However, on this particular day, it took about an hour and a half to get a small cauliflower crust pizza. We were told multiple times that our order was next, but we saw multiple other pizzas go out to other tables around us who got there after us. It still took about 45 minutes from the time it was supposed to have been remade to the time it actually came out. I was told multiple excuses, but I've worked in the industry, and this was exceptionally unfortunate. The manager never came over to us, but the bartender was quite apologetic. It was also his first day on the job. It seems that there are some managerial issues at this restaurant, and the other one closed recently. I do hope they work out the kinks because the food was really good, but I don't think I will ever go back.

Then the manager calls and tried to get us to accept the delivery. After all this??? NUH UH. NO SUH. So we tell the manager we want the card refunded and she hangs up on us. She hung up on us for something that was ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT‼ While this restaurant was under original ownership, this would never have happened. With the inept new owners and seemingly their crew, I can't imagine this establishment surviving very long. We will never shadow their doorstep again.
