After speaking with the manager, I can say my business is done with them. The food was made incorrectly, and I offered to show them proof clearly listed in the order history. He answered with, I can send me pictures on how his systemprinted the order. Obviously something is not working corectly. I can see if I made the mistake, however that was not what happened. Easiest fix, so simple ! They showed on the receipt (taped to the sub) steak and cheese with no cheese add banana peppers. Please look at the photos to see if this says anywhere at all..... no cheese?!?!?. Was very rude and extremely poor with customer service. After being spoken to in such a way I decided to let them know I'm going to take my business elsewhere moving forward. The managers answer to that was go ahead no problem have a good day and hung up. We have been ordering from them for years 150-250 a month easily if not more. I guess they dont need the business from us no more, than manager made that clearly understood. read more

I ordered lunch from here on a weekday via a catering app. Because of this I can't speak to the ambiance or staff so this review is based on the food only, which was awesome! I ordered a kabob salad with extra chicken. Generous portions and salad came with a pita. Exactly what I want from a Greek salad. Plenty of other options on the menu too! My go to place for delivery! Online order is a breeze and reward program is a plus. You can track your order and most of the time they are fast with delivery. Food is always on point and consistent. Only down side is the location. If you're picking up, definitely keep an eye out cause it's extra sketchy around the way. read more

I have gotten food from this place so many times. The service has gone so far down . I received a delivery tonight without the drinks . The driver said he forgot them and would be right back. Then he went and did other deliveries instead. I finally got my drinks 2 hours later. Manager on the phone did nothing to resolve the issue. My food was inedible by the time I got drinks. I strongly suggest you don't waste your hard earned money on these people that don't care about the customers at all. read more

Long time customer here!!! Except for after tonight I will never ever ever order from this establishment again!!!! I've been ordering here for years, but over the last year or so they've considerably gone downhill with service and quality of food. I ordered from my job because I do get hungry at work and like to eat.. well I was delivered a pizza that sat on someone's seat tipped over and all the cheese had slid to one side so when I called to report it and let them know that the pizza is pretty much inedible I was put on the phone with three different people. I was screamed at I was called a dirty, dumb homeless bitch I was told that I didn't give enough money when my order came to $15.74 and I paid with a $20 bill and did not ask for a change back. Tonight is the last straw instead of just remedying the situation you had to get on the phone and tell me I didn't give you enough money and then call me derogatory names. That's not even the worst of it. This grown man that I'm gonna have to assume is the manager or the owner called me a CUNT as well!!! Sorry for graphic language but the truth should be put out there about this establishment after I was treated the way I was tonight. This place stays late inlime most places in Massachusetts! The food was also very good. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were my favorite but also the chicken teriyaki calzone was my siblings favorite! It was so good we came back before we left back to town! I really think this place has excellent subs and fried food, it's my go to takeout place in Lowell. Steak and cheese is done really well, chicken fingers are really good, pizza rolls and Buffalo chicken rangoons are super yummy.
