If someone were to ask me what's the difference between this location versus another, it would solely come down to what else is near it. But the one thing the Amherst street location lacks...is a worthwhile place to grab a quick order of fries from. Meanwhile, the Merrimack location is but a hop, skip, and a jump away from completing what I like to call "short order perfection personified." I mean, if I could change one thing about JM's as a franchise, it's that they'd serve fries in addition to chips. But....to each their own, right? Other than that, it's still got all the greatness one can expect from a standard JM's. The Chicken Philly I ordered was cooked to perfection (of course). And I dunno what it is. But it seems like Merrimack restaurants in general hold themselves to a higher standard. So, I would expect nothing less. This may be the place I go to if I'm in the mood for fries with my sammich. A crucial feature for us locals who prefer using the back routes to circumvent the vexing backlog of rush hour traffic which continues to plague the vast majority of society to this day.
