Delicious wraps! I tried the Alamo and it was really good, had a little kick but not too spicy. I do love that they grill them too and make everything fresh so be prepared to wait about 10 mins for your order when its not busy, longer if its during the rush. You could always call it in too. As other reviews noted the chips don't taste typical because they're covered in sugar "kettle cooked". I applaud their efforts for wanting to make homemade chips but salt is all I need on them. We've had Wrap City on our list to try for quite awhile. We finally stopped in today and it was so good! As soon as we entered we were greeted and it appeared the manager (?) was at the front training the employee at the register. The manager was great with our two young daughters and was so helpful with recommendations. Three of us have a dairy allergy and they were so accommodating and willing to substitute things for us. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. They also brought two cookies out for our girls which was so nice. The food was great, the bathrooms were clean, and it was just an overall wonderful experience. I like Wrap City for a quick lunch. It is usually pretty busy so I call ahead when I go on my lunch break from work. I almost always get the buffalo chicken salad. It's not your typical buffalo sauce, it is almost creamy. It's become one of my favorite buffalo sauce. The veggies in the salad are always fresh. The staff are always friendly. First time here, and it was really great! Was looking for something quick to bring back to work, and I was in and out. I went with the Alamo, sans onions, and it was very flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. The wrap itself was what stood out the most. It was a bit toasted, not chewy at all. Combined with everything in the wrap being chopped properly, there was no need to try and tear a bite of the wrap with your teeth like many wraps/sandwiches. Quick service on a Saturday lunchtime, Caesar chicken wrap was excellent and fresh. I got plenty of potato chips, they are the darker brown ones and definitely homemade. Trying to cut calories so I only ate half a wrap which was plenty. Tables spaced far apart and clean bathroom. My only gripe is no Wi-Fi for customers. Don't go out if the way to come to this place. The ambience and sitting area is great, food is nowhere near as good as any place I have ever had a wrap from. I went to Wrap City for the first time last week and it was delicious! My favorite part was the grilled wrap...it was crunchy and delicious! The chips were okay. One thing about this place is there is no soda fountain! If you want tap water, you are given a small cup with faucet water. However, the wrap was good enough that it is worth remembering to bring a water bottle. Will definitely be back! read more

I've been to this Wrap City before, but today, Sunday at 1:00 pm, I ordered one take-out sandwitch - the LA Reuben - and there was no one else in the store, though others came in afterward. Still, it took over 20 minutes to get my sandwitch. I get that this isn't a fast-food restaurant, but 20 minutes?! And two people came in who ordered over the phone or online and they were told, "I'll be a few more minutes." The sandwitch was delicious. But I won't go again. Maybe they need additional staff? Have to say "Wrap City" limits is a good place to be around lunch time. Pleasantly surprised by the selection and delicious sandwiches that I was driven to in a pinch. Short on time and with few good options in the area Wrap City was the only non chain option. The wrap was a spinach wrap with roast beef, avocado, ranch, pepper jack with lettuce and tomato. The hook...it is heated so it has the convenience of a wrap but the warm goodness of a panini. Only complaint is with their house made chips. While they were tasty, I didn't get many and the ones I got were mainly crumbles. All in all Wrap City is a win. read more

My sister in law took us here for lunch and I was very impressed. I expected the typical list of sandwiches, but they have a massive menu of really creative sandwiches. When you arrive, expect to spend a while staring at the menu with your mouth watering. I got the Miamiwich, and it was excellent. The chipotle sauce was definitely the best part. I also loved the homemade chips- there was something slightly different about them that I couldn't place, but the flavor was great. They sell extra bags of chips if you can't get enough. The other people I was with all enjoyed their sandwiches and wraps, as well. Also, a great place for kids. My nephew got the grilled cheese and it was huge- more than enough food for a kid. The food is good but not for the price. Ordered an Omaha Rueben, waited 15 mins at 12:40 pm on a Friday during Summer with about 12 people in the restaurant. For almost $13 I received a coke and panini-type flattened rueben and about 7 chips in the box... no bag. For $13 in Boston, I get mounds of corned beef in a sandwhich I cannot finish for lunch and a full sized kosher dill pickle and chips. From a read of the menu the wraps are a bit less expensive and may be worth a try, but it will be a while for me to go back. read more

Ordered a traditional BLT. They have one that has an egg, but I asked to omit the egg. I at the first half and my immediate thought was wow not much bacon. I opened up the second half and there was a large chunk of lettuce a little sauce and literally one small piece of bacon that was approximately 3/4 inches by 1 inch. I brought it back to the store and showed it to them and the young man behind the counter had a deer in the headlights look. I did not ask for a new sandwich and did not ask for a refund. That was not the intention of bringing it back and is not my style. I would not go there again. If you pay $10 for a BLT I would hope it would have at least 2 to 3 strips of bacon if not more. read more

So far we've loved the sandwiches we've bought here. The Plymouth county is like turkey dinner. Really delicious reubens and pastrami. The food sometimes seems like it takes too long to come out, but that could be because they're new they've been busy. I want so badly to love the chips! They're so fresh and slightly browned and crunchy, but I don't like the sugar. If they were mostly salty with a hint of sugar I think I would like them.. but so far they've had way too much sugar and it's unfortunate because I think they'd be addictive otherwise. It also kind of stinks that they put the chips in a box with your hot sandwich and they get soggy. All in all I would recommend for the delicious sandwiches. Many wrap/sandwich places have good ingredients, but they don't always come together well like they do at Wrap City. The Alamo is my favorite, but even the salads are tasty. Be prepared to wait a few minutes if you don't call/order in advance, but again, it's because they're preparing it fresh. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because I wish there were more options in terms of sides. I do enjoy the homemade chips, but they're not for everyone, especially those that need GF. read more
