I ordered a pastrami sub. The pastrami was chopped in squares and hard as a rock. I called and started to complain and they hung up. Last time Ill go there. read more

I ordered a chicken gyro and received what was basically a grilled chicken breast sub in a pita wrap. They seem unacquainted with actual gyro meat. The sandwich was delicious, so no complaints there. I'm just confused as to why they would present it as a gyro. Have ordered other takeout from them - always great. read more

This place is great! Great pizza my kids love it. Really good prices and super nice owners

This place is just horrible. Nice people, food just sucks! We ordered a steak and cheese, teriyaki chicken subs, one bag of chips, 2 drinks, the total was 33 dollars! So now,, I'm expecting for that price, the subs were going to be full of meat, and great tasting. Well I got neither. No flavor what so ever, and hardly any meat at all. The only reason I didn't ask for my money back, was because the people running the place was a very nice elderly couple. But I will definitely never be back! You've been warned! read more

Brothers Pizza - Steak & Cheese, Teriyaki Chicken subs - Pizza Near Me - Chelmsford, Massachusetts

I had a $50 gift certificate that I got as a gift. The gift certificate was about 1 year old. They would NOT accept the certificate because they are new owners and will not accept because that was from the previous owner of Brothers Pizza. Same store name, same store location, same store phone number, etc. I will never do business with Brothers Pizza in Chelmsford, Ma again! read more

Our go to pizza place in Chelmsford- we usually get either a large, plain cheese (9.75 before tax) or pepperoni pizza. We live close to the town center and have tried most of the pizza places close by. Brothers is the best balance between taste and price! read more

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It took someone forever to come to the counter. I ordered fish and chips and after waiting for forever, they gave me a calzone. So I had to wait for them to remake me order. Then after all of that, they charged me for condiments!!!! Smh When I go to eat my food, the fries were cold and the fish didn't seem cooked at all. On my list of worse food experiences!! Don't eat there! read more

Very average pizza, which deserves a solid 2 stars! But it is cheap! That is worth an extra star and that is where I would have left it (3 stars). But then... the game at the register began! I showed the gentleman behind the counter Lyons Card, he took it, looked it over and said "OK". Then, proceeded to charge me the normal price (hoping I didn't notice it). So I pointed it out that with discount it should be less. He: "What did the card say?" "$17 for two large cheese pizzas", He: "what did you get?" "One cheese and one pepperoni" He: "pepperoni is extra" "Sure, but not $5 extra, you charged me regular price" He: "you had to tell me that you have card when you order, it is a different transaction!" Mind you, this was an old, analog register and he rang up the order AFTER I showed him the card! So he tried three things: 1. Said OK to discount and hoped it didn't notice that I didn't get it. 2. Said that extra money was for pepperoni 3. Finally, he said that you have to present discount when ordering on the phone. Had he started with #3, I would have been fine (not happy about it, but fine), it is the fact that he tried two other tactics that cost him two stars and motivated me write this review. In lived in town for 22 years and we eat pizza about once a week, this was my first visit to this pizzeria, I went because of Lyons Card. And I will not be coming back. read more

Weak. Are you guys running out of steak? 15$ for a steak and cheese calzone? I'll post a pic and you be a judge. There are way more better places in the area to eat. No clue how anyone gave them 5 stars, must have been family ratings. Not happy read more

The Buffalo or steak & cheese calzone is to die for! Delicious! Very friendly staff to boot

I tried this place after reading the last review. We ordered a large pizza and a steak and cheese with veggies. Now since those are two of my favorite foods, I usually love most that I try. But the pizza really didn't have much flavor at all. I had to dip it in a lot of Ranch. And the cheese steak was pretty blah as well. Luckily there are a lot of pizza places I haven't tried yet in town since I won't be going back here. read more

The only thing place has is chicken fingers. Everything else so far (steak and cheese, cold subs and pizza) has not been that good. The one big plus, they will make anything you ask. read more

Love hate relationship with this place. Don't really like their pizza cuz they use a sweeter sauce and that's just not my thing. The calzones are AMAZING. Probably gotten 100+ calzones here and everyone is consistently awesome. Wraps are fast food qualities. Sandwiches are very good. Is hit or miss but the average thing is really good! Staff is very professional. Very forward about not wasting any time (which I appreciate!). Will be the fastest call in order of your life guaranteed. read more

Great place to order food from. I was visiting my family in Chelmsford and my cousin told me about this place and how their food is so good. I thought that I would go there once or twice but it ended up by ordering from this place a lot. The food is so good, many of choices, and great customer service. I would definitely go there when I visit my family next year. read more

I have been going here for years and it's the only pizza place that I will go to in town. The service is always incredible and the food is always consistent. I have never had a disappointing pizza. The price is great and the pizza is phenomenal. Their calzones are also amazing! I would highly recommend this pizza place and would definitely recommend the buffalo chicken calzone! read more

Excellent food! Great pizza, subs, salads, calzones, and sandwiches! Excellent service and very friendly to everyone who walks through their doors! We have been going to them for over a decade and have never had a bad experience and the food has always been great! Would definitely recommend! read more

This is our favorite local pizza place. I can't count the number of times we have gotten take out here. Like some of the other places in the area, they don't take credit cards. Their pizza is some of the best that I have had in the area (How did the Greeks take over pizza in MA???). They offer a "diet" pizza, which is pizza on a pita like bread that is pretty tasty and can satiate the urge for pizza while cutting out some calories. They also have a buffalo chicken sandwich that is spicy, but very very good. read more

