Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza's with extra pepperoni the other nite for dinner and they over cooked them. When I called to let Dave know he told me that he liked his pizza that way. When I told him that they were burnt he got defensive with me and told me that he cooked them himself and they were not burnt. I told him that I could have just gone online and given a negative review and instead was just calling to let him know and he called me a A hole and went on to tell me that if I needed the money back that bad he would return the money. Card users beware! we were regular customers (3-4 times a week) and started to notice our orders to be very costly. Example; 2 pizza and a fries cost $53! or 2 salads and a lg sub $58! On our last delivery I gave the driver a cash tip, and notice that my bank card was overcharged $10. I went to Brickhouse the following day and spoke with the manager, he said "sorry lady I have fat fingers and sometimes I hit the wrong button things just happen." I asked to speak with the owner at this point because clearly that's no excuse when you steal money from your customers. Unfortunately the owner wasn't there but I was told to call Dave after 3pm to resolve this matter. I called back later that afternoon to speak with Dave, I explained that I was overcharged for my order He promised to look into the matter and get back to me the following day. here we are a week later and nothing! Brickhouse pizza is our absolute go to for pizza or subs in Dracut. We have tried multiple different places in Dracut, have not been impressed. The service at Brickhouse also deserves an A+! Just on the steak tips alone, I'm rating Brickhouse Dracut 4. It's hard to find good steak tips locally. In my opinion, they beat a lot of the Dracut pizza places and even local favorite restaurants like Owen and Ollie's and Blue Angus. Love the pizza too. BBQ chicken bacon, all bacon, and margherita pizza are some faves. The Big Mac pizza is on my to do list :) Service has been excellent each time I've been in. Ward & I continue our quest to try every takeout place in Dracut we've never tried before with Brickhouse being this weeks new place. Ordered by phone, went in & it was busy but the staff was hustling. AND ALL WERE WEARING MASKS. (Unlike the place we went to last week, see my review below.) Guy on the front counter was super nice, he was really moving the orders out quickly. Give him a raise! PRO - Pizza had a slightly sweet sauce but Ward liked it. Very generous size for a small too. I got a cheese steak which was also "good" but not outstanding. We split the wicked tasty thick battered onion rings. Which actually didn't taste like they just came from a bag. Maybe they did but we both liked them alot. CON - Backing out onto Lakeview wasn't fun in the dark & rain. All the spots on the side were full. SO - They are taking their Covid precautions seriously which I appreciate. We will definitely be back! read more

The salads are HUUUUGE and bursting with all kinds of yummy stuff - not just lettuce. The club sandwiches will make you wish you had a double jointed jaw. ENORMOUS. I'm not a pizza fan - I know, don't hate - but my family said that they liked it. Super friendly employees and a clean kitchen. The challenge is getting out of the parking lot. My advice? Do not go to this place. Twice I ordered sandwiches there on their thick pita bread only to get home and find out they were on regular sub rolls. This time, I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar's salad along with a chef's salad over the phone. When I got there to pick it up, i was told they ran out of grilled chicken. How about calling me back to let me know. This place is very unreliable and inconsistent. There are plenty of other places to go in the Dracut area. I went mainly for the pita bread. Never again. Eh, not sure what all the fuss is about - pizza was very bland, people behind counter seemed angry to be there and no place to park. We ordered a pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. Was ready when we arrived to pick up. Arrived home - still hot but not sure where the toppings were. I think they were rationing the toppings for other pizzas. Luck to get one / "maybe" two pieces of pepperoni per slice and I was amazed that sausage and mushrooms could be cut to such a fine portion to be almost non existent. I must say their hamburger plates are amazing I have had them multiple times. The low score is for a chicken finger plate I got. Everything was overcooked. The chicken was dry, fries super dark brown and the onion rings could only be described as burnt. My work place orders lunch from here all the time and every time I order something, there is a mistake. Clearly someone isn't paying attention to orders. The turkey club is great though but when I specifically ask for no tomato I do not expect to be picking tomatoes out of my sandwich. When I ask for NO PICKLES I do not expect to be eating my pickle soaked fries. When I ask for CAJUN FRIES I do not expect to open my box to regular fries. Best pizza in Dracut. You pay a couple bucks more, but it is the best. Premium toppings, soft crusts you want to eat. Just tried teriyaki cheese steak for the first time last night and I was very impressed. The guys at the desk are always friendly and delivery time is good. Parking can be bad, especially on pizza nights (IE, Friday,) you might not find a spot and getting out can be tricky at a very busy intersection. Wish these guys would expand to a pub/restaurant like their other location in Chelmsford Center. read more
