I just walk out of bar area after sitting at bar for 4 minutes of waiting for bartender to take my order I ordered a Diet Coke figured she back in a couple of minutes she disappeared I dropped ten dollars on the bar and left it may have been more that 4 minutes there were maybe 10 people in the place that looked like it sat 40 to 50. This was my test run for the bar area. The menu was sub shop pizza place menu I was looking for Greek food. I really want to like the bar area, but I've gone at least 5 times and I think I'm done. Whenever we have gone there, the music is blaring so loud that we can barely hear ourselves talk. We had to repeat our food order because our server couldn't even hear. I get they want to have entertainment, but it shouldn't be that loud before 7 p.m. Again, we had to wait forever to get our drinks and they were only beers. Our food was good, but the server never came around to ask if we needed anything or even if we wanted another drink. She was very quick to drop our tab and kept hovering over us while we were putting our money together. This annoyed us so much that we ended up giving her a 10% tip rather the 20% we typically leave. don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to share this. About a month ago, I ordered a burger and found a hair in both my sandwich and my French fries. When we called to report it, we were only refunded $6 for the burger--not even the full meal--which was disappointing, but I still chose to give the restaurant another chance. This past Thursday, I ordered a southwestern salad. While eating, I bit into something hard and crunchy--it turned out to be a pecan. I have a severe, life-threatening anaphylactic allergy to nuts, and there was no clear warning that this was in the salad. I tried everything I could at home to manage the reaction, but my breathing became so bad that my husband had to call 911. I was taken by ambulance to the ER and wasn't discharged until 1 AM. What made this even harder was that my young grandson was there when it happened. He was terrified, screaming for his Gigi as I was taken out by ambulance. No family should ever have to experience something like that over a meal. To be fair, the restaurant did credit the full cost of the salad. However, when my husband spoke with them afterward, he was told, "I don't know how we can make this right," which was concerning given the seriousness of what happened. This wasn't just a bad dining experience--it was a dangerous one. Between the initial issue, the minimal response to that, and now this serious allergic reaction, I truly hope this restaurant takes food safety, cleanliness, and allergen awareness much more seriously so no one else is put at risk. read more

Have been here a few times now. First few times Steak Bomb was very good and plentiful and the wife gets a ham & cheese, its a typical ham & cheese. Our last visit was not so good. I ordered a steak bomb and the wife tried something different, she got a cheese burger. We waited a very long time for our order to come out. Steak bomb was on the burnt side and very sparse with the peppers, onions and the like also hardly no cheese at all. The wife's cheese burger, in her words was absolutely awful. It was overcooked, very dry, and just bad. It seems that since they added the bar / lounge the restaurant part has declined. OMG! Our first time there And I really really wanted to like it! Sat in the bar side. Place was empty. Decor was pretty. Again I really was like forward to liking this place. Took forever to get two drinks. I ordered steak tips with rice and a salad. Hubby ordered fish. Took 45 min for dinner and kept asking if I could have my salad first. Yup be right out. Nope! Came with dinner. Great!!! Two strikes!!!! And THIRD strike raw steak tips. Cooked on the outside and mooing on the inside. Took way to long to be served. With 2 women and 1 guy behind the bar and serving the floor. The Male bartender wore a baseball hat that he wears down to his eye brows. Needless to say, he's not keeping his head up to see what is going on around the bar or anywhere else for that matter. I watched him make several drinks, along with mine that I had to send back, and he doesn't know how to make a mixed drink, straight up particularly. I'm sending this so he gets some proper training with interacting with good paying customers and making drinks. In the long run this is going to hurt your business. My husband and I love primos for takeout so we were excited to try the new bar. The bar looks nice and has a good vibe but unfortunately I think we'll be sticking to takeout. They have a decent beer selection but not