I ordered 2 pizzas and a fisherman's platter. The pizza was meh! The fishermans platter was def not worth it. It was a bit soggy and wasnt as good as I expected. There were just a few scallops and tons of lil shrimp which they substituted for me so in grateful for that. The staff was kind tho. Definitely worth putting into your list of pizza carry out places if you live locally. I usually judge a pizza place by the quality of their cheese pizza first before moving on to their specialty pizzas in a future visit, and these guys passed for sure. I picked up 3 pizzas with various toppings for a birthday party at my house. Everyone commented on how good the pizza was and asked where it came from. They especially loved the hamburg pizza. Pizza is always cooked perfectly, good portions on sides ect & the guy behind the counter (who I swear must never take a day off because he is ALWAYS there lol) is so incredibly friendly every single time we pick up our food! As a kid this was the only pizza shop we could walk to from home. So when we had some money or wanted to treat ourselves we would go here for lunch. Steak and cheese, pepperoni pizza were always my favorite! When I grew up I moved to nh . In the last couple years my son has had hockey games at the forum do we have made a tradition of going there after for a slice. My son has also got me into chicken wings which are also terrific there. If ur in the area I highly recommend u try it. You like buffalo chick.. anything? You're missing out if you haven't had it from Pizza Place. To be honest, nothing from here is bad, everything is always hot and fresh and seems to be made with care.. I feel like I too frequently go out only to have my order "thrown" together.. I consider this place a staple for lunch time.. plus I can't think of too many pizza places I can go to and grab lunch and a BEER. That's a win in my book. Quite Frankly, What people will accept as good pizza in Chelmsford is ridiculous. We Finally found the pizza place. All of the Pizza is very good. The Crust is crispy on the outside with some chewiness on the inside, the sauce tastes like tomatoes, not sugar. Every time I try a new specialty pizza, I am impressed. Definitely Try the Buffalo Pizza and the Chicken Broccoli. It isn't anything fancy, but everyone is very nice and the food is great, the location is easy to get to, parking is easy, prices are reasonable, and they are quick. read more

I moved to Chelmsford 20 years ago and have been looking for a good sub shop pizza in the area ever since. Finally, I found one and this is it. The crust is hand-made and it shows. The sauce is not sweet. The service is friendly and timely. The toppings are fresh. They serve good beer in addition to Bud. (Magic Hat, Sam Adams and couple others). Is it the very best pizza I've ever had? No, but for take-out pizza, it's the best I've found in the Merrimack Valley. read more

I come here once in a while. Whenever I come here, I am always satisfied. I brought my wife and daughter here few times, and they also seem to like this place. Great service and good food. They also have specialty pizzas that are really good. Another thing that always pleases me in this place is consistency. Whenever I go there, they always have consistently good taste. In some other places, they could have amazing food one day and "what the h*** is that?" taste in some other days. I don't see that here, and that is BIG plus for me. read more

Great pizza, especially if you like "white-sauce" pizzas. Their homemade recipe is amazing! It's good on Everything. Been going here since middle school, so I've pretty much tried everything. We called and the owner answered! We were soo grateful to hear such a friendly kind voice at the other end.. you see we needed to send some pizza over to my nana at an assisted living place and despite the pandemic we had going on. The owner personally handled everything ! He told me that he was just getting use to delivering more so to keep his workers employed and to help the customers that couldn't get out and get good food! I placed an order and he said I can understand the nervousness these days. And let me know he dropped the delivery off ! My nana called to let me know how delicious and fresh the pizza was! Went here two days in a row. It was close to my pool club. Now it is the place worth the drive cross town. The first time I played it safe and had a large italian sub. It was nothing short of awesome. In talking to the owner Steve, I noticed he had a linguisa calzone and wondered if he could make a linguisa bomb. He said sure. So today I went back and had the bomb.. It was the best i ever had outside of the Portuguese community i grew up in. Bravo. This local pizza/sub shop is everything you expect it to be, but better. They have all the classics and are more than willing to make any adjustments to suit your taste. Their creamy dressing is to die for and goes well on just about everything. They make the pizza dough and sauce from scratch (which is surprisingly rare these days), and you can taste the difference. They seem to really enjoy what they do and that keeps me coming back for more. My wife and I stopped in on a Friday night. We wanted to go someplace casual for pizza, that served beer. We were very impressed with their pizza. It's a TRUE thin crust, New York Italian style. The best I've had in the area. My wife is originally from NY and said it's the closest NY style she'd tried up here. Their beer selection was great. I had a Sierra Nevada and my wife had a Guinness. They also have a large dinning room. They do not do delivery at this time but hopefully soon. This is definitely our new go to place. read more

Decided to try this place out based on previous reviews and must say thoroughly impressed!! The Buffalo chicken pizza is probably one of if not my favorite pizza's anywhere. Fresh chicken and ingredients stand out in stark contrast to most other pizza places. Mozzarella sticks were good, but the best part was the color of them. A clear indication that they use fresh oil. Owner was friendly and even opened the lid of the pizza and presented to us! Clearly a sense of pride in the product which I appreciated. Their fundamentals; the red sauce, and the meatballs are consistently outstanding; I've been getting lunch here for years, always great. They do have a liquor license, which is somewhat unusual for a pizza/sub shop. They do have a large dining room with at least a dozen tables, and it's well separated from the front counter and kitchen area, a good thing. read more
