This is your average CVS pharmacy. The store is clean, well lit, organized, and seemed adequately staffed.

I just moved here from Bedford and had my prescriptions transferred over to the Westford CVS. I asked for 2 of the prescriptions to be filled and they promised them by 5pm. I arrived at 5:45 to pick them up and was told they weren't ready and I would have to wait or come back. I chose to wait, with my daughter in the car, and the prescriptions were ready about 10 minutes later. When I got home, I found that neither of the prescriptions they filled were the ones I asked for. I called them and they apologized and said to bring them back yet, when I brought them back, they refused to take them, refused to refund my money, denied any responsibility and then tried to charge me for another prescription (days later, only 1 of the 2 prescriptions I asked for was actually ready). I had to call the police who came, investigated and found that NOBODY WAS IN CHARGE of the pharmacy at the time so I would have to come back when the manager was there on Monday. After having already made 2 trips to CVS, waiting extra time for the wrong prescriptions, time on the phone with them, time with the police etc, I called and spoke to the manger instead. She was rude, kept making excuses and denied responsibility for their repeated screw ups. She finally agreed to refund my money but also asked that I don't go there anymore which is hilarious! I don't know why the hell she thinks I would I ever even consider going back; this CVS is HORRIBLE! The people and their manager are incompetent and there's just a complete lack of accountability. What if I were an elderly person and didn't realize I had been given the wrong medication? No wonder CVS has such low reviews on Google and Yelp! CVS has lost the business of my entire family (6 people) over this. I moved everything over to the Walgreens right across the street and the service there was phenomenal. read more

I was getting chocolate with my friend, and it was buy one get one 50% off supposedly, but it didn't work. We were trying to figure it out, and the checkout was beeping. The worker was helping the guy next to us, and we clicked help on the machine so it would stop beeping. This old woman employee yelled across the store at us. She said "he's clearly helping someone next to you. you need to be patient." she sounded really annoyed by our confusion. she immediately turned and walked away. do not come here unless you want to be yelled at read more

My husband got sick. Had such a hard time getting medications filled at Walgreens in Westford. I decided to transfer to CVS. It has proven to be just as big a hassle. If not worse. They don't have it. Or only have limited amount. Chasing it all over the place. Because they don't deliver. Now they tell me to get alerts on my phone sync up my extracare card with my phone. They got my phone number wrong and store can't fix it. And customer service has not returned a single email. I am so fed up. I dread going to get his medication. read more

I had the worst customer service ever at the check out at the pharmacy register. The guy that the supervisor told me his name is Evan, was not cooperating. He did not want to take my reward card number by phone and at the end he did not hand me the receipt and left me. When I tried to call him to get my receipt he just looked at me an then ignored me. Never again CVS Westford, even though I am 5 years customer but now I will definitely move all my family to Walgreen. I have lived in Westford for over ten years and find CVS to be most convenient for my needs. Recently they have hired a new pharmacist, Evan; he has gone out of his way to see to my medication needs. The manager and staff are friendly and always helpful. Just tonight at 8 PM although it was late and a Saturday, the staff was available, present, and friendly. This review is for the MinuteClinic only. This may have been the most unpleasant experience I've had in a medical setting. I made a reservation the night before (confirmation code T3DDTZ7) to get a flu shot the next day at 11:30. When I arrived for my appointment, the door was open, but the nurse said she could not see me at that moment because the technician just ran out to his truck to get something and was working on fixing their computer system. I let her know I would go browsing the store with my son and come back. After 15 minutes or so, I went back and the door was now closed. I waited another 15 minutes seated in the waiting area when the door opened and the technician came out. This was about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, but no worries, I know things happen. She follows the technician walking by me asking for the lady with the 11:40 appointment. I let her know that I had a 11:30 appointment and she responds, "How do I know that." This confused me because I had just spoken to her 30 minutes earlier. I offered her my confirmation code and she then responded "That does me no good." She agreed to see me, but was visibly annoyed throughout the process. When she asked me if I wanted paperwork sent to my doctor, and I told her no unless it was standard practice, she responded, "It's a simple yes or no question." This was the most she spoke to me the entire time. I thanked her at the end, but received no response. I guess it could have just been a bad day because of the technical difficulties she was having, but I am still confused why I was treated like someone who demanded to be seen without an appointment when I was just asking that the reservation I made, and that I patiently waited 30 minutes past my 11:30 scheduled time, be honored. read more

This review is for the Minute Clinic: I will absolutely be back! The nurse was very nice and knowledgable, she answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed to be speaking to me! (ie: EVERY OTHER WALK IN CLINIC THING YOU GO TO!) I was done within 20 minutes and was able to get all my prescriptions within another 10 min. THANKS! read more

