My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Wrap City tonight. The ambiance is really great and the decor is nice too! the staff is very friendly and nice. I got the spinach salad with the walnuts on top and it was delicious and my husband got a pork and ham wrap and it was very good too. We loved the place and we will definitely be back soon. First time trying and got Plymouth County and a friend got Hidden Valley. We got it to go. The wraps were delicious. They were made perfect and were not unraveling and leaking everywhere. The chips were disgusting. They were medium to dark brown in color and left a bad after taste of over cooked chips. I would have said it might be a bad batch, but what was bagged at the counter was only marginally lighter. I got a fair amount in my box, but my friend had 8 chips. So if you like the chips they are inconsistent with portion. Staff friendliness was zero. No welcome or even a smile. There was no one in the place and only 2 staff members. They barely spoke to each other. I did observe inconsistent glove standards. 1 member removed 1 glove to put a bag in the barrel for trash. Never order catering from here. They will forgot about your order and do absolutely nothing for you. I even called the day before pickup to make sure everything was all set for it. Arrive at the pickup time and order hasnt been done. They said they "forgot to do it." Asked for the manager to call me and never received a call back. Being new to the area and receiving a mailer just yesterday, my family and I were excited to try Wrap City! We called at 6:35pm to verify the hours of operation with anticipation of ordering takeout for supper and were told the restaurant was open until 8:00pm. At 6:50 when we called to place an order, our call was not answered. Two addition unanswered calls and a failed online order later, we gave up. Understanding these pandemic times are exceptional, we will give it another shot in the future. However, it might benefit WC staff and future customers if a cutoff time for placing orders was included online and offered with business hour inquiries made over the phone. read more

I used to go here all time and it was always great. I had two favorite sandwiches and I could count on them being pretty much the same as the first time that got me hooked on them. And the chips! I'd buy an extra bag because I loved them that much. But lately it's been a lackluster experience. Service wasn't as friendly. Sandwich wasn't made with the same care, just slapped together. Hardly any chips or a bunch of burnt and tiny pieces. It's lost it's ranking as one of my favorite places to get something quick and decent to eat. read more

My first experience was good I must say. I was at Meineke getting an oil change and was getting hungry while waiting. I googled nearby places and the pictures from google looked sooo good. None of the pics had names though. I finish my appointment and head over to Wrap City and show the photos to the cashier. It was the Santa Barbara Ranch wrap. The cashier was really nice. The food smelled DELICIOUS. It was very clean inside. Everyone seemed satisfied. Wait time wasn't long at all either. Even after a 40 min drive home the food was very good. The only issue was the chips were slightly overcooked and too salty. I was excited to try to chips too. But i couldnt get past the salt so i grabbed my Utz instead. Recently vegan I was hopeful to find some food, this place has a make your own wrap and WOW it is awesome! I got cucumber, tomato, avocado, walnuts, lettuce and olives on a tomato basil wrap. Have been going to wrap city in Amherst NH for about the last 6 months, it has been great right up to the last three times. Always getting the same chicken Caesar flatbread. Three weeks ago they forgot the lettuce, two weeks ago went in at 7:35 and there was a woman cleaning the grill already. I asked if I could still get something on the grill (not knowing the chicken wasn't cooked on the grill, that was my mistake) she turned around looked at the grill and said, "well she is cleaning it." They were not rude but you would think you could order at least up to 7:50. This week the lettuce is rotten. Have a picture of it because I couldn't believe they would let that go out the door. Writing this review in hopes it will make the owner/owners aware of what has happened and they can get it back to the great service and product I had come to enjoy. read more

Horrible. We waited half an hour for two mediocre sandwiches...longer than we'd expect even in a "real" restaurant. All drinks are bottled, but there's no recycling bin. On top of everything else, the three televisions were all tuned to an infomercial. We won't be back. read more

