EPICUREO opened a physical location at The Tannery Marketplace in March 2023. This is a small batch pizzeria offering 16" whole pizzas (no slices) starting at $20 for cheese, toppings extra. They make small batches of pizza dough each day of business, enough to make 40-45 pizzas daily. Takeout or enjoy your pizza at nearby tables inside and outside of The Tannery. Walk-in customers only. They are open on weekdays and close when they sell out. Check their Facebook or Instagram stories and they will post updates when they are sold out of pizza for the day. I stopped by EPICUREO recently for pizza takeout and ordered a 16" Pepperoni Pizza ($22). The pizza was made to order by Tony and all set in about 10 minutes. The pizza was topped with a zesty tomato sauce, small pepperoni slices and melted cheese on thin crispy light dry crust with thicker soft chewy edges. Other than the pepperoni, the pizza was not oily like many pizzas I've had. The pizza was very enjoyable with a cold frosty beverage. I would definitely return when more topping choices are offered. CASH ONLY

Their pizza is just phenomenal. Would honestly be among the best in NYC if they were based there. I lived there for 15 years, I know. It's cooked perfectly, the dough is clearly magical, sauce is delightful, cheese is perfect. Bravo!

Awesome pizza! Located inside the Tannery so ample parking and easy access. Cash only, so come prepared or use the ATM inside. We got take out, but ample places to sit inside if desired. We got one white pizza (garlic) and one magherita. Both were awesome! Looking for to trying more. If you're in Newburyport, I would definitely recommend stopping by! We're new to the area and trying different pizza places downtown, this one takes the cake so far!

Living in Portsmouth NH, very near a place well known for its cheesesteak subs, I began a quest…read moresome time ago to find the best cheesesteaks in the region. Southern Maine to Northeast Massachusetts was to be the "zone". It took a long time and a lot of calories, but our search came to an end today. To be the perfect cheesesteak, we required a soft roll, high quality meat that wasn't a frozen, chopped product, , enough cheese to taste but not overwhelm the meat, and fresh, not frozen or canned toppings. I'm a mushroom and onion guy while the wife prefers peppers and onions. We also sought just basic, good fries with them. No seasoning or the stucco product a famous chain used or maybe still uses. Port Pizza, located in a semi hidden spot in the far end of a strip containing market Basket and Marshall's met all of our requirements to perfection, and then some. I believe this is the best cheesesteak on the seacoast, and I've tried far too many. Their service was excellent and friendly, and it appeared they genuinely appreciated our business. The restaurant, with maybe a half dozen booths for seating was clean, especially the restrooms. There is ample free parking and there is excellent HP access with not 1 but 2 ramps, plenty of width, and access to those same restrooms. Overall, 4.9 rating. Worth the trip to find, and you won't leave dissatisfied. Side note: We intend to return for what appeared to be the perfect thin crust pizza, but that's a visual opinion, not from experience, yet!

The pizza has changed radically and not for the better. Wonder if there are new owners? The crust…read moreused to be thicker and crisp on the edges. Now it is nonexistent and the pizza is a soggy mess. I have been a faithful customer for years and will not go back.