I would not recommend this CVS at all. My daughter was sick and urgent care sent antibiotic prescription to them. CVS told us they are back ordered. Urgent care tried calling them back but CVS would not pick up and when they did they kept urgent care nurse on hold for long time. Finally sent another prescription and found they don't have that one either. The staff was so rude during all this process too. We finally had to switch to Walgreens near by and got it from there. I would never recommend going yo this store. read more

I am not sorry that I worked until later and couldn't get there until 15 minutes before closing to pick up my prescription. I'm not sorry that there were 5 people waiting behind me while waiting also, since y'all seemed short staffed and to be moving at the pace of sloth. I am not sorry that your computers close at 8pm and even though you angrily shouted that to the new people on line, they still waited. I'm not sorry that the pharmacist who tried to help seemed frazzled and couldn't log in to help you. What I am sorry about is that you and the pharmacist were unprofessional enough to loudly complain about how "everyone comes in 5 minutes before closing". Did we seem like we wanted to be there? Because even though I didn't, and probably the other customers probably didn't, and you two (tech & pharmacist) obviously didn't, NOBODY had anything to say, except for the two people who were paid to be there. Understand your role...understand your part in the relationship where we customers should not be belittled, nor shamed for our role as consumer. Understand that your botching and moaning is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and unnecessary since we were all pretty miserable in that moment and you two were making it MORE miserable. Understand that I don't know you and you don't know me and it's not personal that any of us were there so late and we were not trying to keep you there any longer than necessary. Buck up and deal with your job professionally or quit. Stop making your problems other people's problems. Stop whining out loud; take it behind the scenes and complain to each other in private about how horrible people are. Don't do in front of as many people who are willing (or not willing ;) to hear you. OR do it on Yelp where you can reach as many people who are purposefully looking for other people's reviews...not polluting our ears with your crying and whining. You're a sad store. read more

The pharmacy technician was incompetent and did not know how to process the insurance. She tried to claim the computer would not allow cvs to provide a medicine due to my age, even though Walgreens gave me the same medicine 3 months earlier. I would strongly recommend Westford residents use Walgreens instead of CVS if you want proper service and techs who know how to pick up a telephone. read more

Yesterday, we were told by a pharmacy tech, at another local pharmacy, that a prescription wouldn't be ready until after 3pm today. Ordinarily, we would use CVS but because the other pharmacy has a drive through we decided we would try it for the convenience and social distancing. I showed up around 5pm today, only to be told the prescription was unavailable and would be ready tomorrow after 3pm! Admittedly, I started to go full on Karen. I composed myself and asked if the prescription could be transferred. I called CVS immediately, was informed the medicine was in stock. I was able to pick up the prescription within 15 minutes of the fax from the other local pharmacy to CVS. Thank you CVS!!! read more

my doctors office sent them my prescription which Injave had for years. they claimed they had not received instructions of use. asked my doctors office to resend which they did. called their automated system told me I could pick up on a Sunday. went there on a Monday and they said they had not received instructions. I explained my doctors office did. they didn't seem to care. "not our systems" they said. I asked them if I could put them on the phone so they could see they already sent them they said "no they need to call us". very unhelpful attitude. my doctors office and I switched to Walgreens had them ready in 24 hours. unbelievable arrogance and lack of customer service in this pharmacy. they have clearly gotten too big to care ... so switch over we don't have to accept this terrible treatment ! read more

Customer service is definitely not a job requirement at this location. I asked for an Extra Care card and Zack (front desk cashier) seemed visibly and audibly annoyed. I would presume that you want your customers to join the rewards program, but I guess it's too much to ask for him to put the information into the system. I highly suggest retraining Zack on his customer service skills or reassign him to a non-customer facing position, possibly stocking shelves, mopping, etc. read more

Cvs pharmacy in Westford was so amazing. The past four months it's been a nightmare. After speaking to management I thought there would be a resolution. But it was worst. Stephanie and Rayna there were amazing. Of course they can't be there all the time. It was a lot of excuses and run arounds. It's okay if someone screws up a pizza order. But medication is another ball game. I would never put their hands in my family's or my self's health and well being. I'm glad those many mistakes were on me and my household for me to catch the discrepancy. If it was on my parents, where there's a language barrier. It wouldn't end with a Yelp review. Hope they shape up, otherwise seems like Walgreens is getting the majority of their business. So I hope Walgreens is ready. read more

