Not only was the pizza fresh, hot, and delicious, but the delivery driver was prompt and very considerate/friendly. I guess I've gotten so used to Grub Hub drivers dumping my food on the front steps that it was refreshing to have someone actually ring the buzzer and deliver the food to my unit. Just the absolute worst place to get food. This is the definition of not caring about the product you put out. Sub not cut, no cheese and pickles sliced like this on a steak and cheese is wild to me like who doesn't dice the pickles. We erased their number off of our phones. We called ahead and they said 25 minutes so my husband and I took our time when we got there we waited an additional 40-45 minutes. When we placed the order over the phone the man who my husband spoke with repeated the order twice to my husband, so the order should of been correct. We were missing a blue cheese, a marinara sauce for the calzone and then we were left with a beautiful hair at the bottom of the calzone box. This little pizza place is order at the counter and offers decent Greek style pizza, pizza calzones, pasta, salads, syrian subs, seafood (scallops, shrimp, haddock), fried foods, Wise/Herrs bagged chips, and Pepsi drinks in the cooler. Bud Bottles are $2. Pizza slices are $1.50. I stopped here for lunch a while back and ordered some slices of cheese pizza with a bottle of Diet Pepsi. The pizza was still in the oven and needed 10 minutes to be ready. I played some Ms. Pac Man and Galaga while I waited. New Owners; Meeeeh!!! I have been visiting Brother's Pizza on Lakeview since moving to Dracut in 1997. The original owners have sold to new ownership. Much of the menu appears similar, same name and new logo, but the same food quality just isn't there. The service was OK, but I waited 20 minutes longer than stated. The food was OK but just bland and far from the Brother's Pizza that I enjoyed for many years. This happens a lot when new owners buy out a thriving business. Start-Up Pizza restaurants come and go and only the best stick around for 40 years like Brother's Pizza had. I will head over to Brother's Sports Bar and Grill across town which is owned by the original owners son. They didn't include a dipping sauce. The chicken wings, (5) in buffalo sauce and (5) in honey mustard sauce were extremely soggy. We think they were baby drumsticks, but couldn't tell because there was so much batter. The cheese pizza was cold and basically had no flavor. Sometimes the waits can be long- its very high demand and they are swamped usually, which is a good sign for any restaurant, so sometimes it takes a little bit. Have been a customer for many years. Tonight was our last meal from brothers. I tried using a gift card that was given to me from my parents and they refused to accept it without a receipt. The manager stated they haven't used these cards for years and there was no way to know how much was on it without a receipt. I placed my order over the phone at 643pm. It arrived, ice cold at 810pm. I called at 757pm inquiring about where my food was. They told me I should have asked how long the delivery time was. I said I couldn't because the girl hung up on me right after I gave cc number. They informed me that they were about 1.5 hours with all deliveries but my food would be warm when it arrived. IT WAS NOT. They called me at 657pm telling me they had no sub rolls left so I agreed to a wrap. The wrap wasn't closed when I unwrapped the packaging and it and fell apart as soon as we tried eating it. No extra hot sauce on side as requested. The GF pizza - not cut evenly, cold, and the cheese was solidified. When GF pizza gets cold, it becomes hard as a rock. The large pizza was clearly sitting around for a while after cooking. Cold and cheese solidified. Extra crispy french fries - cold, soggy and burnt. Delivery driver got lost! In this day and age with technology and GPS! How the hell?? Terrible, simply terrible service all around. They used to always have my business but NO MORE. And I will tell everyone I know in the Dracut/Lowell area to avoid at all costs. read more

Tried to order delivery from this location last night. Person answering the phone needs better training. Not only did he not know the delivery restrictions (apparently, we live outside of their delivery area in Dracut), he couldn't manage making a simple phone call to notify us that they wouldn't be making our order Supposedly the guy who took our order tried calling Brother's II to transfer our order there, but called my husband's cell phone. That was the one and only phone call we received from them. After waiting for an hour, husband called back only to speak with someone different with an attitude. She apparently called him 'several times', which is an outright lie as I was in the room with the cell phone of the number we left and not once did he receive a call from this place regarding this matter. Overall the food is good and the younger staff is very friendly. Unfortiotnaly I had a bad experience today. I ordered delivery and I had a $5 off coupon I figured I would use it, but when the delivery guy arrived and I gave him the coupon he called it in to ask what to do. The older lady who answered the phone was the same who picked up when I made the order. She flat out lied and said it was already discounted which is impossible since I didn't mention the coupon on the phone. Still gave the kid a good tip (it wasn't his fault). We enjoyed the food at Brother's Pizza. The pizza is Greek-style, with a sauce that has a bit less garlic than some. One of my kids told me that Brother's was their favorite Greek-style pizza. That's a pretty good complement, given how fussy he is. We tried the Hawaiian pizza, a veggie pizza, and the cheese pizza. The ingredients were high quality and loaded the pizza. My youngest tried the Italian sub. It looked really good and was packed with meat and veggies. The menu had the items you'd expect to find at a neighborhood pizza restaurant. They had fries, onion rings, poppers, spicy fries, etc. There was a sign announcing a new "Big Mac" pizza. I don't know what that is, but it sounds interesting.
