I asked why ? and was told that the vaccines were frozen, I requested to come back later today and was told that they were booked for the day!! I told her I was already a confirmed customer and I should have a spot today and that she should squeeze me in somehow. I was told there was nothing they could do, that I need to just reschedule for another day. I took time off from work to go get this done , they didn't care one bit.! The right thing to do was squeeze me in between appointments at some point today!

Rich, the pharmacist, opened up the gates--most likely after a long hard day--to get me the prescription. He, as well as the two pharmacies techs, were just wonderful and happy to help me. I couldn't back out, someone was behind me so I gave the smallest toot of my horn (I actually considered getting out of my car but it's 2026 and that could get you killed)...anyway so I did make the choice to beep in hopes something or someone would change?!?!? Shortly after my beep the person drove away...to my knowledge, no transaction happened...so I drove up and the pharmacist, Nancy, asked me if I honked. I said I did and before I could get one word in about how I was both stuck there-couldn't back out if i wanted to AND I was concerned about the person in front-Nancy LAID INTO ME like I was her 7 year old grandchild and had done something super inappropriate! She went off about how the drive thru is about CONVENIENCE and how IT WAS NONE OF MY BUSINESS what the customer in front of me was doing...simply put she is a real piece of work...When I had my own business for 20 years, I never spoke to anyone like that-not even close-and I work in a service industry job-this is not how you speak to customers of a business, particularly one you don't own! I get it, it's prob a stressful job, but I admitted what I had done and listened to her rather than fight with her (I was there simply to pick up my girlfriend's scripts and I was determined to get what I had come out of my way for) not because I agreed with her in any way, but I knew this lady, just by the way she spoke to me was borderline insane and should not be dealing with the public. Walgreens has to be mismanaged to have such people working for them. Stick to filling the pills Nancy - working with the public is not your forte.

If zero stars were an option, this location would earn it. The service here is consistently awful…read more Every visit involves extremely long lines and painfully slow service. There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

Nobody would help me the brat working this nightshift at the pharmacy I'm sure gets away with whatever attitude she wants as usual I'm sure. I have a Masters Degree unlike those middle school dropouts. I came in on my bicycle, I can't even friggin drive with epilepsy duhhhh. I don't want to see their dipshit faces in the middle of the night getting paid to do the only thing they are good at. If you don't care about people if you don't care about the well being of others if you don't care about people who are ill then don't work at a pharmacy, don't work in walgreens where people who have struggles in the middle of the night have to go. Especially since it's 24hours. Anyone worried about safety shouldn't be working 24 hour anything. This pharmacy cares about no one especially the night shift they just screw around and hold themselves above everybody else. Walgreens on Plain st as usual , Thursday night August 6th. Couldn't be better! I've read recent complaints and all can be resolved by installing/using the CVS app: select notifications to get updates, add allergies to your profile, check prescription status and if it reads 'no refills' either request refills via the app or your provider (if you wait until you request a refill, there will be a delay).

WORST COMPANY EVER…read more CVS Caremark is the greediest, most despicable company out there. They are more than willing to deny coverage for any medication that your doctor prescribes, and shunt you off to an automated system to avoid having to answer for their denials. They will give you a canned response of "ask your doctor to appeal our decision" as if they have a right to get between you and your doctor's assessment of your need for medication. I 1000% despise CVS, and Caremark especially. They need to take the word "Care" out of their name, because care has NOTHING to do with it.

I have a prescription for my son's formula because of his severe allergy -- this is all he is allowed to eat and I take it very seriously where I get this food for him. I would call ahead of time and be told "Just call the day before the prescription renews and we'll fill it for you." Then I would do as instructed and call the day before, only to hear "You can't do that! We need to order it for you ahead of time!!" This happened three consecutive months and didn't improve when I went into the store in person to order ahead of time either. On two occasions, the pharmacy manager lectured ME on their procedures and order schedule. I finally had enough of being treated like this and switched pharmacies to a competitor.

While such equipment can be a boon to the handicapped, a dependence on them makes their routine failure a real emergency. Thats when the real value of a committed, top-notch local vendor like Letourneau's becomes clear. One such incident (not the first) happened this morning, motivating this review: an electric lift failed on Saturday morning of a stormy weekend, and we sent a panicy email to Letourneau's. One of their heros (Luis) responded immediatly with a quick house call, and the device was back in service bybmid morning. Its hard to put a value on this level of support, but worth thinking about when you're choosing a vendor for something you'll depend on.