Ashley Gauthier is the most incompetent, uncompassionate, and degrading pharmacist I have ever met. I myself am trying to become a Physical Therapist over at UMass Lowell (with GI issuses). I filled a prescription on the 2nd of the previous month, and can't pick my new one up until the 3rd of this month according to Ms. Gauthier. This is now the 2nd experience like this I have had with this pharmacist. I honestly feel she gets joy out of it. Never in my life have I been so upset by the treatment I received at aCVS. Never had issues like this in the past, and I have been on regular daily medications most of my life. Long story short, will be filling medications elsewhere, despite the longer drive. read more

The minute clinic is a joke. Average 40 minutes per patient with no apology. Today, I was 3rd in line when they opened at 9. I finally got to see the nurse at 10:40. I was very sick, and she sent me home with a prescription for OTC Advil. I ended up going to the ER the next day for fluids and fever management. read more

Woke up this morning with conjunctivitis. Didn't want to make an appointment to see my PCP so I logged on to see the wait time at CVS and it said 0 minutes! I signed up online and headed over to check in. Took about a minute to check in and within a few minutes the nurse came out to get me. She did a thorough job and was very pleasant. I got my eye drops there after the appointment (very convenient) and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. I'd definitely come back and suggest you check in online to check the wait times. read more

If I could give 0 stars for this "pharmacy" I would. The store itself is completely fine it's the pharmacy technicians, and pharmacists that are disturbing. I've been a customer to cvs for 21 years since I was diagnosed with diabetes. Our cvs in Chelmsford closed that we were natives to for 20 years. We moved to Westford anyhow so naturally this became our new destination. There has been maybe 2 out of 10 times I have spoken to someone kind at this pharmacy. The girls back here are so rude it's nauseating. The pharmacist's are NO better especially as the pharmacy is fairly small, so there is no way the pharmacists do not hear the way these girls speak to their customers. They give attitude with every question asked, Mary in particular. They roll their eyes at you, they just do not give a crap about you or your medical needs what so ever. They speak to you like you're bothering them! It baffles me most of all how the management here has had the same staff since I've begun using this pharmacy and these girls behaviors and attitude is clearly tolerated, or I assume they would have been fired. Absolutely despicable the way they treat their patients. If you have a cvs closer, or even a bit further, go to that one. Steer clear of this pharmacy AT ALL COSTS. read more

I walked in about 1:30 or 2pm desperate in a crisis because a local Walmart photo lab really failed in customer service/ machine breakdown/ only 1/3 order completed. Rachel, Cindy the store mgr and Kristene got me started on a large photo order of my recent Alaska trip. Their Kodak machine processes very clear detail on the photo quality, much more than the Fuji competition. I did pay more but the courteous, helpful staff got it done and I'm very grateful. This review is for the minute clinic. I've been here twice. The first time was GREAT, I had a NICE, normal and knowledgable nurse. My allergies, bronchitis and all involved gets the better of me so I got a flu shot and an pneumonia shot to keep things nipped in the bud. Came here last week with a sinus infection. My feelings (towards the rude british(?) nurse) during my visit were these: Uncomfortable, belittling, CONFUSING, unsettling, and FRIGHTENING-YESI I was even afraid my posture wasn't correct for her to hear my lungs, or was I holding my head the correct way for her to examine me. She was so off putting. At the end of the visit, It was never even clear if I had an infection or not. I went to the pharmacy to see if I had medication coming (which I did) and read my papers when I got home that, yes indeed, I had a sinus infection. It's not rocket science! I've been getting them for 20 years! (Which she seem to challenge). All said, if you don't get the British sounding nurse-you should go here. Be prepared, it does take a while to get in. I would give negative stars if my first visit wasn't so great. read more

Terrible service. Took my son to the minute clinic with a high fever of 104. They initially said he had just a bad cold and sent him home. Two days later they called and left a message for us to call back. After two calls to the now closed minute clinic they finally said the Strepp test had come back positive. We then made several more calls to the minute clinic requesting them to call in a prescription; each time they said they would. Finally, the pharmacy closed and they had never called in the prescription. read more

I came in at 12:53, and as I started signing up the nurse came out of her room and told me that she just clocked out for lunch from 1 to 2. I asked her if she would mind seeing me as I have terrible sore throat with white spots on tonsils, and cannot drive since I have a broken foot, so it will be difficult for me to come again. Plus, I am leaving on the trip tomorrow early morning, and really didn't want to fly being that sick. She couldn't care less. I understand that that's the policy to have a lunch break, but if you are a doctor and a nurse I expect some more care and concern, or find yourself a different profession. read more
