This place is not only a wonderful place, but it has Italian food, Spanish food, Mexican food all on a reasonable budget. This place has the most polite friendliest employees the cleanest by far place I've ever encountered. It's a small place with big flavor. And they do appreciate their customers they will coordinate or fix or do as you please you the customer is always right. Ordered a salad and pizza at 7:18pm, after waking up from a grueling third shift. I watched two episodes of South Park, and began to get antsy waiting for my order. 8:18, still no food or update. Called Grubhub for an ETA, they couldn't get ahold of the restaurant. Maybe they're outta business? Anyways, they convince me to wait a little longer. I watched an episode of Wholey Moley. Still, no pizza. 9:18, I call Grubhub back to see an ETA. They can't get thru to them. As Grubhub nicely cancelled my order two hours later, I figured to save myself some money and go to McDonald's. The young lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant- full of smiles and obviously happy to be there. Then I realized they had my FAVORITE kind of roast beef sandwich! Cooks window has a very lengthy menu, everything we got was spot on and tasty. We have order burgers 3 different ways and they are right and good. The bottom bun is soggy if u get it delivered but flip it upside down, and you should to eat a burger, and its fantastic. They are super open to you unique order which I love. I love their alfredo chicken broccoli pizza, I tried chicken alfredo and mushroom DELICIOUS. Great regulation pizza too. Great specials. Super friendly staff. read more

After shopping in the area, I stopped for lunch at Cooks Window Pizza, located next door to Methuen Family Restaurant. I ordered a small Iceland Volcano Calzone ($9, used a coupon to make it $6.99 plus tax), which was baked and ready in about 15 minutes. The Iceland Volcano Calzone was very hot and filled with plenty of big pepperoni slices, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, & bleu cheese crumbles baked into a crispy dough shell, bleu cheese (liquid form) dressing on the side. The calzone tasted pretty good (messy to eat) and filling with an interesting mix of rich cheese flavors and greasy pepperoni. I would order it again! read more

Never again. This place used to be a good place to order a pizza, but the last few times have been terrible! Over the last 4 orders, three have been cold when they arrived, and today the inept delivery person turned the box sideways and all I ended up with was a greasy mess. Looks like another place that's just progressively going down hill. Called to tell them and they offered to remake the pizza, but I don't want to deal with the delivery driver again that can't figure out how to work a call box or understand that pizza should remain upright. Person on the phone was professional, to the point, and on the ball. Food was here in under an hour from the moment I called - the delivery person was very friendly! Pizza itself was very tasty. Crust: Light and fluffy, with barely a single spec of singed flakes on the edge. Cheese: Warm and gooey but not sticky - easy to chew, nice texture. Toppings: One half was pineapple, the other half was green pepper, both fresh, neatly cut and arranged. Sauce: This was the only part that needed a slight bit of work - the sauce OVERALL was awesome, but it was just a bit too oily and caused the cheese to slide off from the top just a bit. Had my delivery driver call me only saying delivery over and over again i said ok and gung up the phone. He immediately calls back saying rhe same thing delivery delivery delivery, i go to my porch there is no delivery anywhere to be seen. I call the restaurant tell them about my interaction with the driver they say ok we will call and see what the problem is. Ten minutes later not a call back, no call from the driver nor did the driver show up. I call back and imformed the driver didnt puck up their call either so i said you know what cancel my order id like my money back i have no idea whats going on with your driver. They say that's fine put me on gold to find a manager i am told they cant find hold on he might be in back and im on hold again only to be told the manager cant be found. They took my phone number but we'll see if i get a callback or not either way ill dispute the charges and call my bank about and see if theres a manager present tomorrow. Im not trying to be rude here but when 20 minutes turn into an hour and the driver can only say delivery while not being at my house thats not good. read more

We have been ordering from here since they opened. owner is great! delivery is great! food is great! though they seemed to have hired a new woman to take the orders over the phone. The orders have been consistently wrong/ half right when she takes them. And when you call to correct the order you are given attitude and argument instead of correcting and sending out the right order. I am sorry to say it's gotten to the point where we have decided to no longer order here. basically just spending/wasting money for food we didn't order. truly a shame. read more

The recent storm resulted in many power outages and everything closeby was closed. I began a search and ran across Cooks Window. What a delightful surprise. The pizza is extraordinary! Decided to give this place a shot a few weeks ago and now I find myself in there every couple days. Haven't really tried much of the menu but the chicken kabob subs are delicious and keep me coming back. They even have sweet potato fries which is awesome imo. Clean open kitchen and friendly staff. My husband and I love this place. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I had weight loss surgery a few years ago and the owner is always happy to accommodate me and make my salads and sandwiches in smaller portions. I must add that the prices are very reasonable.
