementia. The space was well designed. It's a modern and comfortable space. The food was delicious. So many great options to choose from and everything tasted so fresh and full of flavor. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who enjoys mediterranean cuisine. Have gone here two Friday nights in a row, who ever the night crew is they are terrible, the customers service is none existent, the tell you they have run out of stuff and refuse to make more. The pita chips which you are known for they say they are out and refuse to make more . This last visit they were out of forks so they gave me a spoon. When I received my order the rice tasted like it had been seating under a heat lamp for hours and the meat was extremely dry. The two pita chips they threw in my order where the BBQ type and never said they were because I didn't order those. I order a side of eggplant dip with chips But was told they were out of chips and couldn't make more, it was 7pm way before closing so there was no excuse for their refused to make fresh ones. The two guys behind the counter were rude and more interested in talking to each other than helping the customers. The outside earthing area was disgusting and the trash barrel had not been emptied and was completely full and had trash piled up as there was no where else to put the trash. My wife and I are from Northern California. We have NEVER eaten at Cava before. We were in Chelmsford, Massachusetts for a wedding, and decided to stop at Cava for a quick bite, the day before the wedding on 7/17/25. We placed our order around 7:30pm. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and the restaurant was neat & clean. I would give this location a 10/10. If we are ever out this way again we will definitely be returning customers. The staff at this location deserve recognition for their work performance. read more

Delicious food if you like anything Mediterranean. Service is good , place is constantly packed . I would not recommend placing an online order especially at night . I waited 30 min after my Mobil order was ready for pickup because it wasn't made yet. Understandable because there was at least 15 people waiting for their Mobil orders and another 20 people cycling through the line . Employees were running around the whole time I was there waiting on irritable customers but come on they didn't have a second to breathe. I've gone about 5 times to this location and the portion sizes are 10X better and more consistent than Chipotle. If you're a blueberry fan you must try either the blueberry lavender or blueberry soda . The inside is nice , lots of natural light . If I could make any recommendations for the least amount of wait time probably go around 11-2 during the week and skip the online and order in store read more

Ordered DoorDash tonight, which came out to be $86 after the $16 tip which was the lowest amount offered. We also have the DoorDash membership, so this was the cheapest option for delivery through them. Order to chicken bowls, two sides of hummus, two extra pitas, and two brownies. The bowls were good, so I will give it to stars, but it was kind of a joke when we saw the brownies and side of hummus. I'll add a couple pictures so you can see. The brownie was probably 2" x 2" and the hummus was the tiny one bite type size container. For $90 I would expect a lot more than this. read more

Went this evening for pick up and not ready. The two girls working the pickup line had lack of urgency to do anything. I checked my order to make sure it was correct to find the dressing had been left off. When I brought it to their attention I was told we don't have that. With the rudest tone and eye roll as she walked away. I then called the store to complain and the manager on duty defended her. I am disgusted with the way I was treated here. STILL waiting in line for an order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. I would not know that however because there's been one car at the drive-through for 20 minutes. Got BARELY A HALF spoonful of chicken then I questioned the portion because it was so small and the employee said if I want more then it's going to be extra. First visit to Cava. Food was delicious and plentiful. Blueberry lavender drink was delicious. We went at four o'clock on a Thursday because some reviews mentioned a long wait. Was not too busy at that time. We were able to take our time looking over the menu to make our selections. Waitstaff were polite and helpful. We ate in the restaurant. It is a fast food environment so in restaurant seating is limited but since it was not busy there were empty tables. There also outside seating. All in all a positive visit. We will be going back. I'm from California where CAVA is extremely popular and a place I visit frequently and even find myself recommending to people. However, after my experience tonight I don't think I'd ever find myself telling someone to go try CAVA. I took my friend here for their first time and they also were left so dissatisfied with their whole experience. Its so disappointing to see how the team addressed the situation and simply didn't know how to handle to flow of customers. I completely understand having just opened but at the end of the day to be waiting on an order for over an hour is ridiculous when this is a place that I usually rely on for a quick grab and go meal spot. The dining area was so messy and many tables were left dirty as well as a decent amount of trash on the floor. The food itself was beyond the point of even being able to enjoy it that I found myself tossing my bowl all together after a few bites. The rice was undercooked, the raw avocado, and the lack of greens in my 'greens&grains' bowl. At the end of the day, this chain is not cheap and so for the quality of food and service I expect a much more enjoyable experience. This visit didn't even meet the bare minimum. read more
