This place used to be so great. I have been ordering from here since early 2022. Never once had an issue. Friendly staff and great food. All that has changed drastically. There is a new owner, manager, and new staff. To say some of them are rude is an understatement!! The owner called me RACIST and was yelling at me on the phone. He continues to say to me and one of my close friends (in store and over the phone) that my charge is pending, I need to pay him. I paid for the food. I checked my bank account. I would never not pay. The night that I ordered the food, the manager or someone else called me 4 times. It was very uncomfortable for me. The food has changed completely, not in a good way at all! It's gross. I'm done with this place. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone even if it was FREE!! They let go many of the staff that used to work there including a wonderful woman who worked every weekend. She was so GREAT!! The manager and owner are NOT good people. Always been a calzone guy and order from different places, ordered a steak and cheese from here and it was phenomenal, most places make em super greasy and you feel gross after. This one's the best looking I've had. Will order more often from here. read more

Pizza is very good and I get it all the time. I would recommend getting the two pizza deal. I haven't tried much else but the wraps are also pretty good. Once in a while they will mess up an order but other than that the service is good! The atmosphere is good. Pretty good. read more

During a walk with mum, we decided to stop by Mill City. The staff and other customers are very friendly and social. I wasn't really interested in pizza, so opted for bbq chicken wings instead. The chicken wings appear to have barbeque sauce poured all over the chicken after they were cooked. You can already smell the blood pressure rising lol. Luckily, the chicken wasn't smothered evenly, so I spread the sauce sparingly. read more

We usually just order pizza from here, but tonight we wanted something different. Got two steak and cheese subs, a steak tip salad, a cheese stick kids meal, buffalo wings with fries and a gyro. Food came quickly and was nice and hot. Now I've had many gyros. This gyro was AMAZING! This will now be my go to when I order from here. The subs were also packed with so much meat. My son hates steak and cheese and he almost finished a large sub. The portions are also very large. We have so much food left over. Thank god it's Friday. We'll have the rest of the food as our midnight snack. Oh the delivery guy was also extremely friendly. Totally recommend this place. read more

I get food from here pretty often. Great price, great/fast service, great food! (Okay, the wings were a little burnt in the picture, I get wings there often but I forgot to take pic lol). My favorite thing to get from there would be the steak tip Caesar salad. Make sure to let them know how you want your steak, if not, you'll get them well done. I ordered food off of Uber eats but they had a driver from Mill City deliver it because they have their own delivery system. Food was ordered at 10:15 and predicted arrival was okay 10:45-11:15. This seemed like a long time for mozzarella sticks but maybe they were busy close to midnight on a Monday. By 11:15 the food was not here so I call mill city and they said it would be about 10 minutes. I live less than a mile from the store so to me this almost screams "we haven't even fried your food yet". It got there before 11:30 and the mozzarella sticks and garlic bread we ordered was cold, soggy, and inedible. We each had a few bites and threw away the $15 worth of food. I tried to file a complaint but they said no refund could be given. Not only was the wait over an hour for food that should take 20min, but when it came the food was disgusting and had to be wasted. I'd prefer the pizza more well done, but you get lots of toppings for your money - at least with the grilled bbq and Buffalo chicken. It's perfect if you throw it in the oven for a few more minutes to crisp it up a bit. But if you like a floppier pizza, you'll love it! read more

The pizza was fine but the delivery was awful. I teach on campus and was outside in front of my building waiting and watching the app for the delivery driver for 20 minutes. The order was late and then the app informed me that the driver had delivered the pizza! A student from my class decided to check the back of the building while I called the GrubHub line. The driver had left 4 pizzas and a 2 liter soda on the floor in the basement of the back entrance to the building! He just left them there! No one called me. I just got lucky that my student found the pizza in time for class and I regretted pre-paying for the tip. Stop outsourcing delivery to Uber and GrubHub! read more

