This is the best "House of Pizza" style pizza and subs in the area. Naji always greets with a smile. My go to is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza (well done) and any hot sub. I'm eating this as I review. I'm eating a small Italian The bread is super soft, the cold cuts are good quality but perfect for a sandwich. The toppings are perfect, the onions are have a nice bite, the pickles have a good salty slightly sour taste. The parking is easy the man inside was super nice and the restaurant is clean. Ordered a large sausage, mushrooms and extra cheese pizza, evening January 15, to be delivered. Worst pizza we ever had! Mushrooms and sausage were so spaced out, every bite was mostly cheese. Oily, bland taste. Threw half of it away. We also ordered 2 baklavas. They were even worst! What was that green stuff on top of the baklava? Mold? The top filo separated from the bottom piece. Bottom section was dry and hard! How long have these been sitting out? Months? These were also tossed in the trash. Would never ever order from this place again! read more

Phoned in an order for a pizza and arrived 20-25 minutes later to pick it up! Sat in the restaurant for 28 more minutes waiting...for a pepperoni pizza... They were so backed up and there were many many others waiting along with me. I understand that places get busy, and this could happen to the best of them. This is run by the same people who used to run Amherst House of Pizza. They were closed fown for a year, then opened this place with help from the original Ciao's in Nashua. The Good: They are really nice and have no problems customizing anything from the menu. They have some unqiue (Lebanese inspired) items on the menu that are worth trying. The Pizza is similar to the old Amherst House of Pizza, its a little on the greasy side, but still perfectly edible. It's not an award winner, but always hits the spot. The prices are pretty good, and the new dinning room is spacious. They also recently added some beer on tap, if you want to stop in after hours for some drinks. I'm a big fan of the falafel, the only place close to work where I can get one, but sometimes the wrap can be a little stale depending on the day of the week, but when its fresh, its the best falafel I've ever had. I haven't tried any of the other sandwiches, but they do serve pizza slices. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered two pizzas and a calzone. When I went to pick it up they gave the wrong order. Not only the wrong order but the food was awful. Pizza tasted like old cardboard. Anyway I called to speak with the owner and was told the next time I come in he would"take care of it". So I agreed to what he said and a few weeks later I called to order a few pizzas for my family thinking he would take care of the bill. I WAS WRONG!! He told me he only forgot one item ( which was wrong ) and that the best he can do is give 50 percent off my order. Being in the industry myself that is not how you handle a mistake that the company makes. That was my first and last time ever going there. What a joke!!! read more

I can't understand what all these positive reviews are about. Maybe they're for the pizzeria under the previous owners? When it was Ciao's? The pizzas we got were the taco pizza and a plain mushroom. Both were awful. I had one slice of the taco pizza and threw the rest away. The pies were cold when they were delivered. Neither my wife nor I will order from here again. Tried this place out to try something new. Usually get Hollis house or Olivias. Got a couple of pizzas and they were average. My wife didn't really like their cheese pizza. I gave Olivias and Hollis 4 stars so this is a solid 3. Owner is super nice and personable and they have good prices. We will probably go somewhere else next time for pizza. read more

Huge menu. Pizza, calzones, subs, sandwiches, wraps, sides (like fries). 4 beers on tap, big fridge of drinks, & biggest selection of Green Mountain k-cups I've ever seen. Counter service. Clean restaurant. Friendliest owners ever! Seriously. Even if we haven't been in for a few months they still remember us & if a member of our family isn't with us they inquire after him/her. Every restaurant owner should be so friendly!!!! :) Best spinach & feta calzone I've EVER had..... LOVE their pizza. So flavorful & not too greasy. Thin crust but not "too" thin. I don't eat cheese any more & I'm also vegetarian so eating at a (primarily) pizza joint would be tough, you'd think, but they have a really yummy falafel wrap so I just get that. This is what we got last time: less than $30 for a wrap, a sandwich, a small cheese pizza, a drink, & a side = great deal. Highly recommend. Awesome pizza, and huge sandwiches. The service is great and the owners are personable. I usually get the grilled chicken sub and it is packed full. When I am with the family we get a few pizzas they are decent size and the crust is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, love it. My wife loves the spinach and feta calzone. I used to like this place because I thought they were nice people who made good food. I went there for lunch today and got a bad sandwich, which they fought me about. Even though I had only taken one bite and had to spit it out do to some rancid ingredient. They asked me to pin point the ingredient accusingly, and then after I sat back down they called me over again to fight me on it some more. Not only did the owner basically throw my money at me, but he charged me full price for the reheated slice of cheese pizza I asked for as a substitute for the disgusting sub. On top of that I ended up throwing both the pizza and the 6 onion rings I paid $4 for away because the sandwich had made my stomach so upset I could no longer eat. I will never be going there again.
