Tonight my family and I decided to try the South Shore Bar Style pizza.... OMG.... It is sooo delicious! It is a must try! Thank you for bringing this style to the North Shore, it did not disappoint. And the service there is always top notch.

Got a large NY Style pizza well done. DoorDash delivered and it was still hot. Crust was crispy, nice crunch the bottom was cooked nicely, the sauce was good and most importantly the cheese was cooked evenly! One of the better pizza places in the Valley! Will order again for sure! 7.2/10

fried onion rings and a paper bag

I like to try every restaurant once, in this case it will likely be my only visit. The turkey sandwich was tasty, but the entire meal was $4 over the posted prices on the overhead menu. They said it needed to be updated. It was $19.80 for a turkey sandwich, onion rings and a drink. That's more than a sandwich at a five star steakhouse. The crime: double dipping the onion rings in the fryer to heat up a previously cooked product. The oil soaked through the cardboard container and bag, were dark and soggy with grease oozing out. To make matters worse, they had raw batter underneath the double fried exterior. There is no way to serve onion rings any worse than this place. No quality, poor service, over priced and not worth it!

If you're looking at this review, you're probably familiar with Tree House's beer; for those who…read morearen't, the TLDR version is it's some of the best in New England with an emphasis on their flagship juicy / hazy NEIPA's. They're always experimenting, and I've also been thoroughly impressed with their stouts, sours, and pilsners. 5 stars on the beer alone. For those who know the brews but haven't been to the Tewksbury location: come! Enjoy! The Clubhouse taproom is spacious, lively, welcoming, and run like a well oiled machine. Show your ID, get a bracelet, and the staff will pour whatever, and it'll be sublime. Drink it to wash down one of their tasty house-made pizzas; honestly, the pizza kitchen is far better than most local "house of pizza" places, and could probably survive as a business on its own. Give your order and you'll get a text when it's ready. Then enjoy the pie, which features a crisp, well seasoned crust with a nice chew. I had pepperoni with hot honey and a side of ranch dipping sauce; never thought I'd gush about ranch sauce, but damn, it's seriously good. Wrap up your visit with a to-go order of cans from their lengthy beer menu. No, it ain't cheap. Yes, it's worth the price. All in all a great chilling with beer and pizza experience, and a welcome addition to the northern burbs.

We've visited several TreeHouse locations over the years: Charlton, Saratoga, Deerfield, Sandwich,…read moreand now Tewksbury. We were in the area running errands and decided to make an afternoon of it. The beer, as always, speaks for itself and is the reason people make the trip. We also knew better than to take our chances with the pizza/possible wait - even on a Monday afternoon - so we picked up sandwiches from a local deli first. I'm glad TreeHouse allows outside food because that worked out perfectly. What prompted me to write this review, though, was the cleanliness of the Tewksbury location. Unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. I'll agree with other reviewers that the place is full of unsupervised kids. The result is that there were large smears all over the windows in at least two locations - noticeable enough that I was surprised they didnt catch the attention of the staff and hadn't been cleaned as they happened. The bigger issue was the restrooms. The two bathrooms off the main beer hall have a very strong urine odor, the kind that suggests they haven't been thoroughly cleaned or sanitized in quite some time. It was so unpleasant that I opened each door, turned around, and decided to find another restroom upstairs instead. Unfortunately, that wasn't much better. The upstairs restroom door was difficult to lock and wouldn't stay latched, which made for a pretty awkward experience. TreeHouse has built an incredible reputation for its beer, and we've enjoyed every location we've visited (some are definitely better than others). A brewery that attracts this many visitors should be paying closer attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of its public spaces. And yes, the mini sign in the lobby that suggests that kids need to stay with their parents is worthless. Please parents, remember this is NOT a pizza place that serves beer. It's a beer hall with a pizza oven.

My husband and I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and a grilled chicken pesto panini. The panini had a huge piece of cartilage that was so gross I couldn't even eat the sandwich, had to throw it away. Then my husband had a huge piece of chicken bone fall out of his wrap after a few bites, never seen anything like it! Not only could he had swallowed it and choked , but when I called to let the restaurant know, they did not even apologize. Their response was "you're not going to eat the rest of the wrap because of a bone". After I had asked for my money back the owner responded with "we will void your card out but never call here again". Terrible way to speak to customers and do business! Just wanted to share this & let people know in advance before ordering.

I've gotten pizza from here twice and both times the crust was overdone, even burnt in some spots. I ordered via the Toast app and there is the option to ask for a lighter bake which I wish I had done. Both times I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and mushroom with garlic bread crust which was about $30 after tax and tip. The pizza is large but still on the pricey side. The garlic bread crust seemed like it was just garlic powder seasoning so it doesn't add much flavor. However I appreciate that they are generous with the toppings and aside from the crust, everything else was good. The location is a pain to get in and out of because the parking lot is small and it's located on a busy spot on 114 next to Stop and Shop.

So I had a second lunch (two slices from a whole pie that I'll finish another day). -- Pepperoni Pizza: I've come to expect high-quality and that's what I got. Lightly charred crust with a fairly firm base, neither done to an extreme. Unexpected was a bit of sourness to the cheese, which was actually a plus, adding complexity. Robust tomato sauce is there in greater supply than most, and I like that. Pepperoni isn't as thick as Tree House, but it's noticeably thicker than most, and much more flavorful. If there's a weakness to this pizza, it's that the crust is more of a vessel (though a well-cooked one) than flavor provider, but it delivers structure. There's more than enough flavor everywhere else. -- Chocolate Chip Cookie: I always covet them but today I took the plunge. I expected good, but not necessarily great beyond pizza cookie standards. It's fairly thin, very bendy, and very moist, with so much chocolate that I feared it would detract from the dough. Not the case: despite a slight resemblance to supermarket bakery cookies, this dough emphasized butter, not sugar. And a fabulous butter at that (probably brown butter), bringing a darker flavor with nutty hints of caramel. Salt crystals on top are cliché nowadays, but restraint ensured they'd enhance, not distract. The flavor got better with every bite. Excellent cookie that would put many full fledged bakeries to shame. Back to the pizza: If you're not into the tomato, the char, or the lack of seating (2 booths), this place might not be for you. But I'm all for the first two and don't mind gambling on seating, because tailgating is always a worthy last resort for pizza this good.