First 3 visits were 5-stars. Fresh crispy lettuce. Just enough sauce/dressing. All the ingredients shown on the menu, were actually in the sandwich. Awesome! Chicken was fresh off-the-grill, tender, juicy. Tried a few variations - sourdough sandwich, a couple different wraps. And then.....Saturday. Customers lined up, almost out-the-door. I'm going to figure they were just way too busy to keep up with the quality. We phoned in our order, and STILL had to wait in line to get up to the counter. AND then waited another 20-minutes for our order to be made. Either get rid of your phone order system, or get the food made within the time you quoted. And install a "PHONE ORDER PICK-UP" area at your counter for convenience. Chicken on all of our sandwiches was completely dried out, tough, hard, stringy - had that warmed-up flavor. The tortillas were soaked, gooey, wet, not even edible because they'd soaked up the sandwich sauce. Someone forgot to put in the red onion, lettuce, tomato and avocado. Three out of four had stomach aches after eating, and none of us finished our sandwiches, but instead, deposited them in the garbage. The chips? Dark brown. (Five Guys, you could learn a lesson, too.) The dark brown means acrylamide. Acrylamide is a naturally-occurring carcinogenic (cancer-causing) chemical that the food industry is well aware of. So if you have health-issues and are trying to eat healthier, skip brown potato chips and brown French fries (not like either is a health-food anyway). Won't go back during peak-times, that's for sure. We blew it off to them being brand-new, over-whelmed, too busy, and then....the phone call. Instead of writing a review, I decided to call the manager. "Have loved the food, but some major slip-ups today...". Received a call-back from one of the co-owners. He says, "Well, honey, what would you like me to do?" Really? All the above was communicated with courtesy and even sadness that you made such a miserable mess of our lunch, and that's all you've got? Learn from this "Sweetie", and maybe this "Honey" might take you seriously. And fix your chicken-problem, "Tootsie", or maybe the health department needs to look at how you are preparing and keeping your chicken, "Baby Cakes". read more

Was initially weary about trying this place out after reading a couple negative reviews on yelp, but this place was amazing. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my husband got the miamwhich, they were both amazing. The chicken was warm and juicy, the sauce was perfect, and wrap was warm and toasted. The staff were friendly and helpful as I altered my wrap since I'm not crazy about blue cheese. Place has a nice little atmosphere. Our new favorite lunch stop! read more

Unfortunate experience just now! I called in an order for a wrap and spoke to a female employee, gave my name, and was told it would be about 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and they couldn't find the order. Then they said they had no record of me calling in at all. I showed my phone to show them that I had called the right number as it was the Amherst location not the Londonderry spot. The girl at the front was incredibly rude, did not apologize and just said "well it's not here do you still want it?" I asked if it would take another 20 minutes and when she said yeah I declined. It was 2:30 in the afternoon - it was not busy. Probably an ounce of good customer service would have helped here. Instead she blamed the people in the back who looked up but didn't say anything and then she demanded I put the drink I had grabbed when I was originally going to buy something, away. Pretty good overall. I've only been here once. My husband and his coworkers love it. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, but was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't at all what I was expecting. The only thing is the blue cheese was overpowering and it didn't really taste like buffalo. Sandwiches here are decent. However, if you want a quick lunch somewhere, this isn't the place. We have never waited less than 30 minutes here. Today we tried calling the order in so we wouldn't be standing around forever. We were told 30 minutes...still stood and waited another 15 minutes and all we ordered were cold cuts and tuna. I tried this place for the first time today and it was great! The homemade chips had a very different, but good, flavor. I had the Roman wrap which was basically a Caesar salad wrap and it was great! AVOID the Amherst location! I went there today with my wife. After going to the Londonderry location and having a good experience I was in the area and thought I should try Amherst. Big mistake! The girl working covered in tattoos was extremely rude. Worst of all, we were given hardly any chips with our wrap. I called later and spoke to a manager to complain. He didn't seem to care at all. I'm not going to the Amherst location and will avoid Londonderry if I have a bad experience like this. Now I see why they only have two locations. You can skip this place if you're trying to eat healthy. As a plant-based eater, you'll have to order a vegetarian wrap sans the cheese. The chips are greasy and sprinkled with what? Sugar! What is this insanity? My wrap had grilled veggies and lettuce. You know what happens to the lettuce? Soggy! Yuck. The only water to drink was out of the "hand-wash only" sink.