much for liquor. My husband ordered a mixed drink (tequila/soda) and we both watched the bartender, who we believe was the manager, pour less than a shot of tequila into the glass (he poured for 2-3 seconds with a liquor pourer, 1 shot is 4 seconds). The drink cost $11 and it also wasn't a top shelf liquor- you can buy a bottle of it at the liquor store next door for around $35. The appetizer we tried was good but we decided not to stay for dinner after that. So long story short, the bar is nice if you're just a beer drinker. Negative stars not available, so chose one. So I ordered through Grubhub and didn't receive my complete order. I called Primo, was put on hold and then spoke with gentleman, perhaps was the manager. He proceeded to say that I'd ordered through a 3rd party and that the driver likely took the Superfood Spinach wrap from my order. He was belligerent and not in the least apologetic. Instead scolded me from not ordering directly from his website. Very sad, the food seemed decent but will not order again. I can spend 70+ someplace else with accountabilty. I stopped at Primo Pizza for lunch takeout recently. This neighborhood pizzeria serves up Greek style pizza, pasta, calzones, salads, subs, grilled & charbroiled items, seafood, and appetizers. Coupon specials and lunch specials are offered and on Mon-Wed, a large cheese pizza is $7.99. The some of the menu pricing here has some unusual figures including a small cheese pizza ($6.43), gyro dinner ($8.34), Hawaiian pizza ($11.43),fried seafood dinner ($13.33), and others. When the Mass meals tax was 5 percent, the total would come out to a nice rounded number (no pennies used). However, the meals tax is now 6.25 percent and pennies are likely needed. The dining area is small in front of the order counter with a TV and lighted menu board on the wall. The guy who took my order was enjoying a big plate of pasta and sauce in the dining area, which looked very good. I was almost swayed into ordering pasta for lunch. I decided on a Personal Size Cheese Pizza ($2.86) and a Beef Gyros ($5.72). The food was ready in about 10 minutes with the total coming out to $9.12 with tax. I give the guy a $20 bill with 12 cents ($20.12) and he hands me a $10 bill and shuts the register. I stand there and say the change should be $11 and he says you're right, opens the register and gives me a $1 bill. He probably didn't expect me handing over a dime and two pennies to get round change in bills, no biggie. I'm always diligent in counting my change. Anyways, the food was pretty good. The personal cheese pizza had a soft bread crust with tasty sauce and melted cheese. The gyros had 4 grilled pieces of gyros meat, tomatoes, onions, and a tangy yogurt sauce in soft grilled flatbread. Heard good things about this place, so I was excited to check it out. Ordered to go one night recently. PRO - Place was hopping, despite the early hour. People eating outside on a nice patio. People eating inside, a pretty glass case filled with yummy looking homemade desserts as you walk in. The staff was nice & attentive, on the ball. Eh - The Food. Not so bad as a CON, but...I got a Greek Chicken wrap. It was ok. Nothing outstanding, not as tasty as other places in town I've tried. Ward got a pepperoni pizza. Said it was ok, not as good as other places in town. Same as me. Onion rings we split, same. Nothing to write home about. SO - Sad to say, Primo let me down. Tonight we decided to order some food from Primo which is generally pretty good accept tonight in my daughter's grilled chicken greek wrap there was a LARGE chicken bone that she had bitten down on and my wife thought it was a good idea to call them to express her concern about the chicken bone, not looking for anything but to just inform them so that they can be a little more cautious and aware of how they are handling the food. My family and I got take out for dinner and we had a horrible experience. We ordered a meatball sub that had no cheese, all of our subs had stale bread, and my father is very allergic to oregano and we specified that we cannot have oregano on his order, and they loaded it with oregano. My mother called Primos and the manager answered and passed us on to the owner, who just told us that we were wrong because he "Does not have stale bread" and "the cheese is under the meatballs" and he spoke to my mother like she was an idiot. He was so disrespectful to my mother so the phone was passed to my father who demanded a refund. The owner admitted that his employee forgot to put cheese on the sub after about 10 minutes of arguing. The owner argued with us and refused to give us any respect.
