For the sides, we tried the hummus, vermicelli, rice, regular potatoes, spicy potatoes, Fattoush salad, and all looked really good. The atmosphere looks to be the type that I wouldn't really want to sit and have a romantic dinner at, but it does have a nice bar on the side, and there were a few people sitting and enjoying the trick with their food. We got takeout. The chicken Shawarma was pretty dry, and could have used a little bit more spice. We got the garlic aïoli on the side, and it matched it well. The hummus is excellent consistency, but needs a bit more spice also. Perhaps some of the dry spice they sell in the store. The halloumi on top of the salad is excellent. Really excellent. We drove a half hour to get home, so the halloumi was no longer warm, but that's expected. The salad under the halloumi, was really good. Very fresh, a bit different with the mandarin oranges, raisins, and slivered, almonds, and it all went well together.The dressing that comes with it, is the fig, balsamic vinaigrette, and that tasted just like a bottled fig balsamic glaze. It's the sticky very strong taste, and it was perfect on the salad and the cheese. Tabouli was great taste and yummy. So fresh. Disappointed in the pita, wish they were cooked in house. Cookies for dessert were pretty amazing. Homemade in house and they tasted it, and though they were kind of pricey, we would probably get them again. We really liked this place. 4 stars because of the dry shwarma.

Touché Chat GPT! Situated in a small side street in the picturesque and idyllic Andover downtown, this restaurant evokes a fun night out with its hot pink decor and spots to take a selfie. You're warmly greeted by Monica's family who makes you feel right at home and is willing to make you anything your heart desires, including an off-menu, gluten friendly version of Butter Chicken Poutine (and yes it was a winner)! Of note, I am accustomed to restaurants who are good with food allergens, but this one knocks it out of the park! No nuts in any of the sauces, plenty of vegan options and extreme care for any other dietary preference. Might I also add that the ghee is homemade?! Every detail is well thought out, including this one of a kind menu - it takes you out of the comfort zone of typical representations of Indian cuisine and stretches you to creative and flavorful spins on classics, like the Samosa Chaat, whose sauce was light, slightly sweet and full of flavor (but doesn't weigh you down to the point you can't fully enjoy your next dish). The paneer makhani was to die for - prior to this, my kids and I have just one restaurant that qualifies for the "long drive just for the food" trip and now this restaurant joins that very short list. Great news is that both the Velvet Makhani sauce and ghee are shipped anywhere in the US so I could bring this delicious food back to my NJ peeps, to their delight and mine. As a beer girl, I thought nothing move me away from the deliciousness of the Local Widow Maker Blue Comet IPA - but the recommendation for the Rupee Basmati Rice Lager changed my heart and mind on rice lagers forever. Ordered two Cesar steak tip wraps. Subjectively, they were barely filled.. and filled with what…read morelooked more like spring greens than romaine but I could be wrong. Anyway, there was lots of unfilled space in that wrap. I could forgive that. What is not forgivable is that they called the meat inside the wrap STEAK TIPS. It was stew beef or flank steak or something, but definitely NOT steak tips, and to call them that is reprehensible! It was not grilled, it had no steak tip flavor, kind of a mushy gray as far as steak goes. Needless to say, I would not recommend the steak tip wrap.

I waited maybe 10 minutes and it was ready. I got home and the garlic bread was great. The pizza was average. The dough was not cooked through so I had to cook it more which defeated the purpose of me ordering to go pizza. So I knocked 2 stars off for having to cook my own pizza.

I chose ziti and it was a bit underdone for me. I imagine they undercook and then cook a little more when they get orders but this was really underdone. Other than that it was very good. Two big pieces of chicken, parm cheese and the chicken was very tender. The price was $15.95 which is very reasonable. With my appetite, it was plenty for the both of us. Everything is freshly made and owner was very accommodating. They have only been there for a couple of months. Although it is a sub shop type place, there is plenty of seating, bathrooms and plenty of off street parking. Ari, the man himself is ALWAYS in there himself captaining the ship, asking his customers how they're doin --- it's the best chicken parm sub in the area. Family run, ice cream and Italian ices for those hot summer nights. And they make and bottle their own sodas. The lemon lime in this picture knocks Sprite flat on its ass in one punch. And let Grant Hill know I said it!
