She confirmed they had only enough medication for a partial fill but could get the remainder 1-2 days later (my local Wags only gives broad, vague estimates). When I picked up the RX, I saw only 2 women working the pharmacy, both busy, but another friendly, efficienct transaction. Next day I picked up the remainer, yet another positive experience. Went inside the store this time and noticed the it was clean, shelves were neatly stocked and in-store employees were friendly as well. 3/3 A+ Wish my local Wags was like this one.

Have had this issue a few times so starting to consider changing my grandmothers pharmacy…read more My elderly grandmother has a CVS account to which she has her card linked to to make it easier for family members to pick up her prescriptions, since she no longer drives and can't do it herself. A few times now I have dealt with the same young woman who tries to tell me she has no card on file. This happened with this girl a few months ago and again today, when she actually argued back with me. I stated how I have never had this issue with anyone else working the drive thru pick up. Anytime anyone else is working the drive thru they immediately ask me if I want to use the card on file. I showed her how it's linked on the CVS app and she kept trying to tell me no. Either this girl doesn't want to do her job or she does no not know how to use CVS's online system. Please train her this girl on how to do this properly because it is becoming aggravating to have to deal with this. Like I said have NEVER had this issue with any other technician or employee working the window. Also to add, I got an auto phone call that my dad needs his RX refilled. Not sure the name of the med but also tried to ask to refill it and gave his name, dob, and the voicemail had stated "rx starting in EFC" and she couldn't figure that out. Please just have someone working this window either with assisted help if they don't know what they're doing, or teach them how to do it. The fact that she was arguing back with me was so rude. As convenient as CVS is to me, if this continues on I am going to have to change pharmacy's.

I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!

There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

Now I came back and they said their system doesn't notify them when to fill prescriptions (ridiculous) and that they had waited so long that the prescription had expired so now they can't fill it. That aside, the "Lead Tech" was unbelievably rude, constantly cutting me off and talking over me. Even when I called him out for being extremely rude and unprofessional, he immediately interrupted me several more times. He also never gave me my credit card back so now I have to drive back to get it. This guy needs some day-1 customer service training and some training around manners.

These people are extremely rude, hang up the phone on you mid call, and never fill prescriptions on time. PRESCRIPTIONS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, or, they need to redirect you to somewhere in stock! This CVS *never* does it right. I wish I could give zero stars.