We are not sweet sauce fans, and Brothers is one of the few places that does not do overly sweet tomato sauce on the pizzas, subs, etc. It is Greek style, and the crust is typical of the style but not too bready. The crust edges are yummy. There's sufficient toppings to go along with the cheese. The calzones are tasty, too. The Greek salad is decent (but eat the pita bread quickly, it gets hard if you let it linger). Brothers is our favorite local pizza shop in Chelmsford. We usually have it delivered, and it's always good and warm (we're 3mi away). The folks behind the counter are always friendly. Delivery times are typically 30 minutes or so (rarely much longer than indicated over the phone). read more

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews but I am very unhappy with the quality of food I received. The pizza was so horrible that I had to throw away the pizza... Crust was stale and crumbling... Anchovies were frightening and not to mention there was some type of bone or sharp object in the pizza. Do anchovies even have bones? The mozzarella sticks tasted like store bought freezer brand that I could've easily grabbed at the supermarket. They had no flavor and came with a marinara sauce the size of a packet of ketchup. I will never order from here again. I honestly didn't think it was possible to get such a horrific pizza. read more

This is my second visit to Brothers Gourmet Pizzeria for an impromptu lunch as I had other business in the area. The place is clean and simply decorated with three tasteful prints framed on a main wall by Ansel Adams. During both visits, I was surprised by the quiet and was the only customer for about 20 minutes. A few of people came in after that, grabbing takeout orders and received fast and efficient service (I'm guessing they were "regulars"). The place has an endearing "commitment to the community" vibe to it. At the entrance there is a rack of complimentary local magazines on parenting and lifestyle in the area, containers for donations for the International Union of Police Associations, a walk to end Alzheimer's, a box of Reese's, Oreos, watermelon candy, chocolate covered raisins one could buy for $2 as a benefit to the National Brain Tumor Society. Besides the regular trash cans, there are receptacles for both plastic and can recycling (for your soda, juice, water, ice tea bottles). There is a blackboard listing lunch specials. There is a comprehensive take-out menu; gift certificates, catering and hot party platters. "Free Delivery All Day", only in Chelmsford, though. At the counter is a notice to please inform them if you have a food allergy. It is air conditioned and there is a TV they kindly turned up for me to catch CNN news that was on (I'm hard of hearing). The first time I visited, this past summer, I had a steak and cheese sub, and it was good; they have yummy baklava for desert (but no milk). Today I had the spinach pie for $4.50, and I was impressed that my slice took up most of my paper plate. It was delicious and served to me promptly at my table soon after I placed my order. I had a Powerade and baklava again and the total came to just over $10, they accepted my debit card, I thought the prices were reasonable. The woman at the counter was friendly and efficient, there was one man in the back, open, orderly appearing kitchen. It doesn't appear there are public restrooms, but I didn't ask (it's a relatively small place (8 tables for 2 and 5 booths). It's in quite convenient location of a strip mall, and there is more than ample parking. Menu offerings include specialty pizzas, calzones, egg subs, cold subs, club sandwiches, rolls, hot subs, wraps, panini, fried or baked seafood, pasta, dinners served with choice of 2 sides and a kid's menu. I would recommend coming here and I would visit again. I wish they had milk, restrooms and a clock on the wall (the only reason I gave less than 5 stars). read more

As with so many of us, pizza is our 'go to' food. We've found a pizza place that we've been hitting up for awhile....good neighborhood joint. Now, we've tried Brother's, I think we have a new pizza joint. The crust is chewy with burned bits. Veggies, extra cheese, is nicely apportioned. It is closer to where we live, too. Thank goodness for places like this! read more

Delivered on time, everyone loved the pizza in the party. It was hot and fresh. The crust was good.

This pizza place is pretty good! The only thing I wasn't impressed with was their calzone, which I was surprised about because I really like their pizza. Calzone is just pizza with a top crust, right? Anyway, the service is always good, the people there are friendly, and they have one hell of a pineapple and bacon pizza if you're into that sort of thing. They'll make you whatever you ask for too. Any food combo they don't offer on their menu you can ask for and they'll do it. Try their Athenian pizza. It's delicious! read more

I'm conflicted. Got a sub from here, which had some of the best bread I've tasted in this state, almost like what I used to get back in PA and Jersey, but not quite. However...I asked for oil and vinegar, no cheese. Got cheese. No O/V. Glad I checked, being lactose intolerant. I might try them again, maybe I caught them at a bad time. The sandwich was pretty good, otherwise. I'll update if I ever get back over there. read more

As an out of towner on business figured you can't go wrong at a pizza joint right? Ugh. The "chicken" parm was a frozen party smothered in canned sauce and cheese. It was mush on a roll. I would have been better off at a dominos. read more

Ordered a salad, the sign said $5.50, the person behind the counter told me it was $6.43, I said your sign right here says $5.50, he said with a thick accent, that old price, i need to change sign. Isn't this illegal? Make up prices as you go along? Great customer service, he should have honored his price and keep customers. Then he didn't give me my change back, I had to ask for that. Many other pizza places to choose from, who know how to treat a customer. Beware. read more

This place is by far the best we've had in their category - subshop/pizza/chicken hole in the wall. The food is pretty good quality overall, and we especially like their calzones, which are made differently from every other place we've tried - generous with cheese and fillings on top of the dough. And they're pretty quick, too. Our top choice in the area. read more

I've been a customer here for years and I love their pizza. But the last two times the delivery guy made me feel really uncomfortable. The last straw was him hitting on me and then asking me if I had a room to rent to him. Completely inappropriate and creeped me out. I'm not sure if my love for their pizza will overcome this creep delivering it. read more

I haven't been here in a few years but went today as I was in the area and super hungry. Pizza is ok at best. Lady behind the counter said there's a min charge on a debit card of $7. and was pretty rude.REALLY?!?!?! None of the other pizza joints in the area have that rule. She let my $6 order slide but then started speaking in another language to the people in back. I'm not impressed. Don't think I'll return or recommend it. read more
