There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!

I was pleasantly surprised when I got a carefully-worded apology from the manager, promising to raise my concerns with the pharmacy staff. Based on the response from management it is my impression that this experience was not the norm and that the issue was in fact handled. Also based on this response, it is my feeling that the store is generally well-run. Nothing is perfect but responsive management is a very good sign. Overall the staff treat customers well and customer concerns are taken seriously. You can't really ask for more than that and so I will continue to patronize this store.

Bad experience at Fedex drop off with Rachel and Kim at this walgreens. Rachel tried to claim that since she had worked there for 29yrs she would "know" about what was allowed and what wasn't. We went over the policy hanging on the wall together rule by rule twice, and when it was clear that my item was allowed, she tried to say the printed policy they had was "clearly outdated" and needed to be replaced. They eventually shipped my package, but they also tried to deny another customer from shipping their package, until eventually realizing they were wrong there too.

I ended up waiting another hour. That's an hour and a half after we were supposed to be seen for a two second flu shot. I didn't even get an apology. You could not tell form the exterior but upon opening the package it was clear some destroyed the numbers so that once activated, they could claim the money. The gift cards are within 10 feet of the register and if the store/employees can not keep them safe then you should not buy them here. I approached the store first who sent me to corporate and they would not stand behind their products as they told me I was basically out of luck after giving me a significant amount of run around. I produced everything they asked for and as soon as I did that, the corporate stopped responding to me. Their customer service is abominable. As stated, you will have no idea the numbers are stolen until you open the package so be safe and shop somewhere else!