I left a Review on here about 2 years ago (a good review).......However, I don't know WHAT is going on with this place, but the last couple times I ordered (through Uber), the food was an hour late, and (regardless of the Uber being late), the food was TOTALLY TERRIBLE. I ordered a kid's Chicken Fingers, (as well as a few other items which were all COLD by the time they arrived, and got one of our friends SICK......As far as the chicken fingers, Kids Menu, there were barely even two tiny fingers in this. ALL fries. And, of course COLD and terrible. There is a MASSIVE lack of communication with the drivers, as well as the guy who can barely speak English answering the phone. The guy who DOES speak English, accused my co-workers and I of being drunk, etc. We had ordered from MANY different restaurants during the course of this hour, and Mill City were just incredibly disrespectful, and fell soo much shorter of the quality that they once had. Such a shame. I will never order from them again. Terrible food, and horrid Customer Service. read more

I hate to have to do this but they have good food but every time we order from them even when it wasn't during covid I always end up waiting an hour and a 1/2 for my food if not longer. I spoke with the manager and all he had to say to me was We're running behind and hes sorry . One of my favorites in Lowell. It is always super clean and although small, it is never crowded when I go. It's great if you're looking to sit down and grab a quick lunch. The large pizzas are more like an extra large if you are looking to get more for your money! Friendly staff as always. I will keep coming back. read more

Absolutely is the worst pizza place , we've waited an hour and a half -- and when It did get here (after numerous phone calls- and being told it was coming -- 15 minutes later -nothing- so I have to keep calling them) and when It did arrive the french fries were so cold that they were sticking together and the hotdogs we ordered the buns were wet -hot dogs were shriveled up( I guess what do you expect after almost 2 hours wait ) and get this they're only eight minutes away from where I live !! - So as we open the bag a little cockroach came crawling out of the bag- UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!! we threw everything out!!! and on top of that we had to wait an hour and a half unbelievable!!! Placed an online order for Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and a kids nuggets and fries. An hour goes by and I get the delivery, barely warm, but understandable because it's snowing outside. Then I go to eat the food... my kids stuff is almost cold and she's 4 so she doesn't care, but my chicken broccoli Alfredo was missing the extra sauce I asked for, because last time is was dry and gross. I even tried mixi the pasta around, hoping it was in the bottom... no call to complain and I'm told "I did extra, it's under the chicken and the pasta." .... weird lie, but okay. These guys are amazing not only do they give the best prices but they keep you coming back with the rewards! Called for a delivery today on a 30" sub asked if it could be half-and-half. The owner got right on the phone and said, absolutely not a problem and he nailed it as always with the customer service! What a total disappointment. This was our favorite delivery at least once a week at our flowershop. New owners have taken over in the past few months and it's nothing what it use to be. We would order and had a really nice woman take our order, our food was always fantastic and the delivery drivers were top notch. Now it's just not the same. The food has gone way downhill, no more nice person to talk to when ordering and I really miss the fun delivery drivers. Time to seek out a new lunch delivery option. This used to be one of the places I would crave, but now it leaves me to wonder "what happened to them???" I ordered a small cheese, a chicken salad pita, and an order of fries. The small cheese was the size of a personal pizza, fine, whatever. The fries were overdone, sure, okay. The chicken salad, wow, it should be called a mayonnaise sandwich with chicken flavor. This sandwich used to be chunks of chicken with celery pieces mixed with mayo, but not anymore. The only positive about the sandwich was the fantastic pita bread. I ended up scraping the chicken flavored mayo off so I could eat the bread. I guess Mill City is off of my go-to list now. What a let down. read more

Conrad's is a bit off the beaten path and a bit of a hole in the wall, but it is WORTH IT. Prices are reasonable and the food is great. The sub rolls are baked fresh each day. That alone would make it worth it, but the rest of the menu is great too. The serve fresh meat pie, lasagna, spinach pie, etc. The pizza is fantastic. The deliver and have coupons on their site.
